很多天以前我们就得到消息，省外一家外文出版社今天要到本系招2名英文编辑。一打听，要求还挺高，不但学习成绩进入全系前二十名，还要在英文刊物上发表过文章。仔细掂量了一下自己的实力，我的成绩是全系第十五，这个条件我符合;至于在英文刊物上发表文章，这个条件就有点难了，整个专业也许没几个吧。去还是不去呢?思虑再三，还是去试试。

招聘会在语音室进行。前来应聘的人数不是很多，也就十多人吧。大概是学习成绩这个条件让很多人望而生畏。面试开始了，应聘者依次拿着自己的简历和面试老师面对面坐着交谈。时间大概是3分钟。在我前面的几名同学，和面试老师的交谈了不到一分钟，就灰溜溜地走了，连简历也没有留下。很显然，他们都被淘汰了。

该我上场了。果然，面试老师一得知我没有发表文章的经历，连我的简历也没有看，客气地对我说了声“抱歉”。然后就招呼下一位了。

睡前总结：也许是第一次参加应聘吧，感觉很失败。毕业求职时发现自己学到的东西并不太多。对没有工作经验的我来说，平时的经验就是很好的积累。我很后悔大学前三年没有好好练笔写些稿子。

前天那场招聘会，被隔壁班的两位英语高人给抢走了，听说待遇还不错。签就签了吧，至少少了两个竞争对手，好单位还多着呢。

在武汉科技会展中心，今天有场“武汉8校联合招聘会”，我早早地买了门票，攥着几天前就准备好的6份简历进了场。其中4份是准备应聘翻译的，另外两份应聘英文报刊编辑。其实我的“硬件”还算过得去——专业八级，计算机三级，还有两次“院三好学生”和两次二等奖学金。找个翻译的工作，胜算应该比较大吧。

会场人很多，我绕场转了两圈，仅发现两家英文报刊在招广告策划，想想和自己的专业沾了点边，我毫不犹豫地把简历递了过去。

对方仔细看我的简历，问了一句：“你是学广告策划的吗?”

他刚才不是看了吗?怎么还问我?我说：“不是，我是英语专业的。我对你们的工作岗位……”“对不起，我们不要其他专业的!”还没说完，对方就很不耐烦地打断了我的话。

睡前总结：今天的收获几乎为零。宿舍小文总结我的失败之处在于跨专业求职。想来也对，跨专业求职对普通学生难度太大，除非事前有很好的准备。今天的失败应该在于没考虑自己的专业因素吧。

11月27日 星期四 阴

谢天谢地，终于迎来第一场针对本专业的招聘会。宿舍的几位姐妹都起床忙于梳妆打扮。我早早地起来，又把自己的简历看了一遍，按求职意向分门别类整理了一下自己的思路。挤进会场后，我先绕场一周了解大致情况，然后有针对性地把我的简历投了出去。

我们专业不过500来人，而整个会场人数足足有一两千。我甚至还瞥见有位同学来自广东省的中山大学。

到底是针对英语专业，让我感觉自己能胜任在场的所有职位。上午我去一家外贸公司应聘高级翻译。面试老师用英语问起了一些有关我家庭成员和籍贯的问题，虽然谈不上对答如流，却也算是表达清晰。后来又和我聊起了今年年初流行的SARS病的相关问题知识，我的语句就开始不通畅了。最后我感觉对方有点落井下石，竟问起了今年诺贝尔化学奖的得主来自哪个国家。我支吾了半天，只好“SORRY”。

还是再试试另一家报社的英文编辑吧。

展位前的椅子上已经坐了好多前来应聘的人。我刚要找个地方坐下，中间一位老师就站起来宣布面试开始。接着发给大家每人一张试卷。要求在半个小时内完成。

我瞅了瞅周围的人，他们看上去相当认真。题目是十个选择填空题和一篇作文改错。几个选择题似乎很简单，几分钟我就完成了。那篇作文是有关神州5号飞船升空的，反复看了好几遍，才找到一处语法错误。眼看时间快到了，我胡乱地改了几处单词。然后把试卷交了上去。

那位戴眼镜的老编辑花了几分钟看完了我们的试卷，当场宣布5人进入下一轮面试，其余的人全部淘汰。原因是只有这5人记得神州5号升空的日子。

为什么平时不多看看报纸呢。这么重要的错误也没发现?下次还是小心点吧。

睡前总结：两个这么好的工作就被我这样给糟蹋了。我发现虽然自己专业已经是八级，但口语什么的好象还不太够用，而要命的是我平时除了集中学习专业知识，对外界的关心太少了。 翻译和编辑两种工作都需要大量的社会知识积累。我败在了平时。

12月1日 星期一 阴

连续两天，华中科技大学和武汉科技会展中心召开了两场招聘会。天很冷，但依然高兴，因为两天的奔波换来了三个面试机会。

一是本市一家进出口贸易公司，我应聘副总经理秘书，二是一家企业缺个策划，再就是市中心一所重点高中的英语教师。我根据自己的优势和硬件，集中对英语教师进行了精心准备。想到面试时多半会要求我上台试讲，我还特地请教了我们的英语老师，让他为我作了特别辅导。

果然不出我所料，那位老校长要我上讲台授课，4位老师临时充当我的学生。好在我提前做了准备，一上讲台，我就着那本高中英语课本绘声绘色地讲了起来。加上我们高中学过那篇课文，我发挥比较出色。20分钟后，老校长叫停，而后就和几位老师开始了讨论。

说实话，虽然紧张，但我对自己的发挥还是比较满意。果然，老校长对我说：“刘小姐，你已经通过了我们的面试，如果你是真诚喜欢这个职位的话，请随时拨打我的电话，我等你的好消息。”说完，递过来一张名片。

睡前总结：那一刻，我几乎要高兴得喊出来。为了工作，我已经整整奔波了10 天了。今天终于尝到了被录用的甜头。嘿嘿。

我和爸爸、妈妈、舅舅、舅妈、爷爷、奶奶一起在家里包了好吃的饺子，然后大家聚在一起吃了一顿丰盛的年夜饭!我还给他们磕头拜年，获得了许多的压岁钱，我高兴极了!我穿上了妈妈给我买的新衣服，和妈妈一起高高兴兴地贴春联。晚上，我看了联欢晚会，有唱歌的、有跳舞的、还有变魔术的，看得我目瞪口呆，真精彩呵!

不知不觉，就到了下楼放炮的时间了。我买了很多的炮，有冲天炮，有彩珠筒，还有震天雷，各种各样，五颜六色。我放了这个，又放那个，忙得不亦乐呼，只听见整个小区里震耳欲聋，几乎每家每户都在放炮!

大年初一早上，我们一家出去玩。只见街上到处都挂着红灯笼和彩旗，真是张灯结彩，热闹非凡!每一个路过的人脸上都喜气洋洋!

商场里面更是人山人海，走都走不动，尤其是卖糖果的地方，让我看得眼花缭乱，口水都要流出来了!

As it’s known to all, China is popular for its emperor of bicycles. This is because our country is still a developing country and few people can afford private cars. The demand for a means of transport is met by making millions of bicycles available.

Riding a bicycle has a lot of advantages over driving a car. First, it is a physical exercise to ride a bicycle. In contrast, sitting in the car, one tends to gain weight. Besides, it is much more economical to ride a bike than drive a car. On the one hand, the only fee a bike-rider has to pay is the annual tax. However, the annual fees for a car are costly. On the other hand, a bike neednt be equipped with a parking lot, but a car must. Most important of all, it is beneficial to the environment to ride a bicycle because the bike doesnt consume petrol; it is a pollution-free transport. In contrast, the exhaust released by the car is harmful to the environment.

Since China is a developing country with a large population, bicycles will still be the most popular means of transport in China for quite a long time. Most people will still ride bicycles to go to work or to school. The emperor country of bicycles will remain for at least dozens of years.

I have a good winner vacation!

In my winner vacation ，I often did my homework， and helped my mother clean rooms.

I sometimes went shopping with my friends . We had a good time! I also watched TV and played puter games. During Spring Festival ，I visited my grandparents.

I was very happy ，I think my winner vacation was very interesting!

放学后，看着校门口一家家小店里挤满了正在寻找自己想要的东西的学生，老板内心的欣喜已经藏不住了，在脸上表现出来，看着他们在那津津有味的吃着“食品”，好像不吃多就会让别人觉得很小气，所以就拼了命的吃，在付账的时候不会觉得心疼，他们也不想一想，那是父母一点一点攒来的血汗钱，也许有人说没事不就这几个钱吗？我们家有钱，我在想有钱是什么概念，再有钱也是父母辛辛苦苦挣来的，天上不可能掉馅饼更不可能会掉钱。

看着作文题目是听爸妈讲打工经历，但我想这个“听”应该不需要，我从小到大都没有离开过爸爸妈妈半步，他们的打工经历都深深地印在我的脑海里了，而且每次考完试把通知书给爸爸妈妈看的时候，经常是妈妈说：“我和你爸爸从乡下弄到城里来上学就是为了你能够好好学习，我和你爸爸每天这么辛苦的工作不都为了你吗。”述说着她和爸爸的打工的经历。

关于爸爸妈妈打工的经历真的太难说，以前在乡下的时候，爸爸妈妈都是教师，我们一家人在一起很开心，很幸福，但是自从爸爸为了我的学习来到县里工作，我感觉我们家发生了太多的变化，因为爸爸在县里工作，爸爸妈妈在县里买了房子，因为开始没有交房，所以不用交房款，我们家的经济还好，爸爸有稳定的工作，妈妈因为在家觉得很急人，所以也出去找工作。

妈妈的第一份工作是在一个手机店推销手机，一个月七百多元的工资，可以给家里减轻些负担，但后来我们一家人都觉得妈妈工作的地方太远干了一个月就不干了。

妈妈的第2份工作是干的时间最长的一个，是在超市里当服务员，地点离我们租的房子很近，工作也很轻松，妈妈在那里工作了一年，可是新房子装修好了，因为装修房子花费很贵，妈妈不得不再换新的工作。

妈妈这一次当了老师，在一个私人学校教书，虽然那工资挺高，但是很累，而且地方很远，妈妈坚持了半个学期，还是辞职了，这几份工作最后的结果都是辞职，妈妈在家里休息了两个月，结果妈妈又找了一份工作还是当教师，那里的工资虽然不高但是工作十分的轻松。妈妈也很开心。

爸妈努力的工作都是为了我，爸爸妈妈的打工经历让我很感动，我一定要努力学习不辜负爸爸妈妈的苦心。

Summer Vacation

I enjoy summer vacation very much. Because summer vacation is the longest vacation of the year. We have more than fifty days to rest. Though it is very hot, we can either go to swim or stay in the air-conditioned room . In the evening,

I like to go shopping with my friends. We can eat many things in summer, such as ice creams, watermelons, grapes,so on.In summer, I always go on a trip with my parents. Its a good chance for us to visit some nice interesting places.

When the sun lazy to stretch the body, when I stood on the balcony to enjoy the fragrance in the air, I was fully equipped for.

In August 31st, the last day of this summer vacation was my most exciting and proud day - Latin dance.

When I arrived at the competition, I saw that the players were dancing with all kinds of gorgeous match suits, and the neon lights were shining. The whole scene was more moving. Although the game has not been formally started, everyone has been eager to show their gorgeous dance. At that moment, on the stage, we were like a group of flowers and butterflies who linger in flowers. They focused on oblivious people. But when the radio said I was the first group to perform, my heart was on the move at once, and nervously entered the waiting area. I was eager to find someone who encouraged me on the stage. At last, I saw that the teacher nodded to me repeatedly and gave me an encouraging look. That vision entered my heart like the first sunshine in the morning, which made me no longer nervous. I read from the teachers eyes that you do the same thing as you do. My heart gradually quieted down, the teacher was watching me behind the back, supporting me. So when the music sounded, I was dancing with the rhythm. The music stopped, I return to step down after the hard rocking my companion, I asked her how, where there are no do well? "Mom, you see that my sister just jump so wonderful!" A little voice in my ear. As I looked at it, I saw a little girl looking at me with excitement, and I felt a sense of confidence. The game was over that day. Thats a good ending for my summer vacation, but it doesnt mean that I can slack off. Time is still running away. We still learn from year to year. The road is still long. I cant stop half the way. I want to go through the road step by step. Everything is to be continued!
