在大雪纷飞的夜晚，爸爸仅穿一件毛衣在寒冷的夜晚中顶着风暴行驶，爸爸冻得直发抖……不知过了多久，我们到了医院。

爸爸抖了抖自己身上的雪，把我抱到病床上，医生给我打吊针时，我便睡着了，全然不知之后发生的事情了。

不知过了多久，我醒了。眼前一片陌生，只看见爸爸趴在床边睡着了。我看着爸爸的黑眼圈，看着爸爸冻裂的手，看着爸爸满头的白发，我的眼睛被泪水蒙盖了。

爸爸醒来后，给我买了包子吃，自己却在一边吃馒头。我抬起头看着爸爸苍白的脸庞，看着爸爸苍白的嘴唇，心里很不是滋味，我的泪珠不由得又掉了下来。

爸爸，您对我的爱是无私的，现在我已经懂事了。以后，如果您眼花了，我来做您的眼睛，如果您的背弯了，我来做您的拐杖。因为您才会有今天的我，让我明白了感恩的重要。

First day of losing weight

Today is the first day of my plan of losing weight.This morning , i drunk

only a cup of milk oatmeal as plan,and then i started to studied my english.when

it was 10：00 am, the inner man began to crave the nourishment, i couldnt

concentrate my attention to study， and there fried all kinds of delicious food

in my brain:hamburgers、dumplings、egg fried rice and omelette…… .After ten

minutes strugling，I couldnt help that anymore! I rushed to the kitchen, in

which then i ate whatever that was eatable!After that i finally gave up to lose

weight, thinking that im not that fat to need to go on a diet. Anyway, i should

continue to enjoy delicious food which i think is most beautiful thing in the

world.
