在寒冷的今天，我擦去脸上的汗水(因为是第一次下厨，由于紧张出汗了)，打开煤气，开始了我的第二步炒菜方案，我把油放进锅里，就匆匆忙忙地去找糖去了。忽然，我听见锅里发出了“吱、吱”的响声，我慌慌张张地把切好的土豆丝倒进锅里，接着，放糖进锅里，我用了“吃奶”的力气拿着锅铲来回的翻动着，担心菜会被我炒焦了，果然不出我所料，最后还是炒焦了。唉!此时此刻我才体会到炒菜的艰辛。

当我从微波炉里拿出自己的“战利品”时，一看，我傻了眼，原来我放的水过少，米饭半生半熟，怎么办呢?我像一只斗败了的公鸡在厨房里垂头丧气等着妈妈回来。

好不容易等到妈妈回来了，我拿出我的“战利品”，尽管菜的味道实在不怎么样，还带着焦味，米饭半生半熟，但妈妈吃得很香，我看到妈妈的眼里闪着喜悦的泪花。我奇怪地问妈妈：“我做的这么难吃，您为什么还吃得这么香呢?”妈妈笑着说：“因为是我懂事的女儿亲手做的，妈妈觉得这是我一生之中最好最香一顿饭。”此时，我给妈妈送上一个甜甜的吻，并祝她妇女节快乐!

我有一个秘密，那就是我已经存了一些钱。我的父母并不知道，他们仍然定时给我一些零花钱，我把这些钱省下来已经有一段时间了。我想要用这些钱来买我想要的，我计划着存了足够钱的时候，给我的父母一些惊喜，这是我的小秘密。

As a small girl, many teachers have asked me what do I want to be in

thefuture.My answer is always to be a teacher.It is my dream and I study so

hardto realize it.Being a teacher can pass the knowledge to others and guide

themto the right way.Thinking about the great contribution I would make,

everythingis worthy.

I was waiting for the doctor to finish his examination.I was worried and

nervous.Would my father have to operate?Would a blood transfusion be

necessary?What would he have to say?

Dr Lin was a heart expert.He was an excellent doctor and his examinations

were always complete.He listened to the patients heart,took his blood pressure

and temperature,gave him an X-ray and examined his eyes and ears.The doctor

finall completed his examination and spoke to me.He told me that heart trouble

is never a minor illness,but this wasnt a serious heart attack.He advised

losing weight,getting plenty of sleep and eating good meals.Smoking and drinking

would be harmful,of course.Dr Lin said it would be necessary to be careful for a

while,but he was confident that there was nothing to worry about.

I felt much better after I spoke to Dr Lin.I was certain that my father

would be up and around again very soon.Hes seventy five years old now,but he

can still live for a long time if he takes good care of himself.

端午节，我就想起一首儿歌“五月五，是端阳。插艾叶，带香囊。吃粽子，撒白糖。龙舟下水喜洋洋。”一曲简单的儿歌就道出我国两千多年的传统节日——端午节。一到端午这一天全国各地的人们都要吃粽子，赛龙舟。

在我的家乡也一样，每到这一天，家家户户都忙得不亦乐乎，大家都在为过节准备。端午节的前两天，就看到奶奶，去市场买粽叶，糯米，回到家以后，奶奶先把粽叶放到一个盆子里，用水浸泡，使它变柔软，然后把糯米洗净，用水浸泡，经过一段时间的浸泡后，奶奶开始包粽子了。

首先先拿起一片粽叶，把它卷成一个椎体，然后再把糯米填到这个椎体李，填满以后，用其余的粽叶把它紧紧的裹住，接着用麻线把它困起来，奶奶就像这样一个一个的包着，不一会，一串粽子就包好了。终于到了端午这一天，妈妈一早就出去买菜了，奶奶从冰箱里取出之前包好的粽子，放到锅里开始煮，妈妈不久也回来了，这时妈妈拿出在市场买的艾叶，把它挂在门上面，然后准备菜肴。

经过了一天的准备，我们的晚餐开始了，我们一家人围坐在饭桌前，为先人屈原祈祷后开始用餐，这是电视里也在播放赛龙舟的画面，我不由得想起屈原，希望他能听到我们的祈祷，不会刚到寂寞。

端午节是我们中国人两千多年的传统节日，他的延续不仅是龙的节日，还是一种精神的延续。

1、早上起床时间控制在6点至6点半左右，然后马上去做一下运动，大概持续到7点钟(适当的运动有助于大脑血液循环)。然后你吃一下早餐等等的。

2、上午时间大可不必疯狂地做作业。你可以先看一些英文的书(课外的，但是适合初中生的)，那样有助于培养语感、积累词汇;然后(大概10点)你可以看一些文学类的课外书(当然不是英文的了)。适当地让自己有一个闲适的生活状态。

再说一下，你可以有针对地看书，上午你也可以看一些自己较弱的学科的书

3、下面说说下午的任务(忘记说了，午饭之前你也可以去运动一下)。下午，人的一般注意力不太容易集中，那么你可以做一些暑假作业，注重理解。因为下午背的东西，一般都不太容易记住。

4、晚上，你不必太紧张，如果稍微勤奋点的话，你可以再做做作业;但我觉得晚上大可以看一下课外书，看一些新闻，或许去散散步。到8、9点时就可以睡觉了

5、总的来说，你一天要有9-10小时的睡眠时间，劳逸结合，才可以有较好的状态去迎接初三。我们一起努力吧!加油!
