In the world of detective novels, Sherlock Holmes is undoubtedly the most

famous one. But for me, the greatest detective in novels is Hercule Poirot, a

little Belgian who always uses his little grey cells to find the truth.

地球是我们的家园，我们应该保护地球。现在有的地区已经出现了泥石流、台风、森林火灾、小河污染、臭氧层破坏、空气污染……我们已经不断遭受来自大自然的惩罚。

The earth is our home, we should protect the earth. Now in some areas there have been landslides, typhoons, forest fire, river pollution, destruction of the ozone layer, air pollution...... We have to continue to suffer from the nature of the punishment.

我们怎样才能保护我们的家园呢?我们要多种树，不乱砍伐树木，不乱扔垃圾，讲究卫生，保持校园干净。多种花草，节约用水，保护动物，不破坏水源……我们还要说道做到。我们要让为来的生活变成水源丰富，绿树成荫，没有沙漠，没有天灾，海底物产多，草坪面积更大……让我们的环境变美、变净、变绿，环境更优美。

How can we protect our homeland? We should plant more trees, do not indiscriminate felling of trees, do not throw garbage, pay attention to health, to keep the campus clean. A variety of flowers and plants, water conservation, protection of animal, no damage to water...... Said we must do. We want to become rich in water resources, living trees, no desert, no disaster, marine products, lawn area larger...... Let us change the environment, change the net, greener, more beautiful environment.

保护环境，人人有责!只有我们每个人都奉献出自己的一点点环保，就能使明天的家园变得更加美丽。

The Spring Festival is the most important festival in China. People usually

decorate the doors and windows with red papercuts. becouse red means good luck.

People usually clean house too. becouse they want to sweep away bad luck.

Children can get some new clothes or presents from their parents and

grandparents. On New Years Eve,family always have a big dinner. Everybody are

watch TV and talk. In the midnight,there usually fairworks. On New Years

Day,people usually put on their new clothes and visit their femily and friends.

They usually say:"Happy New Years Day. " The Spring Festival finishes at the

Lantern Festival after two weeks. People usually eat a kind of rice dumpling

called yuanxiao. It can take people good luck all the year round.

Because of the high developing speed of the world, pressure has become a

serious problem in nowadays. As our students, we also have to face with much

pressure, such as the study pressure, exam pressure,relationship pressure and so

on. But how can we cope with pressure? This is the most important.

Firstly, we should face the pressure appropriately. Pressure is inevitable

in our daily life, so we cant be afraid of them and try our best to cope with

them. Secondly, tell our pressure to others. Talking is a very effective way to

ease pressure, and during the talking, we may get some suggestions and

solutions. Finally, trust ourselves. We should believe ourselves that we can

deal with any troubles by ourselves or by others help.
