不过，不管母亲如何变化但作业依旧得完成。

在计划的前几天还算顺利，但越来越想偷懒放松自己。就拿前两天来说吧，天气热得令人昏昏欲睡，知了在树上不停的叫着，令人心烦不已，早就没有了写作业的想法。让我陷入了两难的境地里，一方想着不写作业给自己一天的休息时间，另一方却觉得事情并不是一天休息而已如果有了这一次那必定会有下一次所以不能太对自己放松。我只好去写作业，但没想到很快就写完了，哪用刚才那么一段时间的浪费呢?经过了这一次的“教训”我明白在做任何一件事前不要老想着会很长时间，只有在做完之后才可以下结论，不要妄下结论。

此外，我也戒掉了吃消夜的习惯。刚开始虽然有点难以忍受，到了晚上九点左右，总是因嘴馋而感到焦躁，此时妈妈就会端出她精心调配的综合蔬果汁，用爱心为我补充满满的营养。

经过两个月的努力，过程中虽然也曾破功一两次，但在开学前一天，我满心期待地站上体重计时，家人和我都开心地跳了起来，我瘦了整整四公斤呢!仔细看看镜子中的自己，双下巴似乎小了一点，挂在腰间的游泳圈，尺寸也小了一号，运动服的裤子穿起来也不再那么紧绷了呢!

首先，一定要完成暑假作业，每天做一点。然后还要多阅读课外名著，增加自己的知识和见识，还要多运动，加强自己的体质。当然，我还要去北京七日游，有着悠久的历史与灿烂的文明给北京留下了大量的文物古迹，其中以故宫、天坛、明十三陵、圆明园、天安门等最为闻名。

这就是我暑假的打算，每年，我都是到了要开学才在拼命赶作业，而今年，有了这个暑假的打算，我一定能过得非常的开心的。

The new term is coming. I will work hard on my study. I will spend more time on my English because I was weak in my English last term. i will do exercise every day so that I will become stronger and stronger.
