上周四的月考结果出来了，本班成绩是意料之中的糟糕，从入学成绩来看，我班英语有20几个不及格，这就已经奠定了后来的结果，很多事情真的是大家都心知肚明的。也许，是真的我水平有限，都是从初一接手的新生，差距怎么就这么大呢?

从成绩分析来看，满分有3个，90分以上的20个。差距就在这一部分上，在平时上课提问来看，只有这一部分同学比较积极，而80分以上的有12个，这些同学，需要在平时多加提问和关注，争取到更高的层次上来。70分以上的只有2个，60分的只有一个，中间力量太薄弱了，可以争取的太少了。剩下不及格的，都在十几二十几三十几分左右，真的是太难提高了，而且，这部分同学不光英语不及格，其他科目也这样，我现在束手无策了。不过，我也不能放弃他们，在期中考试之前，多下点功夫，希望能有所提高。英语在现在来说还是比较重要的科目，如果一开始就不及格，就很难再提高了，所以，对那一部分不及格和六七十分的同学，课后补补课，能提高多少是多少吧。

上一周我们学校进行了一次月考，试卷下发后我进行了深刻反思。我班学生人数相对其他班少，现有人数47，及格44人，满分一人，90分以上28人，70到90段13人，本次试卷是一单元检测题，题目没有做过但比较简单，全在课堂教学训练的范围，通过分析尖子生太少，需要加强对尖子生的培养和训练，提高90分以上学生的做题能力，努力打造70到90段学生，加强对这一段学生的辅导和督促。前一段教学从26个字母开始，对学生要求平等，这次通过成绩发现了学生的差异，根据学生成绩，在以后的教学中加强分层教学，减轻学生心理压力，提高学生学习效率。在教学中注重培养学生[此文转于斐斐课件园 FFKJ.Net]良好的学习习惯，提高学生认真细心做题的能力。

my school is at haimen town. it is very big and beautiful. there are forty-three classes in it. when you come to our school, you can see the modern teaching building.

朋友是人人不可缺乏的人生交际大事，每一个都有一个好朋友，没有朋友的人会很孤单，我也不例外，我也有一个十分要好的朋友。她的名字叫婷婷，我和她是在网上认识的，我和她一聊恨晚认识。我和她发生过一件事，那件事只到现在我还深深的记在脑海里，事情的经过让我来告诉你们吧

我记的那时的季节是夏天，那一天的天气很热，我中午很早就去上学了，可时间没有到所以校门还没有开。我就站在那里等校门开，站了20分钟后汗流夹背，才有校工来开门，进了教室以后差不多是上了一节课左右，我头突然就晕了起来，头趴在桌子上躺着，看能不能好一点，就在这时有一个熟悉的声音说了一句话，问我人是不是不舒服。我抬头望了一下看是谁，原来是我的最讨厌的人婷婷，她怎么会这么好心来问我吖。所以我问她是不是想笑我吖，她表情十分认真的说不是想笑你，过了一会儿，她就拿着白花油给我搽，还问我身体有没有好一点呢?到了放学时她还坚持要送我回家，因为我头晕，我争辩不过她，就让她送了我回家。

在这件事以后我从讨厌她，变成和她是好朋友了，只到现在我们还一起读在一起。我们都有一个共同的愿望就是当一名医生救百姓。

我有一个特殊的朋友，它就是姥姥家养的小狗，名字叫小白，我很喜欢它。

小白的毛是乌黑的，只有脖子下面有一点白毛，因此给它取名角小白。它刚到姥姥家时才有两个月大，身长不过20厘米，小白的耳朵像两个绒毛片片，垂在脸的两边，两只圆溜溜的黑眼睛，像两颗宝石，尤其在晚上，它的眼睛就会闪闪发亮。

小白的鼻子最可爱了，黑色的小鼻头，常常会让我产生用食指去碰碰它的念头。爸爸告诉我不要轻易去点狗的鼻子，因为那样表示批评它，它会不高兴的，要摸摸它的脖子，表示鼓励它。小白的尾巴毛茸茸的向上卷着，见到我就摇一摇，好像在向我问好，它还喜欢围着我转呀转，用舌头舔我的鞋，一双圆眼睛友好的望着我。

我很喜欢小白，常拿好吃的逗它，它能用两条腿站立接住我扔的食物，然后用嘴一叼，跑到一边高兴地吃起来。

我和它有许多难忘的事。记得有一次，我写完作业出去玩，回来时只看到小白把我的作业本撕地粉碎，正当我要打它的时候，它就跑过来，用那双温和的眼睛看着我，我开始有些不忍心了，怒气全无的抱着它。

小白很淘气，也很惹人喜爱，它永远都是我的好朋友，我也要和它一起成长。

I have a good friend, when I was five years old, I met her, she is my

neighbor, we became friends and play together all the time. Last week, my friend

took part in the female basketball match, she is good at basketball, so I

encouraged her to join our school team. The team played so well that they came

to the final yesterday, the match was so excellent, at last, my friend’s team

won the first place, I feel so happy, I plan to buy her a present and

congratulate her. I feel so proud of her, she inspires me, too. We give each

other encourage to move on. We will be good friends forever.
