There is a bus from the airport to the city. It is much cheaper than a cab. Take the bus to the city and ask to get off at Town Hall railway station.

To get to my place in the eastern suburbs you have three options. You can either take a cab, a bus or the train. I suggest you take the train, since the airport bus will leave you right at the station. Get off at Cliff Station. From there you can either walk to my place (about ten minutes) or take a taxi. Probably you should take a taxi as you will have luggage.

When you arrive at my flat, ring the intercom for Flat 2. My friend Lillian will be at home and she will open the front door for you and let you into my flat.

Presumably you will be tired and want to sleep. But if you feel like some exercise after that long flight, you could stroll down to Cooper Park, which is only ten minutes away ? you can see it from the window.

An Unforgettable Experience

As a lyric goes:“ You’ll be old if you don’t pursue something you like insanely.” I didn’t pay much heed on it the first time I saw this lyric. But you’ll never realize the profound meaning until you put it into practice.

Not long ago, I did a crazy , at least as far as I can see, thing. Well, you can guess it. I went to see a vocal concert of my favorite super star---Yan Yalun, who comes from Taiwan province. Although it happened two months ago, the stirring scene still excited me a lot every time I recollected it.

On January 9, 2013, Yalun held a concert at the centre of Kaide Square in Wuhan. I arrived there alone at about 11:20am. Cause the concert would begin at 5:00pm, I had to wait for nearly six hours. But it seemed that every fan who had arrived there gave a cold shoulder to the waiting time, the half of the square had already been occupied by Yalun’s fans. They were taking pictures of the advertisements about Yalun’s concert, buying album and making new friends with each other. About one century passed by, it was the wonder time next. With the thunderous applause breaking out, Yan Yalun presented at the stage. I burst into tears instantly I saw him. Then it was the official procession. He described what the new album tried to tell us and answered some questions asked by the host. Later, it was the key link and also the point why I eagered to come here so much---Yan Yalun’s autograph on my new album. It meant that I could shake hands with him, I had never imagined it. It was my turn to get the autograph. He firstly received my letter written to him by me and shaked my hands. Then, you could never guess it, he touched my head softly! now i will introduce myself piefly,i am 21 years old,born in heilongjiangprovince ,northeast of china,and i am curruently a senior student at beijing xxuni.my major is packaging engineering.and i will receive my bachelor degreeafter my graduation in june.in the past 4 years,i spend most of my time onstudy,i have passed cet4/6 with a ease. and i have acquired basic knowledge ofpackaging and publishing both in theory and in practice. besides, i have attendseveral packaging exhibition hold in beijing, this is our advantage study here,i have taken a tour to some big factory and company. through these i have adeeply understanding of domestic packaging industry. compared to developedcountries such as us, unfortunately, although we have made extraordinaryprogress since 1978,our packaging industry are still underdeveloped, mess,unstable, the situation of employees in this field are awkard. but i have fullconfidence in a pight future if only our economy can keep the growth pacestill.

Our capacity to cope successfully with lifes challenges far outstrips our capacity to feel nervousness. Yet in the weeks, days, and hours leading up to an event that we believe will test our limits, we can become nervous. Reason can help us recognize the relative futility of unwarranted worry but, more often than not, we will find more comfort in patterns of thought and activity that redirect our attention to practical or engaging matters.

Most of us find it remarkably difficult to focus on two distinct thoughts or emotions at once, and we can use this natural human limitation to our advantage when trying to stay centered in the period leading up to a potentially tricky experience. When we concentrate on something unrelated to our worryuch as deep breathing, visualizations of success, pleasurable pursuits, or exercisenxiety dissipates naturally. Meditation is also a useful coping mechanism as it provides us with a means to ground ourselves in the moment.
