我因太阳而半闭着双眼，透过人缝，看见一位白色上衣的选手倒在地上，我心想：辛苦了这么久，结果却倒了，所有的汗水都付诸东流，真是功亏一篑啊。他，在一秒间毅然坚强地站起来；他，没有顾及身上、脸上的灰尘向某处跑去；他，眼神坚决的看着前方的某处，跑去……他的双臂长出了一对洁白的翅膀。

我被慑住了，猛地脱离了那我认为安适的位置，往人群众挤。他步伐艰难的向前挪步，一步一步地……我的心不禁为他而剧烈跳动起来，呼吸仿佛在此刻就要停止，目光也死死盯着他那执着的身躯。

金牌早已名花有主，许多学生在他倒下的一刻唉叹了一声就离开了，为拿奖的人祝贺。此时的他孤零零地向目标迈进，我想：这就是运动员的运动精神吧！我承认我被他坚定的眼深折服了，我的心在他的带领下，明白了奖牌的真正意义……

看到如此震撼的一幕，我忽然想起上体育课的我，总会趁老师不注意而溜之大吉或边跑边走，想到这里我不禁低下头，原来我的意志是如此的薄弱，只会做逃兵而不愿接受困难向我下的挑战书。

失败不可怕，只怕半途而废，这就是我的“运动精神”。

I like candy very much. On my birthday, my grandma gives me a bag of candy. Fruit candy is my favorite. They are colourful. The banana candy is yellow, the strawberry candy is red, and the apple candy is green. My mother doesn’t want me to eat too many candies, it is bad for tooth.

我非常喜欢糖果。在我生日那天，我奶奶给了我一袋糖果。水果糖果是我的最爱。它们五颜六色。香蕉糖果是黄色的，草莓糖果是红色的，苹果糖果是绿色的。我妈妈不想让我吃太多的糖果，它对牙齿不好。

我喜欢体育运动，它能给我带来乐趣与荣誉，它能使老年人越来越年轻，能使青少年更加富有活力，能让爱运动的家庭更加亲密和融洽，它还是和平友好的使者呢！

说到这里，我还崇拜好几个体育明星呢！“亚洲飞人”刘翔、第一个进入NBA的姚明、还有“跳水皇后”郭晶晶，但是我喜爱的体育运动是滑冰，因为我觉得女孩子穿上漂亮的衣服，换上好看的滑冰鞋，再配上好听的音乐，在滑冰场上滑冰，动作优美，流畅，跟跳舞一样。

不管是周末，节日，还是假期，特别是假期，我都要让妈妈给我报一个滑冰班。

记得有一次，妈妈说要带我去外头吃饭，我首先说就要去“世纪金源”，因为那有一个冠军溜冰场，还没等吃完饭呢我就说要去溜冰。于是我就到了冠军溜冰场，换上冰鞋，我就进去滑，我的妈妈，还有好几个家长都站在外面看我滑。我敢说自己是冰场里滑得最好的一个。冰场里有一些老年人，年轻人，有的年轻人还扶着栏杆呢，不时还要摔上几跤。我滑一会儿，歇一会儿，滑了差不多一个小时才出来，出来后，妈妈和几个家长都夸我滑得好。妈妈还说：“冲你这样，我一定给你报个班！”就这样，妈妈给我报了一个班。经过一年多的努力，我拿到了三级证书。

经常滑冰以后，我发现我很少生病了，差不多一年都不感冒呢。

我与滑冰这项运动结下了不解之缘，它给我带来了荣誉和快乐。

我十分爱运动，运动可以强健体魄，可以让我们的身体变得健康……

我爱运动有很多：打篮、登山、骑车……但是我最爱的还是短跑。

我短跑成绩优秀得很，我曾在秋季运动会上获得“短跑全年级第一”的荣誉，不仅给班级争了光而且同学们和体育老师都对我刮目相看。

这都是我一天又一天积累来的。

不知从什么时候开始我爱上了短跑，好像昌爷爷身上得到的启示。一天，我正坐在妈妈的电动车上，去校园，无意眼中多了一个人——爷爷。原来爷爷在散步。爷爷每天都要从家出去散步，有一次，他带我出去散步，顺便把我送到学校去。

有一次，我起来得太晚了，而我坚持要跟爷爷去“散步”，我这也许不应该叫“散步”而叫“跑步”，就这样日复一日，我练成了“短跑第一”。

我还爱骑车，骑车不仅有好处，学车还有更大的好处呢!每个人都不是一出生就会走路的，和一买车是不会直接骑车一个道理。比如说我，都是要经过一次次的摔倒，一次次的练习才会的。这样学车就告诉我们，要有坚强不屈的精神。

正如著名作家雨果所说：“奇迹是怎么来的，体育锻炼!”他得了心脏病，最后竟成了长寿者，这些都是他用坚持不懈的运动换来的。

运动有益，坚持运动，好处很大。

The film the queen is very jealous of Snow White is beautiful. The queen wanted to three methods against the Snow White princess. The film is very good. I like it very much.

学校开展了电影课，我很高兴。因为这些电影里面有许多做人的道理，教会我在日常生活中遇到任何事情都要想办法解决。其中，我最喜欢《白雪公主与七个小矮人》这部电影。

电影里面的王后非常妒忌白雪公主的美丽。王后想了三个方法陷害白雪公主。第一个方法是让仆人把她带进森林里把她杀了。但是仆人同情她，就把她放走了。第二个方法是用一个毒梳子毒死了她，被七个小矮人发现，帮她把梳子拔了，白雪公主又复活了。第三个方法是王后做了一个毒苹果，骗了白雪公主吃了毒苹果，把她毒死了。七个小矮人都没办法救活她。结果是邻国的王子把白雪公主救活了。他们还结了婚，王后知道后被活活气死了。

电影里的白雪公主虽然很善良和美丽，但很容易相信陌生人，还很贪心，随便拿别人的东西，她还随便吃陌生人的东西。最后害了自己。我不能像她那样随便相信别人，不贪小便宜，就不会受到伤害。

这部电影非常好看。我非常喜欢。

每个人都有自己喜爱的运动，我也不例外，你们猜一猜我喜欢的运动是什么？那就是跳绳。

要想学会跳绳非常容易，只要看准时机跳过去就可以了。我为了和同学在大课间玩跳绳，拼命的学，开始我没有抓好时机，把自己绊倒了，腿也青一块，紫一块好痛呀！练习了三两个星期，真想放弃，可又想起妈妈和我说的一句话：别人能做的，你也可以的，你只不过缺少的是耐心。每当我想放弃时，我头脑中就会出现妈妈说的这句话。从此我就开始脚踏实地去学习。

在暑假，我终于学会跳绳，虽然不是很厉害，可以跳三四下，为了让我跳的更厉害，李雅境去我家教我，她说：“其实跳绳比你想象的还容易。”听了她的话，我想了一下，跳了一会，嘿，别说还真容易，抓好技巧后我给自己定目标，一天１１下。就这样天天练，我的跳绳技术比李雅境好多啦。

从次以后，我更喜欢跳绳了，因为它使我懂得了世上无难事只怕有心人总这句话，总之一句话：I like skip。

我是个爱运动的女孩，虽然有点儿胖，但并不影响我对体育运动的热爱。打羽毛球是我最喜欢的一项运动。

暑假里，我和妈妈一有空就到广场上去打羽毛球。一开始我发球总是发不好，不是发偏了就是发得很近，我有点灰心了。这时，妈妈走过来对我说：“别急，慢慢来，你先把羽毛球轻轻往上抛，等球落到头顶时就用球拍打过去。”我照妈妈的话去做，果然把球发了过去，而且发得挺标准的，妈妈连声称赞。接着，妈妈又教我怎样接球，在妈妈的指导下，我又学会了接球，心里甭提有多开心哩!

打羽毛球不但能强身健体，还能提高我的应变能力，它给我的生活带来了无穷的乐趣。
