当然跑步也非常讲究姿势的，如果跑步的姿势不对，就不能起到好的效果。老师告诉我们正确的跑步姿势是足中和脚跟着地，脚应该放在重心线的末端，头部保持正和直，目光看着正前方，不要僵直手臂，握紧拳头，完全弯曲肘部，保持放松。将手臂自然弯曲在腰线以上，不要太高或太低，两个手臂前后摆动，膝盖要抬高，呼吸要保持深度的均匀的呼吸，很多时候呼吸会自己调节，跑得快了，呼吸也就快了。

而我呢，就更离谱了，学着妈妈向后倒的动作，竟然踩到“黄金”——狗屎！我尖叫了一声，软绵绵的一摊狗屎，踩在我新鞋的鞋底，“啊！是那个缺德家伙养得狗，也不好好管教一下！”，心里抱怨着，可怜着我刚穿了一次的鞋子，我甚至是想把那一陀“黄金”送给那个人。回去休息时，表弟笑我说：“哈哈，表姐，你上厕所不用纸巾呀，怎么有阵怪味的？”听着表弟那有点讽刺意味的话语，我奇怪的静了下来，跟着表弟那傻样，哈哈大笑起来，我的肚子笑得也快抽筋了，哈哈哈……

其实，打球不一定需要水平，只要喜欢打球，打得开心，就是最大的快乐。

昨天放学后，我和同学“小布丁”一起去小区里的健身器材旁去跳绳。

我为了战胜她，每天五点一放学就去练习跳绳，每天坚持练习半小时，不管刮风下雨还是太阳晒，我都没有放弃。我在练习跳绳的过程中，不是手甩得快，就是脚跳得快，不是绊倒了，就是绳子甩到头上，就这样我坚持了一个多月终于掌握了技巧，可以向“小布丁”挑战了！

妈妈当我们的裁判，按下秒表说：“一分钟计时开始”。我们谁也不认输，开始快速地跳起来，一分钟后妈妈宣布结果，这次我终于赢了“小布丁”。我高兴地像快乐的小鸟一样又唱又跳，连“小布丁”也高兴地对我竖起大拇指说：“真没想到你进步这么快，我们下次再战。”

我们就这样练习了一遍又一遍，当我们又快要联系完一遍的时候，体育严老师说：“请参加跳绳的班级做好准备，比赛马上就要开始了。”我们做好了准备，只听见一声哨声，随之而来的是啦啦队的加油声和绳子的落地声，比赛开始了，我们班级的同学，开始数起了数“一、二、三……”同学们一个又一个地跳了过来，我们也越来越紧张了，生怕死了绳。我离绳子越来越近了，我也暗暗为同学们捏了一把汗，终于到我了，我紧闭眼睛，听到了宋秋宸对我的加油和鼓励，我用尽了所有的力气终于跳了过去，宋秋宸看我跳了过去连忙给我鼓掌，我往前跑了跑，又立马进入到了状态。

“一百九十九、二百、二百零一、……”，随着数字在不停的上升，我们的心也提到了嗓子眼，同时我们也担心时间会不会不够，我们的脑子里面是问题。看别的班级也正在准确无误的跳着，让我们越来越紧张了，结果我们班的班长——卿阳不小心死绳，他的脸涨得红红的，红的像一个苹果地走了出去。

我们同时也为卿阳捏了一把汗，这时严老师说起了倒计时，我们加快了速度，跳着跳着时间到了，我们拿着236个的成绩回到了教室，喜滋滋地讨论着成绩，心里美滋滋的。

我比较喜欢运动，尤其是打羽毛球。我运动，所以我阳光。

平时，我早上会在6点左右起床，然后下去跑操，至少三圈，吸一下新鲜的空气，这样精神了，吃饭也会很香，上学或现在做作业，都很精神好多了。

我最喜欢的是打羽毛球。爸爸常对我说，打羽毛球不仅仅是锻炼人，而且能做到“准、狠、快”，就能让对方防不胜防，也能让对方佩服的五体投地。就能感受到很多的道理。

我觉得爸爸说得很对。有时我按爸爸教的方法打，爸爸也没法招架呢。有的时候，爸爸也用这种方法把球打来，我快速的过去，在球快要落地的时候起死回生的把球给救了起来，哈，爸爸也输了。

这个方法就是我赶紧往上一挑，便会把要落地的球给挑向对方，再加上从你想不到的方向过去，打对方一个措手不及。准赢。所以我们最近经常下去练习。而且我打的越来越好了。

当然，这个赢球的秘密，我只告诉你噢。

对我印象最深的一点是，我有时会拉几下单杠，当然只是吊下手臂。最长的时间是36秒。有一次爸爸给我做示范，坚持了179秒。把手拉的直抖，手指也白了。爸爸接着鼓励我：儿子，你要对自己有信心。相信你也行的。

我一听就暗暗下决心，就试试吧，免得爸爸又要批评我了。

第一次我坚持了45秒。有门。我自我鼓励了一下自己（此处可以有掌声）。我第二次继续坚持着。“好，儿子，48……53，好，儿子，坚持。66、67、68、69。太棒了。儿子！”啊？连我自己也不敢相信，我可以坚持这么久（掌声持久中）。
