生命对于我们而言，只仅仅是一个开始而已，良好的开始意味着美好的结局，所以我们不能马虎得对待我们的开始。那就动起来吧，在运动中建筑起一个健康快乐的自己，在运动中感受一切值得高兴的事，运动之中，我们体会到生命的可贵之处，感受到生活的快乐。青春不是永恒的，但运动却是永远的。运动没有年龄的限制，没有身份，地位和种族的差别。它不像战争那样残酷，交错着血与泪。它会给我们健康，给我们快乐，带给我们世界最美好的东西。运动不只可使我们拥有健康，更可以锻炼我们的思维能力。乒乓球让我们思维变的敏锐，排球，篮球让我们懂得集体协作的重要性;登山又可让我们知道“下山容易，上山难”的人生哲理，这些所以的运动无一不是给我们益处的。生命是真实的，运动是真实的，只要我们运动了，那快乐就不是梦了，梦也不是梦了。因为我运动，所以我快乐。通向快乐的阶梯正在等着我们去攀登，整装一下，让我们出发吧!让我们的生命因为它而精彩起来吧!如果有人问我，你最近健康吗，我会不假思索地说那当然啦!因为，我有一份快乐的心情，我就天天健康。我快乐，因为好友相伴和家人相依使我拥有了一颗年轻的心。朋友，在你的学习、家庭、事业、人生处在漩涡中或浪尖时，恐怕你最需要的不是金钱、美女，而是好友的劝慰，亲人的鼓励，哪怕是无言的沉默，也会让你有了希望，有了奔头!“饭后百步走，活到九十九。”

这话对于像我这样成天与计算机和学生为伍的人，自然十分应该。对于在田里、坡上终日劳作的农人来说，恐怕就显得多余了。春天，“有情芍药含春泪，无力蔷薇卧晓枝”时，他们却“晨兴理荒秽，待月荷锄归”;夏夜，“荷风送香气，竹露滴清响”时，他们便“开轩面场圃，把酒话桑麻”，何等惬意!没有了子女拖累的城里老人，女的整天泡在秧歌队里，男的遛鸟、钓鱼，也是自得其乐!我在运动中得到了一个启示：只要肯下功夫，坚持做下去，再怎么艰难的事情，你都会成功的!以前，我经常感冒，身体不好，因为运动，所以我有了一个健康的身体。我们的身体最重要的就是健康，而健康就与体育运动密切相关，多做运动，能强身健体，有益身心。所以，我喜欢体育运动。我喜欢的体育运动是跑步，它是体育运动最简单而有最有成效的一项运动。我喜欢慢跑，因为我不想错过，沿途中有很多美丽的风景，有能触发人的好奇心的人和事。如果慢跑，我就能把它们当多一段美好的回忆，而不会擦肩而过。每天早晨，太阳初升的时候，当落叶飘飘悠悠地从树上掉下来，当阳光透过叶缝的那一刻，我爱慢跑，一边感受大自然的恩赐，一边享受运动的无限快乐。

这样辛苦了一天，正准备下山时，当树叶不再飘忽，而落叶满地的时候，我爱慢跑。一边看着太阳公公留下那橘红的弧线，一边眺着远初那碧绿的田园风光。在体育课上，我爱慢跑。因为我想跑在后头，看着同学们的背影，我想把他们留在我的眼里，留在我的心里，也留在我的回忆里。大家从五湖四海集在一个班里，也算是缘分，我不想错过这么美好的记忆。国不可以一日无君，家不可一日无主，我们不可一天无运动。我爱体育运动，爱它给我带来的一个健康的身体!朋友，你呢，你是否也经常生病呢?如果是的话，那你就赶快行动起来吧!让运动给你带来一个健康的身体吧!

也许是因为小时侯我特别顽皮，我跑步很快，普通的男生休想超过我!可是，我耐力不足，400米长跑就把我累得气喘吁吁。于是，只要一有空余时间，我就到体育场去练习跑步、跳远等。运动后的我感到浑身舒畅。长时间地坚持，我的耐力变足了，身体变棒了，长跑对我来说简直易如反掌。

正因为这样，我走楼梯的速度也是胜人一筹，特别是上楼梯，我身轻如燕，一眨眼就到了四楼。同学们见了，连声赞叹：“你真是上坡还比下坡快呀!”跑步、跳远等田径类项目都是我的强项，我还在校田径运动会上获男子100米短跑第二。不仅如此，我也喜欢踢跳运动。跳绳、踢毽子需要手脚配合默契，所以这是一项对我们很有帮助的运动。于是每当我做完作业，便努力练习。

运动真是一箭双雕，既能锻炼身体，又能调节精神，妙极了!我最爱好打篮球。每当看到我国体育健儿在场上优美的健姿，我就羡慕极了，我是多么希望自己长大后也能像他们一样，站在比赛场上，与对方一决高下。在爸爸的指导下，我的技术逐渐提高，并且自己研制了一套打球方法!我对打篮球产生了浓厚的兴趣，我希望以后能凭自己的能力为国争光。我爱运动!我喜欢尝试各种运动。我的座右铭是;只要多运动，才能有棒棒的身体。

我爱运动，运动带来的快乐让我变成了一个不折不扣的运动迷。

金秋十月，丹桂飘香，天气渐渐凉了。尤其是清晨和夜晚更觉得寒冷。清晨，爸爸带我步行去上学。走出小区大门，一阵冷风扑来，我不禁将头缩在衣领里，眯着眼睛，打量着这清新的早晨。天空是那样蓝，像水洗过一样明净，云儿在蓝色的天空中犹如点点白帆逍遥自在。路上的行人行色匆匆，他们都赶着上班去吧？在路边的一个健身区，我看见一些爷爷奶奶在锻炼身体。

他们有的在练太极拳，有的在转“方向盘”，有的在练劈叉，一个个头发花白却满面红光，别提有多精神了。

我不禁好奇地问爸爸：“爸爸，这些爷爷奶奶年纪都这么大了，为什么身体这么好呢？”

“儿子，知道吗？生命在于运动呢！”爸爸认真地说：“你看你，又怕苦，又怕冷，还不吃饭，不锻炼，这身体能好吗？”

“生命在于运动。”我喃喃自语道，“爸爸，我明白了，你看我的。”我把书包递给爸爸，挽起袖子，撒开两条细腿，开始奔跑起来。

跑呀跑呀，寒冷被我远远甩在后面，鼻尖上渗出小汗珠，小脸儿就像红富士一样，我一口气跑到了校门口，伸出双手做胜利状。跟在我后面的爸爸好不容易追上我，瞧他乐开怀的样子，一定是觉得儿子争气了呢！

“生命在于运动，”我会一直做到的。

秋天的颜色是金色的。一片片金黄的落叶，好像一只只美丽的蝴蝶在秋风中翩翩起舞;一层层金黄的稻浪，好像一片金色的海洋;高粱红着脸在秋风中伸着懒腰，它金色的衣裙一边唱歌一边跳着欢快的舞蹈……

秋天的声音是美妙的。秋雨滴滴答答地下着，宛如悦耳的琴声;秋风徐徐的吹着，宛如动听的乐曲;从树底下，田野里不断传来的欢快的虫鸣，奏响了丰收的交响曲……

秋天的味道是香甜的。果园里，一只只的鸭梨像一盏盏小灯笼，挂在树上;葡萄架上，一串串葡萄像一颗颗又大又圆黑珍珠，闪闪发亮，发出沁人心脾的芳香……秋风中的菊花正开得烂漫。红的、白的、黄的、紫的，争奇斗艳，空气中散发着醉人清香。

秋天的天空是高远的。那蓝蓝的天空中飘着几朵淡淡的白云，白云下是一行行南飞的归雁，它们一会排成人字，一会排成一字，为美丽的天空增添了抹抹生机……
