秋冬已过，同样逝去了一切快乐与烦恼的上学期。春节已过，留不下酸甜快乐的寒假。又是一个新学期，开学了……

重新分组

这个学期，更要有新的面貌，老师便让我们换新组，接触新组员。等老师发下名单来，我就焉了：我们组的三位男生都是搞怪大王，女生也有点不尽人意。再看看其他组，都是一样的表情。组长们的眉头都紧锁着，眼神中也都有些失望。看来，大家都有难题喽！希望以后新的组员更会积极向上！

组员风波

一波未平，一部又起。老师又安排了新的任务……装饰墙面。我的兴奋劲又提起来了，又可以与一组同学大展身手一番了！我早早的选好墙面，就与组员们讨论设计方案。咦，怎么一个个都无精打采的？不管了，先说吧！不管三七二十一，我把老师给我讲的内容一五一十的告诉了组员们，让他们想想办法。可我听到的是：“这些事你自己就能办了呀，何必我们再出谋划策？”我自己就可以？难道我们不是一个组的吗？我耐心的说：“以后大家同在一个组，咱们团结一心，把咱们的组搞好，把学习搞上去，让咱们的组成为班里最优秀的组。这次的墙面大家你一个点子，我一个点子，这样大家不就能齐心弄得更加完美了吗？”我苦口婆心地说着，可组员就是无动于衷，我的心里无名火已经上到嗓子眼了，我强忍着，我想：我也不是十全十美的，同在一个组，就应该好好相处，团结一心，这样才有可能提高大家的协作精神和团结的意志啊！我感觉到组员的懒惰，我不知他们是怎么想的？难道为小组做一点贡献就这么难吗？为什么都要推卸责任呢？为什么都在一组就不能团结一心呢？我的一片热心被当头浇了一盆带冰的冷水！让我从头凉至脚！

回家后的反思

“当一个好学生难，当一个好的组长更难，当一个好组长好学生更是难上加难！”我算深刻明白了这句话的含义，还是那句老话，也反思反思自己吧！希望他们以后能积极向上！

Everyone admires beauty. Everyone has his own standard about beauty.

Nowadays some people tend to think that they own beauty if they have a good

looking. They are not satisfied with their appearance. They spend much money

taking a kind of operation. Can beauty really be man-made? If so， everybody can

get beauty. As a result， there is no beauty at all.

The appearance is given by our parents and is unique in the world. Everyone

should value it. Id rather prefer nature as the standard of beauty. Just accept

yourself， accept everything the god gives to you， and create the beautiful life

belong to you.

Many heroes dont have beautiful surface. However， their beautiful images

often come to our minds. Their beauty comes from their contributions to the

society.

Dont be eager to judge whether a person is beautiful or not without a

thorough understanding of him. A beautiful person is not the one with a good

looking， but with a broad and kind heart.

Good looking is pleasant while spiritual beauty is more important. As an

old saying goes， “ Virtue is fairer than beauty. ” If you have a kind heart， you

own real beauty.

John has lived in London for afew years, but he isnt so familiar with that city, because he seldom goes out.One foggy morning, he had to go somewhere to attend an important meeting.

Because of the heavy fog, he was unable to get the right way.

Although he askedmany people for the direction, no one paid attention to him, for they were allin a hurry.

He looked so anxious. At this very moment, a woman came out of thefog and said, “Let me help you, Sir.

Please go with me." John followed thewoman, and then she led him to the right place.

It took them about half anhour. John owed his great thanks to her. However, to his great surprise, hefound that the woman was blind.

“How can you take me here?" John asked. “Ihave been living in London since I was born, so Im very familiar with everystreet in this city." the woman answered.

约翰在伦敦住了几年，但他对那个城市并不是很熟悉，因为他很少出门。

在一个有雾的早晨，他要去参加一个重要会议。由于雾太大，他无法找到正确的方向。虽然他向很多人问方向，没有人注意到他，因为他们都在赶时间。

他看上去很着急。在这个非常时刻，一个女人从大雾中走出来对他说，“先生，我来帮助你吧。请跟我走吧。”

约翰跟着她，之后她带他带到正确的地方。他们大约花了半个小时。约翰非常感谢她。

然而，令他吃惊的是，他发现那个女人是盲人。“你是怎么能带我到这里来？”约翰问。“我从出生开始就一直生活在伦敦，所以我非常熟悉这个城市的每一条街道。”女人回答说。
