我们的直排轮滑社发生许多事，而对我来说最恐怖的事则发生在四年级上学期，在为学校活动做准备，而我和同学偷偷在玩，后来我提议跳四个脚标，结果一不小心跌倒了，我用手去撑，左手骨头就断了，不知为什么哭不太出来后来的直排轮滑课就没有在上了。

我觉得直排轮滑社非常好玩，不但能和好朋友PK，还能享受溜很快时凉凉的风，希望以后还能一直溜直排轮滑。

我最喜欢的体育运动

体育，可以强身健体，让我们身心愉悦，让我们的身体更加健康！在那诸多的体育运动中，我最喜欢的体育运动莫过于跳高这项能增强腿部力量的运动。

12月1日我校举行首届冬季运动会。

星期四早上是开幕式，同学们精彩的表演赢得了来宾们的称赞。到了下午同学们有的在操场上参加50米短跑；有的在跳高；有的在立定跳远，还有的则在一旁为运动员加油。

伴随着发令员“王老师”的一声令下：“跑”！同学们像离弦的箭一样飞快地向前奔去。过了一会儿同学们就跑完了50米，第一名也随之产生了。看完了跑步我又跑到了立定跳远的比赛区看同学们跳远。我也是参加立定跳远的选手之一，看了许久终于到了五年级比赛了。首先是二班的男子组，他们班跳得最好的成绩是2米。我觉得遇到了对手。终于轮到到我跳了！我甩开手臂半蹲下身子纵身一跳也跳过了2米，第二次我回到起点再做好起跳的姿势，轻松一跃！立定之后回头一看成绩：2。07米。我高兴极了！接下来没人能超过我的成绩。暗想：第一名非我莫属！最后，男子立定跳远比赛以2。07米的成绩结束。第二天在公告栏上，我看到了立定跳远名次表，五年级第一名果然是我！总裁判员李老师不仅为我挂上了金牌，还给我们照了相呢！老师和同学们都为我感到高兴。

我的体质非常差。上三年级时，我因为体质差，还生过一场病，吃什么吐什么。虽然这只是一场病，去了诊所又去医院，折腾了两个星期才见好。就因为这还把我在外地打工的爸爸吓得连夜千里迢迢赶回来。刚见好，我又吐了，这一次更厉害了，上学都不能去了，吃任何东西都没胃口。爸爸带着我去了医院，挂了三天吊针也不见好转，吃了东西立马就吐了出来。最后，医生建议我住院，一连住了七天，病才好。每当一生病时，我就这也不能吃，那也不能吃，但是我特别嘴馋。看见别的小孩儿在外面自由自在地玩耍，我却只能病怏怏地坐在板凳上挂吊针，无精打采地看着天花板，心里一点儿也不痛快，特别地羡慕他们那群活蹦乱跳的小孩子。

疾病给我的生活带来了极大的不便。妨碍学习、折磨人，添了不少麻烦，体质越来越差……我想，怎样对付疾病呢？所以我每天就到书店看一些健康饮食、健康锻炼、健康之类的受益书。

我选用了各种各样的方法锻炼。每到星期六、星期日我就会跑步、下蹲、打羽毛球、打篮球等一切受益运动。

一放假，我就到乡下帮助姥爷他们干农活儿，每当锻炼我总是没劲儿。因为我生病也生惯了，很少锻炼，没力气……跑步时还没跑几步就累了；挖土还没挖一块就挖不动了；压井水没压几把就压不动了；提一小桶水才走一步就提不动了。

后来，只好每天适当地锻炼，每天小跑一小时，提水只提半小桶，挖土只挖半小块，在乡下干农活儿，在城里跑步、玩篮球……都是在增强体质，受益的运动。就这样，年复一年，日复一日，直到现在我还是坚持这样锻炼。

和以前相比，现在我的体质真是好多了。不但生活可以自理了，而且力气变大了，也很少生病，还可以为妈妈做一些家务活儿。

我们一定要强身健体，不但要身体好，还要学习好，一定要做德智体美劳全面发展的新时代的小学生！

我爱跑步曾经有人说过“生命在于运动”。这句话说的一点也不错。因为运动可以使人身心健康，运动可以让人变的坚强。

小时候，我经常生病，课也落下了很多。来到学校，参加了阳光活动一小时、体育课才把我从一个病秧子变成了一个健康的儿童。在纵多的运动中，我只对跑步情有独钟。

随着上课铃的响声，同学们冲出教室，因为这节是体育课嘛!李老师说今天训练50米乘8，不合格者跑操场十圈。我在心里暗暗祈祷：合格分是2分钟，一定要合格啊!

前面的同学有的发挥不错，有的无情地被判处“死刑”。终于轮到我了，“嘘~~”老师吹哨子，我像离了弦的箭似的冲了出去。我左右两旁的人也不甘示弱，一直在加快速度。大家你追我赶，渐渐拉开了距离。跑完两圈后，我发现腿有点体力不支了。一直领跑的蒋冰清，此时也明显放慢了速度。风一直灌到我嗓子眼，难受极了。心里有点坚持不住了。好不容易跑完了三圈。“加油，周薇，还剩最后一圈了，加油啊!”听到了蔡博雅的加油声，我想加快速度，可是脚却像灌了铅似的，跑不动了。还有一个回合。我大口大口的喘着粗气，两手拼命甩动两条手臂，抬起脚跟，迈着机械的步子，坚持不懈地跑着。前面有的同学在为我们倒计时“五、四、三、二、一”我冲过了终点“1分59秒”李老师说到。耶!我终于及格了。此时心中的这块大石头终于落下了。从此，我喜欢上了跑步这一项运动。

运动能够增进健康，提高生命质量。有了健康的身体，工作、学习，一切才有保障。我爱运动。

同学们都有自己喜爱的体育运动，我喜爱的体育运动就是200米短跑。

记得有一次，学校要举办田径运动会，我听到这个消息后，欢快地跳了起来。这次的田径运动会里有200米短跑，自打听到这个消息以后，我每天都怀着迫不及待的心情。终于到了那一天了，我高兴地在整齐的队伍里不断地踮起脚，我就对老师说：“老师，老师，还要多久啊！”老师说：“现在就可以下去了。”我在操场上紧张极了，老师见我那么紧张，就说：“不要紧张，放轻松。”我听了老师的话，顺利地完成了赛事，还得了第二名。我不服气，因为我的目标是跑第一名。老师对我说：“张雅洁同学，你不用不服气，这次你虽然只拿了一个第二名，但是这也是你的荣幸。只要你坚持不懈地努力，相信你最终会拿到第一名。”我听了老师的话，被太阳烤了半天的脸更红了。

从那以后，我每天早上都要练半个小时200米的跑步。一直练到第二个田径运动会为止。运动会到了，我很轻松地跑完了200米，得了一个第一名，可是，我觉得这次跑第一名的不是我，而是教导我的体育老师，要不是他的那一番话，我是不会得第一名的。于是，我把第一名的奖币挂在了体育老师的身上。我鼓起掌来，大家也一起鼓掌，热烈的掌声比什么语言都更响亮，都更感人。

打那以后，我更喜欢跑步了。同学们，这就是我喜爱的体育运动。

我们学校的体育活动真是丰富多彩，同学们可以根据自己的兴趣、爱好参加。

瞧!这边的同学在打乒乓球呢，打得真激烈。你要是稍微打扰他一下，他绝对会不会理睬你，如果他失去打败对手的机会，他准会骂你。他们的乒乓拍碰到乒乓的时候发出“蹦蹦蹦”响声，像奏乐似的。对手一直把握机会，看，机会终于来了，对手反扣一板，动作实在太帅了，这一板突出了他的个性。

现在流行打蓝球了。同学们一下课就争分夺秒的去打篮球，特别是比赛最有趣，既能锻炼身体，又能培养团队合作精神，他对人们大有好处。那些校队经过集中训练，有着非同一般的球技，看见这一幕我真是对他们羡慕不已。长大后我也要当一名球员。

上体育课的时候老师命令我们做一分钟的仰卧起坐并做好记录，结果我们班的黄旭同学，打破了小学四年级的最高记录：51个仰卧起坐。他曾经在田际运动会中，经过艰辛的努力创造了奇迹，获得了第一名的好成绩。
