The Great Wall of China is called the "Ten thousand Ii Great Wall" in

Since the one child policy carried on, many families had only one kid. As the children growing up, they felt lonely, because they did not have anyone to accompany. During weekdays, I am busy, because I must go to school. I usually get up

at 6:30 a.m.. And then I do some washing. After that, I will have my breakfast

at 6:50. I usually go to school at 7:15. Now, I can go to school and come home

by myself. I have four classes in the morning and three in the afternoon. I have

my lunch at home. I study Chinese, math, English and some other subjects at

school. At night, I can watch TV or play computer. But I have to finish my

homework first. I usually go to bed at 10:00 p.m..

天铁教育中心举办的第24届田径运动会在铿锵有力的国歌声中拉开了序幕，这是我第八次参加田径运动会了。

还记得，我第一次参加运动会时，是作为一名观众，为我校的运动员加油助威。这一次，我不再只是一名普通的观众了，我既是运动场上的运动员，又是场下的工作人员。

今年，我有幸成为了学校宣传部的一员。我的工作，就是负责审加油稿。各校同学的来稿都很积极，最吸引我的不仅仅是那些字体秀丽端正，稿件内容精彩的加油稿。特别是三四年级弟弟妹妹们的加油稿，读起来越加欢快，这些弟弟妹妹们的稿件内容十分真诚，统一的白纸上，那歪歪扭扭，标注着拼音的字体，惹人喜爱。他们所写的内容不像是加油稿，更像是日记。比如：“昨天我跳绳只跳了96个，但是老师在我的本子上写了一个加油，让我很感动”“今天是我第一次参加运动会”“……”还有的内容着实让人哭笑不得，幼稚的话语中，透露出他们对运动员们的期望。

早晨的时候还有些冷，到了上午，才感到了秋高气爽。操场边的柳树和杨树看起来还是那样的绿意盎然。

赛场上的运动项目一个接着一个，看着在跑道上奋力拼搏的运动员，我的心也不由得为之一颤，因为下一个在跑道上奋力奔跑的人就可能是我。上午，由于不知道我的项目什么时候开始，所以提心吊胆了一上午。我精心准备的葡萄糖水也在一点一点减少，最后只剩下一个空空的瓶子。看着赛场上选手一个个大汗淋漓，跑完后就地一躺，有的还呕吐不止，突然感觉到800米对于我来说像是一个跑不完的路程。

我们班大部分运动员的项目都在上午，相比较去年来说，他们都有了很大的进步，在他们当中，还有拿到第一的同学。每当看到有我们班的同学比赛时，我真的想冲上去为他们大声喊“加油”！甚至陪着他们跑，仿佛在那里跑的不是他，而是我。

上午，秋阳高照，十分灿烂，照得人睁不开眼，阳光照在人身上，就会使人心生困意，浑身无力，所以我十分不喜欢在太阳底下跑步。好在上天眷顾我，把800米安排在了下午三点，刚好阳光也不那么刺眼了，变得柔和起来。

“七八年级组女子800米现在开始检录。”终于等到这句话了。我立刻起身跑到国旗杆附近的检录处，国旗那抹红色十分耀眼。

与去年不同，我多了一份自信。因为去年我是第一次跑八百，心生胆怯，认识的人也不多。今年好多了，大家之间都互相认识，气氛也比较活跃。从检录到站上跑道，我觉得这其中时间太长了，哪也不能去，口渴也还不能去拿水。我的心也开始紧张起来，感觉到一些比赛的氛围了。

随着一声“砰”的枪响，我们一起奔向前方。此次女子八百比赛有十三人，只有前六名才能拿奖，可谓是竞争激烈。一上来，他们就立刻抢占了跑道，我被甩在了她们的身后，不是说好不上来就抢跑道吗？没办法，我只能用更多的力气去赶超他们。第一圈，每个人之间的距离还不是太大。

“加油，加油……”，当我经过我们班的时候，我的耳边都是我的名字，其中有一个很独特的女声大声喊着。我立刻听出来了，那是我的好朋友崔艺的加油声。上场之前，她就给我说了，她会用最大的声音给我加油。此刻，虽然速度可能比不过他人，但是我的“后援团”是独一无二的。

我一边跑，一边算着再超过几个人就能拿到第六。真正拉开距离，是在第二圈的后半圈，大家一下子开始冲刺。本来我还想着最后冲刺说不定能超几个人，没想到大家最后阶段的速度都是那么快。我奋尽全力，也只拿到了第七名，有点小遗憾。

跑完之后，我倒是感觉到了久违的轻松感，又想重跑。从上一次的运动会800米比赛到今年，我对我的表现还是很满意的，只希望明年和上一届的姐姐们比能拿一个好名次吧。

时间飞逝，其他的运动项目也陆陆续续进行完毕了，大家都是满载而归。

明天就是祖国六十九岁生日了，我为祖国祝福，我为祖国歌唱，愿祖国人民幸福安康，愿祖国更加美丽富强！
