偶然的深夜里，孤影独对，才发现镜中的面孔是那般的陌生。都说是人生如酒，可又有几人在细细品味?苦与甜的夹杂，得与失的纠结，充斥了原本想要的那份宁静与幸福，丢失了心灵深处最美的纯真与憧憬。人生一世，草木一秋，位高权重也好，富贵荣华也罢，钟鼓璞玉最后还不是身长七尺于地下!苦甜得失又有什么区别呢?

身边的朋友经常对我说：“觉得你好幸福，好羡慕。”每当听到这样的声音，我真的无言以对，甚至觉得有些尴尬。因为在我觉得，爱情或婚姻，家庭或事业，所谓的幸福其实只是一种感觉，一种自己对自己的感觉。如果说非要给幸福下个定义，那么我的定义就是简单。在我以为世界所有的事物其实都很简单，只是我们自以为很聪明而把它弄得复杂了。自己生活在自己的世界里，旁人有何从能看出你内心的幸与不幸呢?

所有物质的发展不遗余力的改变着我们脆弱的神经，影响着我们的思想朝着未知的苍穹。追求不再是精神的满足，而是物质的永不满足，最为可悲的是还简单的以为只要物质满足精神就自然满足了。其实只要你停一下匆匆的脚步，看看镜中的自己，你就会发现自己很可悲：为了满足自己的虚荣，说着虚伪的话，徘徊在这冰冷的人情世故里;又或许为了得到自己想要的物质享受浮华生活，逼迫自己不停的向前冲，利用一切身边可以利用的资源，当然包括友情、爱情甚至亲情。也许还会一边高唱着社会如此冷漠，世态如此炎凉的高调... ...

必须承认人心是复杂的，但人心同样可以是简单的。如果你自己简单，你会发现身边的人也是简单的，如果你心是复杂的，那么你身边的每一个人都比你更复杂。神经病都以为自己是最幸福的，在他眼里，你我才是真正的神经病。生活也可以简单，喜欢就是喜欢，不喜欢就是不喜欢，又何必勉强自己呢?我们总在不停地去追求一些东西，也收获一些东西，行囊就会越来越大，越来越重。如果不曾停下来审视自己，检查背囊，你又知道什么是需要的什么是多余的呢?总有许多东西需要舍弃，不然我们就会被沉重的背囊压在途中，放慢、停下前进的脚步，直至自己在遗憾中消亡。

你我皆凡人，活在人世间，思想总被自己的世俗观念所左右，总会拿自己与人比较，而且只会和比自己眼前之人比较，那又为何不转身看看还在你身后的人呢?山有山的姿态，水有水的柔情，所谓“看山是山，看水是水”的境界其实远没有说得那么复杂，在我以为，只要你闭上眼什么也不看，山水又有何区别?所有的山水之说不过是庸人自扰、徒曾烦恼而已。只要自己明白，别人的幸福只在你的眼里，你的幸福才在自己心里，当然也就在别人的眼里了。笑看他人的繁华，静静地守护自己内心的一片宁静与祥和，你还说不幸福吗?

生活是一种态度，幸福是一种感觉，人生则是不断收获与放弃的过程!

在收获与放弃之间，以一颗简单的心，听自己内心的感受，让生活变得简单。

Everyone in our life should face something we hate,or some one we never want to face.

So,how can we face the difficulties.

I was so excited when i entered the University. For so many years, I worked hard to achieve this dream and finally i made it. Everything seemed fresh and curious to me. I was so pleased that I would enjoy my University life soon.

when i was in high school, I had to study all the time and hardly had spare time to do what i wanted to.Besides, I had to focus on my textbooks and doing exercise again and again. Therefore, I had little time to read magazines and novels and watch TV. what was worse, I couldnt play with my friends a lot, which I couldnt stand the most. However, my University life is totally different from the life in high school.I can arrange my time freely. I spend most of my time reading in the library, where I can open my eyes and broaden my mind.In my free time, I also join some clubs,where i can make a lot of friends of different majors. My teachers in University are so kind and knowledgeable that they not only teach us knowledge but also how to be a person and how to get on with others. In addition, there are more opportunities for me to improve myself.

I believe University life is an important stage in my life. In University, i can learn how to learn by myself, how to get on with others, how to live independently.College provides me with a stage where i can show myself and be myself.

In the morning, it is very fine! Then I climb the mountain with family, the air on the mountain is very fresh, the flowers plants and trees on the mountain all seem extremely beautiful. In the afternoon, I go to friends home to play, the friend entertains me warmly, show me a lot of books of his , has listened to his CD for me , then also ask me to eat a sumptuous dinner.

Coming back home in the evening, family and I sat and watched TV together, we are returning and eating the fruit while chatting, the whole family is happy and harmonious!
