Most people miss their grade school days and think they are the happiest time of their life, but whenever I recall them I cannot help feeling a little sad. In my young days I disliked any dismal atmosphere and could not bear the feeling of loneliness, yet the fact was that I often lived in a dismal home and frequently had the bitter taste of lonesomeness. I was not cheerful even in the company of my classmates at the grade school I attended. My father changed his job several times and with each change of his job we had to move and I had to attend a different grade school. Before I finished my elementary education I had attended three grade schools and thus it was difficult for me to cultivate enduring friendships. The feeling of being friendless was a constant source of pain to me. Those unhappy grade school days have of course long been over. I still have an abhorrence for any dismal atmosphere and lonesomeness, but hardened by experience I now find them less disturbing than they were.

Nowadays, with the development of technology, the market competition is

fierce and people feel great pressure. In order to improve the working

efficiency, they force themselves to work overtime. However, they are not

machine and need to slow down life pace, or they will break down sooner or

later.

We cant slow down the working hour, but we can control our private time. A

lot of young people mix with working time and private time, so they cant enjoy

their life and feel depressed all the time. The smart person will find the

balance. They will put aside the working stuff when the clock tells them that it

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

家乡的食品在我心里可以说是最美味的，可以与任何的山珍海味相比，因此每当我一有空闲的时候，总会情不自禁的想起那些让我特别回味的食物，特别是那些美食，更是让我回味无穷，一想起就流口水。

家乡的美食虽然在深圳这边也可以买到，但却没有家乡的那味道，也没老家的正宗，更没有家乡的好吃，因此，我特别怀念家乡的美食。

我最爱的美食是牛排，那种味道真的好怀念，好怀念，多么希望可以立马吃上好几个啊！我还记得小时候在老家时。每次，我坐车去那个地方的时候，首先，一到那儿，我就会先去买一个牛排来吃，然后再去逛街。

自从来到这边以后，我就很少吃了，也许是因为这边没有的缘故吧，这更是让我想念那牛排，每当我想起那牛排时，我总是会很想回老家，想要立马吃到，可那也只是想想，毕竟老家和这儿隔了很远。

去年，我过春节回老家，在路上的时候我就一直想着那牛排，终于，我们到老家了。我迫不及待的跳下车，就马上跑着去买了一个牛排。可是，牛排不是直接吃的，而是要炸一下才可以，于是我就站在那里等，在等的时候，我看见那老板用夹子很利索的夹了一个牛排慢慢的把牛排放进了那油锅里，顺便也盖上了盖子，不一会那牛排被拿出来了，牛排的颜色也变了，从浅浅的红色变成了有点金黄色，加上一些调料，简直美味极了。那老板给了我之后我就迫不及待的咬了一口，那味道简直无法用言语来形容，总之就是很美味，很美味。

My hometown is located in a very beautiful place. It was once a green city. But now it is becoming dirtier and dirtier. Lots of buses are running on the streets and plenty of factories are built around my hometown so that the heavy smoke is the most usual view there. Besides, more and more trees are cut down, as a result, we can not hear the birds singing in the blue sky. But I still love my hometown like before. It is in the place that I was born. So I hope that we can take action to change our hometown into that beautiful place like before.
