My School Day

I get up at six in the morning. Then I wash my face and brush my teeth. After a quick breakfast, I go to school in my mothers car. It takes us more than half an hour to get there.

After two classes in the afternoon, school is over. Then we clean our classroom.

回到新新家，正好赶上吃饭，我们兄妹俩把西瓜放在大人们面前，夸耀着：“看我们五块钱买的两毛五一斤的大大的西瓜。”他们先是一楞，然后姑父上来掂了掂，用惊异的眼光看着我：“两毛五一斤买的?”我和新新不约而同地点了点头。姑父又说：“如果两毛五一斤，这西瓜最多值三块钱。”听后，我仔细想了想，是啊，如果两毛五一斤的话，至少能买20斤才对呀，可这西瓜最多十一二斤。我气极败坏：“我现在就去叫几个保安一块找那个黑心的‘小黑胡子’算账去。”姑姑笑得喷饭，妈妈则安慰我：“算了吧，你最好把这搞笑的错误记住，以后要勤于动脑，数学知识无处不在，比如今天就涉及到估计重量、乘法计算的问题，虽然上了小当，得到的教训却是深刻的。你们为大家买西瓜消暑的行为更是值得表扬。”听了妈妈这番发人深省的话，我也不由地陷入了沉思。

唉，都是懒惰惹的祸，我如果当时估一估，算一算，也不会出现这样的错误呀。吃一垫，长一智，看来一定要勤动脑才对啊!然而，这件事激起了我学好数学的欲望，使我不断进步。
