3.英语是一门语言，语言是用来交流的工具，因此英语的交际性显得很重要，在以后的教学中可以进行课前五分钟自由对话，在运用任务型教学法，游戏教学法等多提供给学生一些交际英语的机会。

4.这次英语考试成绩基本可以，但有两极分化的趋向，在英语教学中面对全体学生关注每一个学生的成长尤其是后进生是预防两极分化的重要途径，还可以成立“一帮一”小组帮助后进生在尽可能短的时间内提高英语成绩。

总之，每次考试都是对自己教学工作阶段性的“评价”。要及时通过考试反思自己的教学中存在的问题，在总结与反思中不断进步，不断成长这样才能在三尺讲台上表现的更精彩些!

看看课程表，我差不多快惊呆了，这么多门课，什么历史呀、生物呀、地理呀......真是多得让人感到可怕。而且这是课本都是我从没接触过的，我欢乐，我无助。

上课时，或是老师讲得太快，或是我没有书，而听不进去，我失落，我迷茫。若我听得很认真，甚至到了“忘我”的境界，我喜悦，我欢腾。

啊！这神奇的初一啊！把我变成了一个多愁善感的人，把我变成感情丰富的人，把我变成一个乖巧懂事的人，把我变成一个懂得珍惜时间的人。

现在，我才领悟到，初一这个新阶段、新生活是多么美好啊！

Mr Murray,

Recently I have had a discussion about the ways to learn English better

with Jim, a student from Britain. In his opinion, the best ways are reading

English newspapers and talking with friends. He also believes that sometimes

seeing English films isnt a bad way.

I quite agree with him. However, I think, we can make flashcards. In this

way , we can memorize a lot of English words. Besides, we can look for a pen pal

from an English-speaking country so that we can get to know something about his

or her country. Finally, learning English grammar well is also a great help.
