我看着这位奶奶都能这么坚持，深受启发，原来“有志者，事竟成”只要有信心，就一定能成功!想到这里，我感觉自己突然身轻如燕，合身充满了力量，冲向山顶。终于，凭着自己的努力登上了山顶!我眺望着泰山下的美丽风光，感觉到了“会当凌绝顶，一览众山小”。在山上走走，我看到了“无字碑”，看到了“五岳独尊”的大岩石，看到了陡峭的小径，还看到许多人像小蚂蚁一样还在努力往上爬。我们一起像那些人喊：“加油!”我们就是从那儿爬上来的!征服了这座山，我心里别提有多高兴了!

我喜欢爬山，这次爬山让我知道，只要有信心，就能成功。我还要征服更多的山!

平时，我们经常开展很多体育运动，例如跑步，跳绳，打球……这些锻炼，让我们的身体素质得到了提高，让我们的意志得到了磨练，让我们的压力得到了减轻。只有坚持锻炼，我们的身体才会更越来越棒。

运动·增强体质

作为中学生的我们，背负着来自学习的压力，还有老师和父母给予的压力。这些使我们烦躁，无法静心学习。许多学生不知道什么样的减压方式才是正确的。以前，我也曾迷茫过。但现在，我找到了正确的减压方式。每天早上5点起床跑步，成了我必做的事情。跑着跑着，我的身体得到了放松，心情也变得舒缓。学习的时候，我也越来越平心静气。运动之后，全身心放松，这确是带给我们减压的好方法。
