一、二、三“咦咦咦？这是在干什么呢？哈哈哈，当然是在运动哦！那在哪运动呢？嘻……当然是在健身房！那又为什么在“炎炎夏日”下健身运动呢？因为是小记者活动呀。

当时我迟到了，大家已经开始很久了，我有些不好意思，正巧我肚子有些疼，就只好蹲在旁边看，现在大家正在跑格子，这可不是普通的跑格子，他必须每格都需要踮着脚尖走，两只脚必须每个格子都需要经过，否则就算错了。听起来是不是很简单？这可不一定，你看，第一个开始了，他深吸一口气，吸气时肚子变得胀鼓鼓的，好像一个马上就要撑破的气球，圆滚滚的。一格、两格、三格……我在心里默默地替他数着。没想到他那笨重如牛的身体在格子上竟能灵活地跳跃，真厉害！“停”一声大喊响起，我一抬头，看见教练说他跳错了。看那胖男生小鸡啄米似的点着头，心就忍不住想笑……

Last month we had a sports meeting.Though the weather wasnt very fine that day,the students were all very excited and the whole school was alive.

最令人兴奋的时候到了，教练把我们分成两队来足球比赛。先是我们先发球，我把球传给队友，队友带球向前冲。突然，一个人跑了过来，来了一个凶狠的倒地铲球，把球抢走了。我冲了上去，学着他又把球抢了过来。虽然有人想把我的球抢走，但是被我灵活的闪开了，将球推进到对方的球门前。抓住了极好的机会，晃过面前的一个防守员，抬起右脚，一踢，球在空中飞出一道优美的弧线，准确飞进了对方的球门。“球进了!”队友们响起了热烈欢呼声。就这样，你来我往，你争我夺，比赛进行得既紧张又激烈，直到下课。

这就是我最喜欢的运动——足球。我喜欢它，因为它不仅是能让我强身健体，还可以丰富我的课余生活，为我带来无穷的欢乐。

Intersting as it is, according to medical theories, apple could actually do good to our bodies such as keeping fit and losing weight. So much I like apples that the first time when I saw the topic this time, the figure of an apple, a lovely red ball like shape, comes into my mind.

一天放学当我正在做作业时，发现妈妈和她的同事正在议论着什么，噢，原来是医院要召开一场运动会，他们正闲没地方练习呢，聪明的妈妈说：“我们去湘锰小学吧，那里有宽阔的操场，各种器村应有尽有。”我一蹦三尺高，作为一下子就被我做完了，于是一支热身大部队浩浩荡荡的开到了小学。

在下操场只见叔叔阿姨们热火朝天在那运动着。有的打乒乓球、有的打篮球，有的打羽毛球……大家八仙过海，各显神通。

妈妈喜欢打乒乓球，于是我在旁边当起了球童，由于妈妈长时间没有练习，所以她的水平可臭了，一来二往，妈妈没接到几个球，反到把我害惨了。我跑来跑去大汗淋漓，我休息了一会儿，只看见旁边的羽毛球像个小精灵在空中跳来跳去，圆圆的篮球在叔叔们的手中欢快的跳跃着。远处传来一阵喝彩声，原来是阿姨们在进行短跑比赛呀，我也不由自主的加入了这个队伍。“预备，跑！”我和阿姨们站在同一起跑线上，我像离弦的箭一样一路狂奔跑向终点。我居然和一位阿姨并列第一，太不可思议了。这真是一次快乐的运动，我“累”我快乐。
