我们班大部分运动员的项目都在上午，相比较去年来说，他们都有了很大的进步，在他们当中，还有拿到第一的同学。每当看到有我们班的同学比赛时，我真的想冲上去为他们大声喊“加油”！甚至陪着他们跑，仿佛在那里跑的不是他，而是我。

上午，秋阳高照，十分灿烂，照得人睁不开眼，阳光照在人身上，就会使人心生困意，浑身无力，所以我十分不喜欢在太阳底下跑步。好在上天眷顾我，把800米安排在了下午三点，刚好阳光也不那么刺眼了，变得柔和起来。

“七八年级组女子800米现在开始检录。”终于等到这句话了。我立刻起身跑到国旗杆附近的检录处，国旗那抹红色十分耀眼。

与去年不同，我多了一份自信。因为去年我是第一次跑八百，心生胆怯，认识的人也不多。今年好多了，大家之间都互相认识，气氛也比较活跃。从检录到站上跑道，我觉得这其中时间太长了，哪也不能去，口渴也还不能去拿水。我的心也开始紧张起来，感觉到一些比赛的氛围了。

随着一声“砰”的枪响，我们一起奔向前方。此次女子八百比赛有十三人，只有前六名才能拿奖，可谓是竞争激烈。一上来，他们就立刻抢占了跑道，我被甩在了她们的身后，不是说好不上来就抢跑道吗？没办法，我只能用更多的力气去赶超他们。第一圈，每个人之间的距离还不是太大。

时间飞逝，其他的运动项目也陆陆续续进行完毕了，大家都是满载而归。

新中国的建立，是无数先烈用鲜血和生命换来的!虽然在建国初期中国的经济基础非常薄弱，但新中国的领导人使中国人民彻底站了起来，使中国彻底实现了独立、完整。 在过去的70年岁月中，中国一步步在崛起，这是华夏儿女所期望的，也是值得欢欣鼓舞的。从建国的第一天起，国际上的许多不友好的国家在仇视中国，想方设法阻碍中国进步。 美国是中国发展的最大威胁，美国发动的朝鲜战争、越南战争使我国在人力和财力方面遭受了巨大损失;美国支持的蒋介石反攻大陆行动使我国沿海长期不得安宁;现在的美国仍然在想方设法遏止中国，如不承认中国市场经济地位、在台湾问题上指手划脚、强迫人民币升值等等，在未来的若干年中，美国将仍然是中国的敌人，是永远的麻烦制造者。

我们坚信，在中华民族伟大复兴的征程上，必将出现一个又一个辉煌的30年!中华民族的崛起，必将让世界为我们自豪!
