When I was in primary school, my mother sent me to learn ballet, like other

mothers, she hoped me to act like a princess, but I was not interested in

dancing, so I quit the class. Later my mother tried to send me to learn singing,

but I had no talent in it. When my mother’s friends were talking, they were so

proud of their children, because they had the talent in dancing and singing. I

felt a little loss, I must find my own talent and learn some skills. I found I

At this moment, I found the city was so lovely, I just ingored its beauty usually.

I spent this summer vacation in quite a different way.

I used to run about every day in previous summer vacations,this summer vacation I simply could not afford to do so.

I would soon be in the last year of my high-school education would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations.

Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this.

My schoool life is busy and fantastic. First, we have four classes in the morning and three in the afternoon. We have to get to school before 7:30 because we have a morning class. Second, I like my school life because teachers and my classmates are friendly and helpful. We also have lots of after-school activies. Youth is not just a stage of life, but it is also a state of mind. Being

young is so great and also the most cherrish moment in a life, as young men have

more energy and power to move forwards. Once we grow up more, we might lose

enthusiasm to propell our expectation. Nowadays, young men are looking for a job

What’s more, in summer, we had to use hand-made fans to make our temperature down. If I wanted to connect with the distant friends or relatives,  the most convenient way is writing letters, which may lost on the way or take a lot of time to reach the destination.

However, nowadays, there are four color televisons in my home and most people have their own computers. And now cars are seen everywhere. In addition, most houses have airconditioning, which can cool the whole house quickly. With the development of cell phone, people can reach each other in a second. They can talk or see each other through cell phone.

As time passes, my hometown has change a lot thanks to the social development. I believe there will be much more changes in the future.

My grandparents came to visit me in the weekend. I was so happy because I

hadnt seen them for a long time. I missed my grandmas delicious food, because

she always knew what my stomach liked. My job was to take them to hang around

much feelings, and thought about the old times and taught me to cherish the

Last Qingming Festival,i return home to worship my grandfather.Qingming

Festival is a folk Festival.In the past,the Qingming Festival was called "Arbor

Day". But Today, Chinese visit their family graves to tend to any underbrush

that has grown. Weeds are pulled, and dirt swept away, and the family will set

out offerings of food and spirit money. Unlike the sacrifices at a familys home

altar, the offerings at the tomb usually consist of dry, bland food. One theory

is that since any number of ghosts rome around a grave area, the less appealing

food will be consumed by the ancestors, and not be plundered by strangers.

With the passing of time, this celebration of life became a day to the

honor past ancestors. Following folk religion, the Chinese believed that the

spirits of deceased ancestors looked after the family. Sacrifices of food and

spirit money could keep them happy, and the family would prosper through good

harvests and more children.

Every year when the autumn comes, there will be a sports meeting in my school. I am so impressed by the opening ceremony. Every class will march on the ground and show their features, which is very funny. Last year, a group of students wore the co-splay dresses. When they showed up, they caught all people’s attention and won the biggest applause. It is a great event for every student, and also a good chance to let students develop their creativity. This year, my class decided to make a big surprise. Everyone has provided their idea and I love the atmosphere. I am so looking forward to the opening ceremony.

I recognized Michael Jackson on occassion. There was a poem recitation competition in my class. I had to look for a song about peace. Finally I found "Heal the World". I liked it at once when I first heard this song. I thought it was the best song that I had ever heard. Then I found the words of this song. Since then I began to know more about Michael Jackson. I began to love him. He was named "King of Pop". He hold a Children Foundationg and wanted to make the world peace through the music.Although he was dead, he was still one of the most famous singers in the world. I love him, because he was not only a singer but also a loving person.

十月一日正好是国庆节，也就是祖国妈妈的生日。
