下一个动作也极其有趣，被称作“半蝗虫功”。只见姐姐趴在毯子上，双手支撑起上半身，十分滑稽地抬起右腿向上翘起。这时，她从容地呼吸声在空气中回荡着。这样坚持了几秒钟，伴随着彻底的呼吸声，右腿缓缓放下去，左腿有开始重复着刚才的动作。我禁不住惊叹道：“你别说，还真像只大蝗虫。”接着急不可耐地学着做。这时，妈妈推开门，看到我，竟捂住嘴“扑哧哧”地笑起来。我疑惑地看了看姐姐，姐姐也一下子笑出声来，指着我边笑边说：“瞧你，这哪像蝗虫，活脱脱一只大烧鸡啊……”说完又哈哈大笑起来。我的脸顿时红了下来，赶紧站起来，心想：我做的当然不规范，但只要我加倍努力，肯定能做的向姐姐一样。我充满信心接着认真做下去。

如今天气已转凉了，人们都换上了厚厚的棉衣，在学校里，同学们一个个躲在教室里，不愿出来活动活动，特别是在体育课上，如果老师说：这节课自由活动，同学们就高兴地欢呼起来。男同学一般是打篮球，而女同学呢？不是一群人聊天，就是三五成群地追赶嬉戏，像永远长不大的孩子一样，还有的就是预先准备好书的同学，一并坐在地上看书。这样一来，虽然很轻松，但没有起到锻炼的效果。老师要我们自由活动，是让我们轻松自由地锻炼，比如打打球，跑跑步什么的，对于这样的情况，老师也只是看在眼里。

现在我们青年学生在学习重负下，不注意锻炼身体，导致对环境适应能力差，天气稍有变化，就容易患病。真实运动的最初目的就是为了增强体质，然而在生活中，大多数还不了解怎样科学锻炼，有的人运动的强度大，时间很长，有的吃饭后马上运动……这些都是适得其反的运动。

My Favorite Teacher

Everyone has his favorite teacher ,so do I. My favourite teacher is Miss Wei, our English teacher. We felt English very difficuit when we began to study English. Miss Wei had a good idea to solve the problem. One day, Miss Wei came into the classroom with some fruits, such as apples,bananas,and oranges. She said: “Today we are going to learn the names of the fruits. You can eat the fruits if you can tell me their names in English . ”All the students listened carefully and studied hard . Someone even stood up to answer questions. Class was over ,and the fruits were all eaten. From then on ,I am more and more interested in English, and I want to say from my heart: “ Thank you, Miss Wei!”

After I finishe my dash running, I went to have the long jump. Michele tried, but Jennifer jump further than Michele, Peter jumped further than the two, finally I jump the furthest.

Next we have the relay race。We have eight people to have the competition.Im the first, so I can ran as fast as I can.The other people tried their best to run, and I tried the best, so Im proud of me, finally we can just get the sixth, but Im happy say, we all tried the best.

In my city, its sohot in the summer even in the evenings that nobody would like to stay at home. People usually walk in the street or sit in the open air. They take it as a good chance to do exercise and make friends. For some elderly people, they would like to do Tai Chi that is more suitable to them. As to my family, we always go outside after dinner. Except the hot weather, we think that walking after dinner is good to health. We often stay outside for an hour and then come home. But my father doesnt like to go outside because he is tired after work. All in all, the lives in summer are colorful, because people would like to go out and have some fun.
