I learned from a kind of spirit, a positive and upward things make me less impulsive reckless, vindictive and narrow, no longer like sesame seeds, liver and spleen injury over trifles. The book woke me up when I was pleased with the achievement of the light of fireflies; every time I lost my mind, the book gave me enlightenment. She made me less impetuous, more indifferent, so that I optimistic, optimistic face life.

The book not only enrich my spiritual life, but also enriched my emotional world, made me a delay of the heart, a sense of shame, sympathy, sense of right and wrong people.

Books are the pivot of my life. I love books.

我对于书的钟爱就如同苏东坡喜欢竹子一样，我虽没有苏东坡那么高的思想境界，但我爱读书，因为好的书犹如一叶轻舟，载着我在知识的海洋里遨游。读书对于我就像呼吸那么重要，如果没有书的滋养，我的精神世界会因焦渴而成为一片荒漠。

有一句话说得好：书是人类进步的阶梯。在一个人的生活中，要是缺少了书这种东西，他的生活必定会黯然无光，没有了光彩。只要一个人的生活中有了书在左右陪伴，那他的生活肯定会丰富多彩。

书籍好比一架梯子，它能引导我们登上知识的殿堂；书籍如同一把钥匙，它将帮助我们开启心灵的智慧之窗；书籍就想开垦过的土地，功夫下得越深，果实长得越丰硕。所以只要多读书，就会有意想不到的收获。

书还像一位导游，带着你走街串巷、走南闯北、游山戏水；书还像一位朋友，在你寂寞时陪伴你；书更像一位无声的老师，教给你无尽的知识。之所以要有书陪伴，你也有最好的伙伴，你的一生将不再孤独。书还可以明智，可以修德，可以养性，可以育人……

上小学二年级时，偶尔捡到一本被人丢弃已残缺不全的古书，到现在我还奇怪自己当时竟无师自通地将那本艰涩难懂的书“读”完了，虽说读得云里雾里，但从那以后我对书的渴求便疯长如夏季的雨林，常常为书中各种人物或喜或怒，似痴如狂，为人物的命运而魂牵梦绕，柔肠百结。我像一尾快乐的鱼儿在书的海洋中畅游，如饥似渴的汲取着琼浆玉液。书中的精警之语就像广阔的海洋中漂浮着奇珍异宝，溢光流彩，使我如痴如醉。通过她，我欣赏了贝多芬、肖邦不朽的旋律，罗曼·罗兰和巴尔扎克永恒的声音，领略了丹纳、罗素闪光的哲理，李白、苏东坡恣肆的文笔，孔子、王国维精辟的思想。读到精彩处，或颔首，或惊讶；为其中精辟独到的见解而折服，不时发出“妙哉妙哉”的赞叹。

书不但满足了我的求知欲，而且弥补了我精神世界的空虚。我从中汲取了一种精神，一种积极的、向上的东西，使我少了意气用事的莽撞、睚眦必报的狭隘，不再为芝麻粒般的琐事斤斤计较、大伤肝脾。每当我为取得萤火虫光般大小的成绩而沾沾自喜时，书令我惊醒；每当我彷徨迷惘时，书给我启示。她使我少了些浮躁，多了份淡泊，使我豁达乐观的面对生活。

书不仅丰富了我的精神生活，也丰富了我的情感世界，使我成了一个具有辞让之心、恻隐之心、是非之心、羞恶之心的人。

书是我生命的支点，我喜欢书。

自古就有人说道：生命在于运动。

可惜我天生就不是个会运动的料，爸妈也整天说我，再不多运动，就要变成一只活生生的猪了。这也难怪，我的骨架天生就大，再加上身上的几块肉，就显得更臃肿了，整天羡慕那些瘦瘦的女生。但是，我却很喜欢打羽毛球，一副球拍，一两个羽毛球，一片不大的空地，就可以足够我们在那打一个多小时了。

我的最佳拍档是我家那个打球水平和我一样“高”的妈妈。

她手握球拍，两眼跟着我的球转，我左手捏球，右手抓拍，将球向上一抛，挥动球拍，将球打了出去，另一边的妈妈抬起手就往后倒，因为我的球打得比她想像得更远，草地原本就是凹凸不平的，再加上妈妈那不正规的打法，真是让人胆战心惊呀！不出我意料，妈妈就差那么一点点就摔倒了，还好，她不是穿高跟鞋，不然就真的扭到脚了。

而我呢，就更离谱了，学着妈妈向后倒的动作，竟然踩到“黄金”——狗屎！我尖叫了一声，软绵绵的一摊狗屎，踩在我新鞋的鞋底，“啊！是那个缺德家伙养得狗，也不好好管教一下！”，心里抱怨着，可怜着我刚穿了一次的鞋子，我甚至是想把那一陀“黄金”送给那个人。回去休息时，表弟笑我说：“哈哈，表姐，你上厕所不用纸巾呀，怎么有阵怪味的？”听着表弟那有点讽刺意味的话语，我奇怪的静了下来，跟着表弟那傻样，哈哈大笑起来，我的肚子笑得也快抽筋了，哈哈哈……

其实，打球不一定需要水平，只要喜欢打球，打得开心，就是最大的快乐。

这也正是我喜欢羽毛球的“借口”。

一、二、三“咦咦咦？这是在干什么呢？哈哈哈，当然是在运动哦！那在哪运动呢？嘻……当然是在健身房！那又为什么在“炎炎夏日”下健身运动呢？因为是小记者活动呀。

当时我迟到了，大家已经开始很久了，我有些不好意思，正巧我肚子有些疼，就只好蹲在旁边看，现在大家正在跑格子，这可不是普通的跑格子，他必须每格都需要踮着脚尖走，两只脚必须每个格子都需要经过，否则就算错了。听起来是不是很简单？这可不一定，你看，第一个开始了，他深吸一口气，吸气时肚子变得胀鼓鼓的，好像一个马上就要撑破的气球，圆滚滚的。一格、两格、三格……我在心里默默地替他数着。没想到他那笨重如牛的身体在格子上竟能灵活地跳跃，真厉害！“停”一声大喊响起，我一抬头，看见教练说他跳错了。看那胖男生小鸡啄米似的点着头，心就忍不住想笑……

第二个也要开始了，她看起来可比第一个机灵多了，果不其然，她一次就全部通过了，第一个胖男生看了，脸都有些红了。后来教练又教了一系列的活动，例如深蹲，这个深蹲你也不要小看它，要做好它也是一件不容易的事。你看那胖男生蹲了半天也蹲不下去，只好尴尬地摸摸后脑勺，而旁边的人呢？老早就笑翻了。不过教练看到，马上走过来叫他如何如何。胖男生也很快领会了要领。

唉，看着大家玩得这么开心的样子，我的心也蠢蠢欲动，可是老天从来不会如我所愿，罢了，谁叫我肚子疼呢。而且还这么晚去，那只好下次再试了……。

每个人喜欢的运动都不一样，有的喜欢打篮球，有的喜欢踢足球，有的喜欢游泳，有的喜欢........

我喜欢的运动——篮球。喜欢篮球的的朋友应该都知道nba，是一个篮球联盟。

这学期不知道什么时候，班上卷起了篮球热潮。不但男生打连女生也打篮球。

而我在班上篮球技术也是名列前茅的啊。班上没人不知道我三分王的名字，如果把我叫做小三井寿也当之无愧啊!

只要一讲到体育课不管男生还是女生每个人都有劲。

体育课一到，全班同学就立马下楼，到操场集合。然后等体育老师说解散才能解散。老师每次一说解散，我们便开始玩篮球。

开始了，我一抢到球就到三分线上轻轻一跳然后投出去，嗖.......进了。旁边便响起热烈的掌声。就连平时以为自己很厉害想和我比的人都赞叹不已。

投三分还不说什么，接下来的才是最吓人的，有一次体育课在打篮球，我接到球。到半个场地远的地方投，不止进还空心。
