四乘一百同样精彩，我班参加这个项目的四名运动员早早的来到了比赛场地。第一棒是我们班的张洛宁，她像一只小鹿飞快的跑着。到了第二棒是吴静雯她像一只豹子跑着，转眼间又到第四棒是我班的史成嫣他像一匹野马跑着，比赛结束了，但校园李怀流淌着我们的加油声。

（一）

我是一个爱运动的平凡女孩！

在几个月以前，我还不喜欢运动，甚至讨厌上体育课。每次，体育老师让我们做运动时，我都推三阻四，尤其是俯卧撑，对我来说简直比要了我的命还难，更何况体育老师还要求我们女生做12个，而且做完后还要做50个蹲起，平常老师还要我们比跑步，比青蛙跳……每次比完我都会被我的朋友们笑，因为我的体育太差了，每次比赛我几乎都是最后一名，他们甚至还说：“关惠尹，你什么都好，唯有跑步是我们班最差的，努力！”而且每次跟我比赛的人都说：“关惠尹，跟你比赛真好，每次都是你垫底，加油啊！”听了这番话我很是难过，听到他们讽刺的笑声我心里真不是个滋味，尽管有了他们鼓励，但我还是很难过。

自从那天起，我每天都加强锻炼做10个俯卧撑，25个蹲起，现在放假了，我更要加强锻炼，我制定了一个运动计划：每天早晨起来去楼下晨跑30分钟，中午做上20个俯卧撑，50个蹲起，晚上出去散散步，跑跑步……

运动，可以增强人们的心肺功能，改善血液循环系统、呼吸系统、消化系统的机能状况，有利于人体的生长发育，提高抗病能力，增强有机体的适应能力。我是一个喜欢运动的孩子，我家里有着各种各样的运动玩具！有滑板、滑轮车、篮球、足球、乒乓球、旱冰鞋、跳绳等等。我样样都玩的很好。

而学习舞蹈也是锻炼身体的一种方式，我正在学习一种很时尚很有艺术性的舞蹈——街舞！而且，我每天都要听着街舞音乐跳上几遍，既锻炼了身体，又温习了我的街舞，真是一举两得啊！

给家里打扫卫生也是一种运动方式，每天在业余的时间给家里进行一次大扫除，不仅锻炼了身体，而且还能让家里变得更整洁呢！

而运动也要挑好的时间。在下午五六点钟吃过晚饭后锻炼，气温相对较高，空气中的二氧化碳含量较少，经过一天的工作，有利于缓解疲劳。而锻炼的地点也很重要！

尽量选择室外氧气充足的地方锻炼。冬季天冷，很多人喜欢到健身房、游泳馆等室内场所锻炼。其实这是错误的。冬季空气质量本来较差，室内人多的地方就更差，如果不是专业训练，最好选择合适的时间，到室外氧气充足、空气清新的地方锻炼。

溜冰的人一个个都使出自己的绝技：有的在原地打转，头竟然不晕，还可以滑来滑去。有的在一个软绵绵的垫子。在上面一会儿在上面空翻，一会儿又在上面蹦蹦跳跳。还有的在一个仅有20厘米的石板上自由的滑来滑去……
