or sending message. Its multi-functions have make people’s tedious lives more

colorful. Many people, especially the young generation, have found that they can

not live without their cell phones. Many people feel uncomfortable in absence of

their cell phones. This may become a symptom called cell phone dependency.

First, many people have addicted to cell phones, they spend considerable

time and money on the phone, for it provide with numerous games and

applications. Some of them even use cell phones as computers that they keep the

phone open for all day long. As to some students, some of them even use the

phones to play games in the class, when they should focus on their study

instead. In this case, parents and teachers should limit the time that children

spending on the cell phones, for its have more disadvantages than

Second, the dependency on cell phones has shown people’s anxiety towards to

their social interrelationship. A day without cell phone just feels like getting

lost in this big world. Every day, people tend to check their cell phones to see

if they have got any messages or surf the Internet, but the cell phone truly

affects their normal life.

There is no denying that cell phones have brought us considerable

I get up at seven o’clock in the morning every day. After I brush my teeth

and wash face, I eat my breakfast. My mother makes the breakfast for me. I go to

school at 7:30am, and come back from school at 6 pm. Before I go to bed I will

do some homework. I usually go to sleep at 10 pm. On the weekend, I will go to

play football with my friends, in the summer we like to go swimming. These are

Nowadays mobile phones are becoming more and more popular among the middle school students. Some think it is good for students to bring a mobile phone. But some people do not think so. I likeChristmas, it is just like our spring festival.

Maybe the spring festival is much more important and interesting than christmas, but i like christmas day better. Because we can spend time with our friends and classmates during christmas. When it is snowy,

Christmas becomes much more lovely, just like in fairytales. I can imagine i am in a fairytale, the girl who sold the matches is my friend, the ugly duck becoming more and more beautiful and so on. What a beautiful place! So we can also call christmas “snowy lovely day.”

On christmas day, shops are red and green. There are so many christmas cards, christmas hats, christmas dolls and many colourful things. So shops look very beautiful. We can give a card or a doll to our friends and say “merry christmas.” By the way, i think studying can also become much more interesting.

From the sixteenth of January to the seventh of February is our Winter Holiday. I think everybody did a lot of things in the Winter Holiday. But I didn’t. Let you to listen to my story of Winter Holiday.

I spend a lot of time on the homework.. Every day in my Winter Holiday, I always got up late. then I listened to the tape, it was nine o’clock. then I ate breakfast and then I did my homework during the daytime! I’m not very slow but the homework was too heavy!

I’m unlucky on the playing too. I played firecracker but I hurt my finger with the fire. I ‘m careless to kindle the firecracker, so I’m very unlucky.

I still unlucky on my friend’s party. In the morning, I wanted to get up early but I woke up at 10:50. After ten minutes, the party would start! So I only eat a piece of bread then I go to my friend’s home! And I stay at his home for a long time when I came home. My mother and father were very angry and they scolded me!

I’m worried and feel unlucky on my weigh. Last term, I was 48 kilogram but now I am 51 kilogram! I must to do banting!

But most important, I have gone to Shanghai Ocean Aquarium, I want to go there very much because I want to see the horse, the monkey……in the sea. Now I’ve done it . It is a bright dot in my Winter Holiday.

Recently, it has been reported that a college student went to Guangzhou for

travel, but she missed, finally, the policeman found her body. It is so

terrible, this incident warns people to protect themselves, especially for the

girls. First, we’d better travel with friends. Traveling alone is very popular

among the young people, because they are independent and chase for freedom, so

they like to go without friends. Then they are easily becoming the gangster’s

targets. Therefore, having someone accompany not only can share the opinion, but

also can be safe. Second, it is better not to go to the place which is dark and

less people. The bad guys like to choose this place because they will not be

noticed and are easy to do the criminal things. We need to learn to protect

ourselves, life is precious.

Today is the first day of te new term. I got up early and checked my wintcr vacation homework before going to sclool.

While I was busy clearing up the books, Father came in with a glass of milk in his hand, Drink it up, boy .Father said to me gently.

I was in such a hurry that Ipaid no attention whether the milk was hot or not. I drank a mouthful and cried with the sound of the broken glass. What’s the matter.? Father asked anxiously. You didn’t tell me the milk was so hot. I got a blister through being scalded. Oh, it’s my fault. Are you Ok? I was so angry with Father that I saidNo. I won’t be scalded again. Then I put all I wanted into my bag and wanted to go to school without breakfast. I took the glass from my father’s hand and drank it up without a stop.

Everyone has his favorite teacher, so do I. My favourite teacher is Miss Wei, our English teacher. We felt English very difficult when we began to study English. Miss Wei had a good idea to solve the problem. One day, Miss Wei came into the classroom with some fruits, such as apples, bananas, and oranges. She said: “Today we are going to learn the names of the fruits. You can eat the fruits if you can tell me their names in English. ”All the students listened carefully and studied hard.
