Of course he wants everybody here to see how strong he is, so he is stripped to the waist and poses like a Greek statue, wearing a look of pride on his face. If you feel weary of this self-love fellow, please direct your sight to another person. He lifts a barbell above his knees and keeps this posture for a long time. His face turns red while he keeps shouting to support himself. Others cant help worrying about him for his blood seems to burst out from the vein on his face. At last he puts down the barbell and only then have I come to notice that his T shirt is soaking. From the silhouette of his back, I can see every piece of his muscle. Thelast person that draws my attention is in the corner. He sits on a chair with two dumbbells in his hands. He keeps lifting them, speechless. After a while, he drops the dumbbells and start to exercise on other body building apparatus without amoments rest. He is like a machine that never feels tired.

Besides the three people, everyone here makes a deep impression on me. They prefer the dull exercising to playing outside. They win my respect for they are true men.

冬天，明亮亮的。明朗的阳光照得整个大地都耀得刺眼。然而，习惯后微睁开眼帘，豁然是一派雪白。松软的雪不那么剔透。而我却有了一丝叹惜，这样的雪，就像是把那上乘的蓝田玉揉成了粉末，纷扬地撒在各处，无疑之间竟有了点香消玉损的凄凉。

却唯独那必经之路，压实了之后，竟也是折射出了七彩的色。我迟疑了一下，猛地听见“砰”的一声。寻声而去，只见一个漆黑的身影就趴在地上，显然是还未离开几步，便七扭八歪地被车子压着，动弹不得。我深吸一口气，骑上车子，小心翼翼地过去。同样是“砰”的一声，只不过换成了蓝色白底。

我咒骂了一句，扶起车子一摇一摆地走出了小区。

午日的阳光依旧不减当时之勇，似有过而无不及。我料想着那通往家门的路必定是“光芒四射”。

任命地做好了挨摔的准备，却立即被吓了一跳吃了一惊——藏红色的格子整齐地铺都会着，虽还有积雪，却也零星得像晚秋的落荷。我一征，看见不远处一个驼了背的身影和一个跳蹦着拨弄着雪的小孩子儿。

只见老人拿着一把铁锹，费力地拿起又落下，只几下便擦了擦汗，低头看了一眼旁边兴味盎然的孩子，又重复起来。

我识得她，她是对面楼的老奶奶，偶然碰见也只是见她在替收垃圾的人清理。我心虚地上前说：“老奶奶，我来扫吧。”谁知她竟摇了摇头。我看清她干枯的面容红润而洋溢着快乐：“没事，你还要上学。我啊，铲铲雪，要不然不知道要有多少人摔倒，出事就不好了。” (宕开，展的好)

我未动，而身边人已走。看着蜿蜒着的雪痕，一直延进我心里。今天是老奶奶铲雪，为的是别人，而中国之大，不知会有上多少个老奶奶。一点点的善意，会汇成多么壮观的暖心之流。

远处的积雪，竟也生得湿润如玉。我望着藏红色的砖块，内心颇不宁静。这就是：一人一点，则善满天下吧。觉得它漫延——漫延——漫延出了一条光明的善之道。

I like autumn. I love the falling leaves in autumn. They cover the ground with golden yellow.

When you walk on them, they rustle beneath your feet, just as if they are singing to you.

I know trees get ready for their next years rebirth by doing this, so I enjoy them without any sad feelings.

The fields in autumn are fruity. People are easy to have good mood in a harvest season.

So cant autumn sights bring happiness to us as well?
