《真爱溺爱?》

星期四，我们五年级要去南京春游，学校要求穿校服，我们都穿着统一的灰色校服，只有明明忘记穿了。

大巴车从学校驶了出去，明明焦急地朝着窗外张望，盼望着妈妈能给他送来校服。车驶到了御东国际小区附近，车上早已欢声笑语，只有明明因没穿校服而闷闷不乐。突然，一辆白色宝马车从大巴车旁疾驶过去，横在了大巴车前。整个车上的人都差点飞了出去。“哧”车门打开了，一个女人拿着校服上了车，向大家挥手。她朝明明走过去，给他换上了校服。一阵嘘寒问暖之后便下了车。车上的同学议论纷纷，都说明明的妈妈太爱明明了。

I need to have morningreading. Oh, I almost forget that all of the students have

to do some cleaningbefore breakfast. There come the various classes. Then noon

comes. Havinglunch, I will go to sleep. I often read twenty minutes before I

Yesterday was Teachers Day. It was a great day for all the teachers and also a happy time for us students. In the morning.we went to school early and put a bunch of flowers on our class masters desk to give him a big surprise. Some of us stood at the school gate to say hello to every teacher when they entered the school. In the afternoon, we held a party. We sang and danced with the teachers. They said the best reward for the teachers was to see that we were making progress.

Let me tell you about it. First I have a great eating habit. I eat

vegetables and fruit every day and I drink yogurt twice a week .Although I like

junk food very much I try to eat it once a week because it is bad for my health.

And I also eat less meat. Then I hold on to playing sports every day. I jog 2

kilometers and jump 2 hours. Next I go to bed early and get up early. I keep

sleeping for about 8 hours. Having a great eating habits and doing exercise can

help me get good grades.

As you can see having a healthy life is important for everyone. Let’s have

a healthy life style and lead a happy life.

这个越来越注重养生的时代，大多数人都热衷于跑步。有组团跑的，有约伴跑的，有单独一个人跑的……

跑步可以说是最简单的有氧健身方式。我热衷于跑步源于高中的那段体育生涯，由于偏科，选择了体育来弥补升学的短板，不幸我因腰部受伤没能参加艺考，但从这以后我就爱上了跑步。

在大学的生活，每天必做的事就是跑步，从晚上7点开始，起初因以前的伤已好久都没剧烈运动，只得慢慢来，逐渐恢复。

一开始腰部还是有微微犯疼，只得慢跑、快走，这样一直持续近半学期，加上药物治疗老伤已没太大影响了。就给自己定下运动计划，三公里跑、仰卧起坐、俯卧撑，逐渐的体能恢复了不少。阶段性的加量，起初的三公里到五公里、七公里、十公里、后来定期跑半马，全马是我一直都想挑战的，只是一直都没合适的时间，近期正想着准备来一次全马奔跑!

目前为止，我每天晚上都是十公里，大概都是在五十分钟左右完成。从下午放学后，前后准备就绪早上七点准时在校园里跑步。以前是在田径场跑，最近则围绕校园外围跑。晚上都会遇到很多同学，他们都问我每天跑多少圈之类的问题，他们无法想象我能坚持一个人天天都这样跑步，在他们看来这太难了。其实，对于我自己而言，不跑步才不自在，我早喜欢上了那种独自一人带上耳机奔跑的日子，那一个多小时是最轻松的，不管白天多忙多累，跑完步冲个澡后整个人很是清爽，然后再看看书，写写东西，完美的一天就该是这样的。

其实，静心想想，那十公里的奔跑就好比我们的生活日常。从准备着开始出来时，犹如刚步入社会的我们，前期所有的努力都是为适应这个社会。在奔跑的途中，你不可能一口气就能完成十公里，刚开始的一二公里，觉得还很轻松，犹如初入社会，但到四五公里时是最难熬的，体能有所下降，呼吸急促，就是在这时有的人选择坚持继续跑，有的人就停下来了，他也只能完成五公里，这就好比我们在追梦时遇到的困难，有的人迎难而上，有的选择放弃了。到七公里时，这个时候没有了五公里时间段那般的难受，因为你挺过了跑步的最难受的临界点，一旦你熬过了这个时间段，后面体能会有所提升，呼吸也正常，身体仿佛轻盈了许多，这好比我们在追求梦想时一样，虽然不可能一帆风顺，但只要你能在最难熬的时候挺住，胜利就是你的。到了最后两公里时，不管你有多累，但这个时间段你都会咬咬牙加快速度，争取在最短的时间里完成十公里的计划，越跑越轻松，步幅增大，频率加快。犹如你在快完成工作时一样，马上就快完成了，你怎能不更好的加快自己的效率。

这短短的十公里它不仅是每天的运动计划，它也亦是生活的态度。不仅在跑步上要有坚持的毅力，在生活上未尝不是这样呢?

一双跑鞋，一副耳机，再加一颗坚持的心，就能坚持天天跑，追梦亦如此，生活态度也将如此!青春的奔跑

奔跑是永无止境的，在青春未完之际，勇敢的奔跑是青春无畏的勇敢，我们要相信黑夜过后就是黎明。初三，是一个人生的转折点，但这其中的苦与乐却是永远的回忆……“别气馁，加油!”无数次的灯火阑珊的黑夜，无数次桌前的苦思冥想，让我不由得想起了这句话。

那是一个惬意的午后，但成绩下发的哪刻，显得分外冷清与寂静。“你看，我就知道你考不好，看你考前还玩，可能考好么……”回家还没放下书包，就听见父亲一连串的指责与批评，我无力反驳，接受了他说的一切，默默的回到房间。试卷平铺在桌面上，大大的78分在我眼中闪烁着，试卷上的红色叉子也好似嘲笑我一般，向我张着血盆大口，吓得我喘不过气来。无数泪滴也落在了试卷上，如果它把冲洗掉该多好啊。不，我现在应该想想自己错在哪才对!

打开试卷，所有的委屈都化为了自责。五道题，因为马虎丢分，五道题意味着15分以上。我认真分析这试卷，总结错题，把不同类型的题目整理在一起。深夜，万籁俱寂，唯有那星星和月亮在等着黑夜之后的黎明……每周一次的周测如期而至，这一次，我时时刻刻提醒自己不要马虎，要认真审题。功夫不负有心人，94分，我的黎明也和周测一样如期而至。

青春是迷茫的，但其中的苦与乐是我们永不会忘记的。无论青春的路上有多少荆棘与坎坷，我们只要在路上勇敢的向前奔跑，一定会迎来属于我们的黎明。
