No sooner had the witer vacation begun than I returned to my native town.

Of course I must make good use of it;.In the morning I reviewed my lessons and

read newspapers or magazines. In the afternoon I played ball games with my

friends or went fishing in the river. At night I watched television with my

family. hardly had the clock on the wall struck ten when I went to bed.

In recent years ninny cities are faced with the problem of heavy traffic.

People have to waste more time on their way home or to work and even might be

involved in an acci dent. With the development of industry and population

expansion, this problem becomes more and more serious.

One solution is to lay down more roads. The solution has many advantages.

For ex ample, it can efficiently decrease the number of buses and trucks in many

main streets. But it will take up so much land that crowded cities become more

crowded. Another solu tion is to open up more bus lines. If more bus lines

should be opened up,the number of bicles and cars in the main streets would be

greatly decreased. But the disadvantage of this solution is that many people

wouldn’t feel so convenient os they used to.

In my opinion, the right solution to the problem is the combination of the

two, thatis, to lay down more roads in spacious areas and to open up more bus

lines in downtown.

Lingling asked her friends to come to her home. She wanted to make

something nice for them to eat. She just learned how to make a scrambled egg.

She tried to make it for them. She broke eggs in a bowl and put some salt in it.

Then she placed a frying pan on the stove, and put a little cooking oil in the

pan. While she was waiting for the oil to become hot, she stirred the egg in the

bowl. As soon as the oil became hot, she poured the egg into the pan, As one

side turned yellow, she turned it over. When both sides were cooked.the

scrambled egg was ready to eat.

玲玲邀请她的朋友来她家做客，她想为朋友们做点好吃的。地刚刚学会煎鸡蛋，决定试着为朋友们做一做。她先把鸡蛋打在碗里，放一点盐：然后把煎锅放在炉子上，往锅里倒些油。在等待油加热时，她把碗里的鸡蛋打散。当油一热，她立刻把打散的鸡蛋倒入锅内。一面煎黄时，立刻翻过来煎另一面，两面都煎好后就可以吃了。

暑假中最有趣的事是我和爸爸妈妈去龙峪湾旅游。

今天是7月16日，星期一。晚上，爸爸妈妈收拾东西准备明天去旅游。那天晚上我激动地都没睡着觉。

旅游那天，我吃完早饭急急忙忙拿上东西坐出租车去发车点。到了发车点，再坐上长途车向目的地进发。我在车上很着急，结果晕车了，吐了一地，裤子上也都是。爸爸给我涂了清凉油，还吃了晕车片。我最后还是坚持到了宾馆。

在哪儿吃饭和在家里吃饭一点不一样，十个人一桌，人到齐了才能开吃。我印象最深刻的那道菜是野菜炒鸡蛋，它非常好吃。

第二天，我们去爬山。山上刚下过雨，一片片云朵笼罩着大山。刚开始，我走在爸爸妈妈前面，渐渐的我累了，不知不觉爸爸妈妈赶了上来。这时我已经是满头大汗，气喘吁吁了。但是，我还是坚持爬到了缆车的终点站。

这时，下起了小雨了，我和妈妈决定坐缆车下山。我迫不及待地坐上缆车。在缆车上往外看，风景可美了。我鞥看见高高的山，山上长满了树，就像披上了碧绿的外衣。缆车从树顶滑过，我还能看见松树上结满了松果呢!

三天的旅游结束了，我依依不舍地离开了龙峪湾。我盼望下个假期快点到来，我能再回到龙峪湾。

Today my parents took me to my grandfather’s house.I played with my

cousin.Suddenly my cousin suggested going to the park and having a rest.“that’s

a good idea.” I said.Then we prepared for the traveling.After lunch,the sky

turned dark.After that ,it rained heavily.It meant our plan is impossible.What a

pity day!

平平无奇的一个下午，阳光普照大地，绿树成荫，百花齐放，我缓慢地走在马路边，一个叔叔映入我的眼帘，他身穿白色上衣，黑色裤子。看着手机的他心不在焉地走着，远处又跑来一位年轻小伙，只见他脸色通红，一副着急的神情原本只是一个不经意的擦肩而过，谁知却是矛盾的序幕，着急的小伙不小心踩到了叔叔的脚，他刚想说声对不起，叔叔却先拔刀而入：“你怎么回事?我刚买的新鞋好几百呢。”“对不起，对不起，我有点儿急事没有看。”小伙连忙道歉，可叔叔却不肯让步，非让小伙赔他不可，小伙身上哪有那么多钱。就这样，两人吵了起来，旁边的路人只能边叹气边摇头。

微风拂过城市的每一处角落，清凉的下午随之而来。一位老奶奶提着装满水果的菜篮，哼着小曲往家走。这时我从老奶奶身边经过，却不小心把老奶奶的水果打翻了。我本以为老奶奶会像上午那个叔叔一样把我是斥责一顿，正当我像个规矩的小学生一样，等着被老奶奶骂时，老奶奶却微笑着对我说：“没关系，你去忙你的吧，我自己收拾就好了。”我有点受宠若惊，迟钝了一会后，我连忙帮老奶奶捡起水果，一边捡，一边道谢：“奶奶，谢谢您，您真好!”就这样，一场矛盾就被宽容化解了。

看完这两幕，我感慨万分。同样是一场矛盾，只因为是不一样的品行而得到不一样的结果。在生活中我们应该像老奶奶一样对待任何事情，都要有一份宽容，这样任何问题都会变成鸡毛蒜皮的小事。

宽容可以溶解万物，似乎就像阳光一样温暖，就像泉水一般清澈。宽容是一种善良，品行是一种爱和大度，宽容让生活更美好。

Tomb Sweeping Day is on the April 5th every year. Its a day to show our great respect to our deceased ancestors. On that day, we usually sweep the tomb of our ancestors and offer them food and drinks. We also burn paper money to them. It is believed that our ancestors in heaven will receive the money. 那天我结束了一天忙碌的学习之后，发现桌上摆着一双旱冰鞋。原来我爸说的惊喜就是它!我小心翼翼的把它穿上，别让老爸慢慢的扶着我来到了楼下的广场。直到穿上旱冰鞋车，我才发现一切都没有那么简单。此时的我好像一个刚刚学走路的婴儿，每一步都是那么的艰难。虽说旱冰鞋不动的时候漂亮极了，只要轮子一转动起来，就怎么也不听使唤。我真害怕我一不注意就摔下去了。我只能扶着墙，慢慢的往前滑，始终不敢踏出那坚定的一步。但我看到其他小朋友自如的滑着旱冰鞋，好像脚底踩的风火轮，好不威风。我心里默默的想，我比他们年纪还要大一些，我怎么能这样认输呢?老爸看到了我神情的变化，也过来鼓励我。他说，世上无难事，只怕有心人，记得我跟你说过，老鹰是怎么学会飞翔的吗?你没有踏出那一步的勇气，你就绝不可能学会滑旱冰。我听完老爸的话，默默的鼓了一股气，眼睛一闭，双脚一蹬，就滑了出去。当我睁开双眼的时候，我发现自己好像在飞，我又不停地迈动着双脚，很快，我超越了刚刚那些羡慕他们会滑旱冰的人，原来这一切真的没有那么难。

It is well known that exercise is important. In our school, we have to do an hours exercise every day. Many students are very happy. Today I was sad because I was blamed. The day before yesterday, my father gave me a tast. He told me to finish math exercises and he would check today. I have to days to finish them. 放学的时候，也是我在组织队伍，这是老师和同学对我的信任，我对自己的这个职业感到格外的自豪。

It was a hot day during my summer holidays in 2003. My mother and I got on the bus which would take us to the village where my grandma lived. It was so hot that I felt very thirsty. Then I began to think of the sweet big watermelons and other fruits in Grandma’s house. I could hardly wait to arrive there and see my grandma.

It took us one more hour to get there. When we walked into the house, Grandma was busy preparing lunch in the kitchen. It seemed that she was very glad to see us, which I knew from the big smile on her wrinkled face. She brought out a big watermelon and cut it. It was so nice to eat the watermelon on such a hot day.

After lunch my mother fell asleep and I asked my grandma to tell me a fairy tale. We sat on the bed and she began to tell it. I listened to her quietly. It was not long before I fell asleep, too. I was dreaming when a terrible voice woke me up. I saw Grandma was lying on the ground with blood streaming down from her mouth. I couldn’t believe my eyes. How fearful a sight it was! I hurried to wake my mother up. We took her to the hospital in a hurry. But it was too late to save her. My beloved grandma’s heart stopped beating when we got to the hospital. You’ll never imagine how sad we felt then.    Grandpa was very well all the time. I had never imagined that she would leave us so soon. That evening I lay in bed alone. My eyes were full of tears.
