邓亚萍的天赋并不高，个子矮、手脚粗短，甚至连体校的大门都没有向她敞开。童年的邓亚萍，只能跟随父亲学习乒乓球。父亲规定她每天上完体能课后，必须再做100个发球、接球动作。邓亚萍为了使自己的球技更加熟练，基本功更加扎实，便在自己的腿上绑上沙袋，把木拍换成了铁拍，每天坚持训练五六个小时。腿肿了!手掌磨破了!但她从不叫苦、从不喊累!负责训练的父亲，都常常心疼得掉下眼泪!

付出总有回报!邓亚萍的坚定执着和辛勤付出，使她成为了中国最成功的乒乓球运动员，在她14年的运动生涯中，共获得18个世界冠军，并连续8年保持世界第一，是历史上排名“世界第一”时间最长的乒乓球运动员。

听了邓亚萍的故事后，我深受感动和鼓舞，从此以后，即使再苦再累，也再没产生过放弃的念头。定南县第四届全民运动会，我毅然报名参加了羽毛球项目比赛。连续一个多月的训练，每天训练都超过2个小时，直到天黑后才回家，不知道流了多少汗水。经过刻苦紧张的训练，我的羽毛球打得越来越好。在比赛中，我一路成功打入决赛，并最终获得城区小学组男子单打季军，为学校赢得了荣誉。从此以后，我更加坚信，只要坚持不懈的努力，就一定能你战胜困难，实现梦想。

梦想是指引前行的明灯，成功是汗水浇灌的花朵，让我们用辛勤的汗水，燃起梦想之火，点亮人生之灯!

我常常想，我的梦想是什么呢?

有的人想当医生，有的人想当工程师，还有的人想当科学家。我的梦想是当一名乒乓球世界冠军。

我之所以想当乒乓球世界冠军，是因为邓亚萍姐姐勤学苦练、顽强拼搏的精神激励了我。邓亚萍姐姐在做运动员时，每次她都比别人多练一个小时，就因为每天坚持比别人多一个小时，让她走上了世界

冠军的领奖台。

有梦想就要坚持。自从我暑假上了乒乓球班，就天天坚持训练。不管是晴空万里，还是倾盆大雨，我都坚持去训练，我要做到最好，做到最棒，做到最精彩!每当我打乒乓球输了时，我就想起一句话“

失败是成功之母”，只要我继续努力，我总会赢的。我对妈妈说：“妈妈，我的梦想是当乒乓球世界冠军。我要把乒乓球打得快速，打得准确，能在各种比赛中打好。”妈妈说：“只要你坚持，吃常人

在我的心中，梦想是一棵小种子，只要我努力，种子就会发芽，开花，长叶，结果……梦想就会长成参天大树。
