protect our earth.

Firstly,we should take more bus instead of driving cars. As people’s living

standard has improved, there are more and more people driving private cars. This

phenomenon is one of the causes for air pollution. Because its gas will produce

when we leave our house or classroom, we would better turn of the lights, fans

What does it mean to relax?Despite hearing this term thousands of times

during the course of our lives, very few people have deeply considered what it’s

really about.

When you ask people (which I have done many times) what it means to relax,

most will answer in a way that suggests that relaxing is something you plan to

do lateryou do it on vacation, in a hammock, when you retire, or when you get

everything else done. This implies, of course, that most other times should be

spent nervous, agitated, rushed, and frenzied. Very few actually come out and

say so, but this is the obvious implication.Could this explain why so many of us

告别了小学，在秋高气爽的九月我升入了初中，便开始了五天难忘的军训生活。

第一天我认识了教官，他姓冯，我们便叫他冯教官。 冯教官高一米七左右，长得很威武、帅气，说话铿锵有力。冯教官先教我们站军姿：双脚成六十度，挺胸收腹，双眼目视前方。大家在炎热的太阳下站立许久，大汗淋漓，这时我觉得鼻子有些痒，便伸手去挠，冯教官看见了便说：“大家的手不要放在脸上。”教官没有点我的名字，我知道教官在暗示我，我很是感激。心想我一定要克服一切困难坚持下去。时间一分一秒过去了，烈日当头非常的热，我有些站立不住，此时我多么希望飘来一朵乌云能遮住太阳或吹来一阵凉风，可天空没有因为我而改变。

第二天与第三天教官教我们向左转、向右转和齐步走。教官很认真也很严格，一遍一遍的训练我们直到合格为止，同学们也都能认真的按照要求完成各项规定动作。

第四天我们练习正步走，当教官喊口令时，我们明显听出教官嗓子沙哑了。不一会冯教官突然走了，总教官走过来说：“冯教官嗓子哑了，说不出话来，我先代替他给大家上课”。我知道是这几天来教官在给我们训练时喊坏了嗓子，同学们都很感动，训练越发的的认真刻苦。冯教官休息一会后又回到了训练场地带领我们训练，为了明天的汇演他顾不得休息，我也暗下决心明天的汇演一定拿出好的成绩。

第五天上午冯教官带领我们复习动作要领，带领大家一遍一遍的演练。下午汇演，我们第六个上场，上场时我们全班都精神抖擞，完成了各项规定动作表现的十分出色，没有辜负教官对我们的希望和付出的辛苦。

五天的军训生活眨眼间过去了，但这让我收获很多，如坚强、奋斗、与不屈不挠的精神，这次军训让我终身受益，我将永远铭记这次军训生活。

今天下课了，我在教室里画画，画了白云、太阳、房子、大树等……

只到过腾龙山一次，却再也难忘。

刚到山脚，眼前已是满目苍翠，绿色丝丝如云，团团如雾，凝实厚重而又惬意轻盈，像一件绵软的绿袍轻搁于弯山秀水之上，让人感觉这不像是一座山，而是一尊绿云萦绕的卧佛。披绿荫，沿石径，涉足而上，刺目的阳光已被缠枝错叶筛成了斑斑点点，暑气顿消，清凉骤至，脚旁一弯泉水呤呤咚咚，或依地势滞留成一湖一滩，或随山岩扯挂成浅流细线，畅怀坦然时尽情铺展于山石之上，成一挂瀑布;婉约含蓄时悄悄隐身到草丛之下，余潺潺之音。沿径两侧，各样树木藤萝或高或低，或横或竖，随意自然地罩住行人脚步。它们有的满挂红色玲珑的细果，有的满缀深浅异样的鲜花，撑起浓荫，与人相随而上。直至登顶，一天澄蓝，虽说炙日当头，却丝毫感觉不到它的威力，天愈高愈远，云越来越淡，星罗棋布的村庄，高高低低的峰岭，平整如镜的农田，一切尽收眼底。身体也一下子变得轻盈了许多，涤净了许多，颇有点儿霞举飞升的感觉。

与黄山相比，腾龙山少了一点儿秀美，多了几分朴实;与华山相比，腾龙山少了几分险峻，多了几分墩实;它没有奇松，只有满满的藤萝杂树;没有云雾，却有细如珠大如斗的山石。

腾龙山，只不过是原生态的一树山，只不过是纯自然的一山树，还有一谷潺涓流水，一路浓荫鸟翠。虽说只去过一次，却真的再也难忘。

说下去就是更气人了，那个总教官竟然冤枉我们全班，说我们踩草坪，还说他亲眼看见。我们当时被我班的教官训练着蹲姿，教官走了之后，我们全班就像被点穴一样，一动不动。之后那个总教官走过来说我们踩草坪，到现在我还记得，我班的教官也踩过草坪，竟冤枉我们，真是比窦娥姐姐还冤啊。这次的黑锅可真够大。

军训时也有快乐事，就是我认识了许多新朋友。认识到新朋友，也许是对我受伤心灵的安抚吧。

校运会的时候也很快乐，很放松。因为不用上课，不用写作业，被能让大脑休息一下，而且还可以参加下体育比赛，不用比赛时，也可以再大本营下一下棋、玩一下游戏，像放假一样，而且也不用怕学生老打游戏机、看电视。

总的来说，我的初中生活是多姿多彩的。

九月的一天，我来到了金山区少年军校。在这里，让我学到了许许多多的知识;让我明白了当军人是很不容易的，国家不能没有军人。第一天，就总共那么一天，就让我们知道了军训是辛苦劳累的。在排队集合时，要做到“快、静、齐”这三个字。只要不安静，就要做体能。

在今天一天的短短的时间里，我明白了军训口号的意思“把娇气扔在一旁，把坚强打进背包，把舒适锁进抽屉，把追求带到学校”。它其实就要我们吃苦耐劳，在家里都是父母的“小公主”、“小宝贝”，可到了这里，不能再可以依赖父母了，都要自己的事情自己做了，离开了父母，我们便不能再“衣来伸手，饭来张口”了。我在这里，一天之中明白了学会自理、自强、自立的重要性!

军校是严格的，做体能也是劳累的：中午排队集合时，因为没有“静”，所以做体能也是理所当然的。这次要做蹲马步。马步要蹲很长时间。我没蹲到十分钟就双腿发麻，四肢无力，像马上就要摔一跤似的。其它同学也像我一样，时间一分一秒过去了。等到不蹲了的时候，又不小心说了一句话，又开始蹲……

我觉得，不能只会读书，学会自理也是很重要的。当自己离开了父母时，我感受到了当父母的“宝贝”是一个十分无知的行为。

在军校的时候，是辛苦的。但是有时候也很快乐。在军校里，让我学到了前所未有的知识，让我认识到了“自理”。在这里的每时每刻，我自己的事情都自己做。

我在想：为何不在这里学到与众不同的知识呢?

一年四季中最舒服的季节要算是秋天了，因为秋天不冷不热，下雨也下得少，人们穿衣服也穿得不多，秋高气爽的到处充满活力。

but the boy is positive about life while the girl is negative about life. They

meet each other, then the girl is affected by the boy, she starts to see the

beautiful things in her life. I am so moved by the movie, though the ending of

the movie is not so perfect, we see the change of the girls life. The topic of

the movie is to tell people to be positive about life, no matter what happens,

even the bad fortune they get, they still need to smile every day. People need

to find the beauty of life, so they wont life live without meaning.

昨晚，我看了一部电影，那是关于两个青少年，他们身患癌症，但是男孩对生活很乐观，然而女孩子却对生活很悲观。他们遇见了彼此，然后女孩受到了男孩子的影响，她开始看到了生活的美好食物。我被这部电影深深地感动，虽然电影的结局不是那么的完美，但是我们看到了女孩生活的改变。电影的主题是告诉人们要对生活乐观，无论发生什么事情，即使他们遇到不幸，仍然需要每天乐观面对生活。人们需要发现生活的美，这样他们就不会活得没有意义。

Man’s life is a process of growing up, actually I’m standing here is a

growth. If a person’s life must constituted by various choices, then I grow up

along with these choices. Once I hope I can study in a college in future,

however that’s passed, as you know I come here, now I wonder what the future

holds for me.

When I come to this school, I told to myself: this my near future, all

starts here. Following I will learn to become a man, a integrated man, who has a

fine body, can take on important task, has independent thought, an open mind,

intensive thought, has the ability to judge right and wrong, has a perfect

job.

Once my teacher said :” you are not sewing, you are stylist; never forget

which you should lay out to people is your thought, not craft.” I will put my

personality with my interest and ability into my study, during these process I

will combine learning with doing. If I can achieve this “future”, I think that I

really grow up. And I deeply believe kindred, good-fellowship and love will

perfection and happy in the future.
