时间如流水，又迎来了新的一年，回望过去的一年里，要感恩的实在太多太多。此刻，我最最想要感恩的是我的父亲。人们都说父爱如山，在我看来也是毋庸置疑的。在平凡的生活中，是他沉稳的爱让我从一个小屁孩，慢慢地成长为一个小小男子汉。

每个人都有自己的弱点，而我的弱点就是两个字“爱哭”，为了“治疗”这坏习惯，爸爸用了许多的招数，可都没有效果。有一天，我做错了一件事，被妈妈骂了。接着，我的“自来水管”就开始漏水了。这被一旁的爸爸看见了，可是，这回爸爸却不像往常那样，而是语重心长地对我说：“儿子，金无足赤，人无完人，每个人都会有弱点，关键在于要如何去面对它。”说完他就走了。事后，我就在房间里不断思索着爸爸对我说的这一番话，心想：之前爸爸腰间盘突出做了手术，他疼得脸都发青了，但他丝毫没有要哭的迹象，而我遇到那么一点芝麻大小的事就要爆水管，真是太不应该了。我刚打算去找爸爸妈妈承认错误，可没想到，爸爸走过来了，手里还拿着一份“奖惩协议”。爸爸说：“儿子，我们来定个君子协议吧，照这张表格我们来记分，看你的表现，你会得到奖励或惩罚。”我接过爸爸手里的协议，仔细地看了起来。从此，我心里暗暗地下了决定，一定要改掉这个坏习惯。接下来的日子，我一个月比一个月惩罚的次数减少了，而奖励的次数却越来越多了。最终，在爸爸制定的这份协议帮助下，我改掉了这个坏习惯。

爸爸我爱您，感谢您一直为我默默地付出，以后，我要更加努力地学习，用最好的成绩来报答您！
