一.写作准备阶段

(一)消除恐惧心理

自英语普及后，根据社会要求，杜绝“哑巴英语”，大多数的学校都从一年级就开设英语课程，到了四年级，学生的口头表达能力都很好，笔头方面就相对弱了。进行英语写作，他们就会觉得不自信，觉得自己水平达不到，能力也够不上。针对这点，就得需要教师在教学中，根据学生的实际能力安排教学。学生是教学的主体，要想教学有效果，就必须发挥学生的主动性。学生怕写作，一方面是觉得自己的所积累的词汇量和句子不够多，教师在教学中注重适量的拓展和培养积累单词，词组的好习惯，对句子进行举一反三的说。另一方面学生怕在写作中犯错，怕会因为一些小错误就受到老师的批评，就这方面，教师在指导时应多给予鼓励，只有让他们认识到了错误，改正了，才会减少错误，在鼓励中增强学生的自信心，从而消除他们对写作的恐惧感。

(二)创设写作环境

环境是非常重要的因素，人的成长需要好的环境，写作当然也要求有个好的环境。况且，写作是个复杂的思维过程，环境在此更显其重要性。在教学中，教师可以精心为学生创设一个积极、合作和富有鼓励性的环境，使他们乐于写作，充分发挥自己的思维能力。比如，在中年级的英语教学中可以安排学生对练习册上的短小语段摘抄下来，读读背背，培养语感;在高年级的英语教学中，可以安排写英语日记，一组的学生的共用一本日记本，每天由一位同学带回家写英语日记，内容及多少都不限制。老师每次都得对日记进行认真批改和给予鼓励性的评价。学生可以传阅，在其中他们能分享成功的喜悦，也扩大阅读量。

二.写作训练阶段

写作包括能用所学词汇、语法和句型造简单的句子、回答问题、改写课文、看图写话、依照学过的题材写小短文。这些需要循序渐进，要从最简单的语言和言语练习开始，从基本要求做起，由易到难，逐步提高要求，每一步都要有具体要求，切实可行。

(一)句的训练

词连成句，造句是英语写作教学的主要练习形式之一。可以先由教师提供词素，让学生学会连句，熟悉句子结构，为以后造句打下基础。教师也可以在教授一种句型结构时让学生改句子。而后，让学生自己造句，教师常常可以为学生造句提供一个结合实际生活的情景，这样可以避免注重语言形式，忽视内容，脱离一定的情景与主题。

在平时，应该多读一些英语材料，这是泛读。不过今天我主要围绕考试来谈，也就是落实到怎么样做阅读理解。我自己做阅读理解可以分为四个步骤，我曾经把这四个步骤教给很多同学，只要能按照这四个步骤做下来的，一两月之内，英语成绩基本都有很大的气色。

第一步，是先看问题。问题下面的选项可以稍微扫一下，不用认真看。这样做的目的是快速了解整篇文章的大概意思和考点。也就是说你把题目看完了之后，基本就知道这篇阅读理解在讲什么了。因为有的阅读文章它的写作方式不是“开门见山”式的，往往会先闲扯两句，然后慢慢的导入主题。很多人上来先看文章，一看开头——看不懂，不知道作者想要说什么，然后就晕了头，后面的内容也就跟着糊里糊涂起来。所以我们先看题目，知道全文大意和考点，即使看文章的时候有些地方看不懂，也影响不大了。

第二步，就是认真的把全文阅读一遍，然后做题。

这前面两部，是我们做阅读理解的常规步骤，在考场上，也就按照这两个步骤来就不错了。完成者前面那个步骤，每篇文章需要用的时间大概是12分钟。

今天就是英语外研比赛的日子了，我被安排在下午2.30那场，老妈的单位离考场比较近，上午我便跟她去单位值班。

简单吃了点饭，老妈看我这副状态，她提议说，咱们提前溜达着去吧，就当散散步。

午后的街道有些冷清，看到不错的景致，老妈竟不忘给我拍张照片啥的，她可真有兴致。不觉中就来到了“宝睿国际未来小学”门口，我们是下午考生中来得最早的。

等了好久一些家长才陪着孩子到来，有接待老师把我们安排在家长等候区，并给选手们讲了些注意事项，接着老师又读了考场名单，我被安排在第三考场。

这是初赛，演讲的内容是自我介绍加才艺表演。我看到有的选手准备得真棒!不光自己化了淡妆，还梳了很复杂很漂亮的辫子，有的还穿了美丽的裙子。有不少同学手里拿了画板，上面是他们精心绘制的图画，他们边指着自己的画边小声念着英语，看来他们的才艺表演一定是用英语介绍自己的画了。而我的才艺显得多么的微不足道，我只打算读一首英文小诗。

上午考完的同学在群里发来信息，他们说很简单，评委主要看你的口语能力，觉得背不好的，也可以直接读，我终于有了一些安心。

马上就轮到我了，听到老师念我名字，稿子在我手中抖的更厉害了。原来考场里只有三位评委老师，但其中有一位外国人。我的心开始咚咚跳个不停，手心也开始冒汗。我刚说一句“Hello everyone.”，三位评委老师便微笑着向我点头示意。他们这一微笑，我反而不自在的很，我僵硬的站在他们面前，机械地象在用英文诵经一般，我甚至听到自己的声音就象一只大苍蝇在我周围嗡嗡着飞，它飞飞停停，停停飞飞，可恶极了。我发现三位评委老师都在低着头，记录着什么，也不知他们听清了这“嗡嗡”声没有。自我介绍环节很快就完了，我看没人看我，便拿出稿子，直接读那首“四季”的小诗。依然没人看我，平时读得一点问题都没有，此时竟卡了好几下，自己都觉得糟糕透顶。

三分钟终于结束了，我向三位评委鞠了躬说了“thank you”之后，心情才平静下来。

因为我是最后一场，所以，我来到家长区没多久，就有老师进来，当场宣布进入复赛的同学名单了。老师神采飞扬，声音洪亮，她说：“非常高兴地通知大家，祝贺以下进入复赛的同学，读到名字的同学也请家长一起上台!”

接着老师便念“张三，李四”，没有我的名字!

我沮丧极了，连为大家鼓掌的力气都没有了。

也许从我站到台上的那一刻就被评委老师“秒杀”掉了。老妈反倒安慰我说：“你在这里登过台，已经很棒了。但一定记住，台上一分钟，台下十年功啊。”

是的，通过参加这次比赛，我也找到了自己努力的方向。
