Turpan is located in a depression with the area of more than 1000 square kilometers of the eastern part of Xinjiang and some 80 meters below the sea level. 当我回到家，这是非常黑暗。为什么呢?没有电。每年在北京，还有就是缺少电力供应。因为有很多工厂。这是非常寒冷的冬天。因此，政府决定：供应电对居民和工厂必须停止工作。我的房子是在生产区。我是不幸的。这是非常寒冷。所以，我的父亲用途电制造的机器使电。哦!什么是倒霉的冬天!

Today we visited Red Star Farm.

Early in the morning, we met at the school gate and went there together.

About two hours later, we arrived. On arriving there, we were given a warm

welcome by the farm workers. Then one of the workers showed us around the farm.

We were very glad to see the crops and vegetables growing so well. At noon, we

had a picnic happily.

After the picnic, we enjoyed ourselves in the sunshine. We listened to

music, dancing and singing. Some were talking happily and even two of our

classmates played chess. How time flies! It was time for us to leave though we

didnt want to. It was really an unforgettable visit for us.

今天我们参观了红星农场。

一大早，我们就在校门口，走到一起了。大约两个小时后，我们到达。一到那里，我们是由农场工人的热烈欢迎。然后其中一名工人向我们展示了农场周围。我们很高兴地看到庄稼和蔬菜长势那么好。中午的时候，我们有一个愉快的野餐。

野餐后，我们喜欢自己在阳光下。我们听音乐，跳舞和唱歌。有些人愉快地交谈，并有两位还下起了象棋。时间过得真快!现在是时候让我们离开，虽然我们不希望。这真是一个令人难忘的参观啊。

Confidence is essential for everyone. Onlyestablishing confidence can we accomplish our goal. Nevertheless, many peopleespecially teenagers are lack of confidence. What a serious problem! How todevelop confidence?

自信对于每个人都是必不可少的。只有建立自信，我们才能实现我们的目标。然而，许多人缺乏自信尤其是青少年。多么严重的问题啊！如何培养自信呢？

First of all, we should aware of our own advantages. Though nobody is perfect, we can be proud of ownadvantages. In this way, we can adapt the pressure of contemporary society.Secondly, we are supposed to give ourselves asmile face. Its necessary to remember that not tire of life and look down onourselves. Facing a mirror to smile, maybe we will feel confident. Finally, we shouldnt be afraid of failureand challenges. On the contrary, we should raise our courage to overcome theseproblems.

首先，我们应该意识到我们自身的优势。虽然没有人是完美的，但是我们可以以自己的优势而感到自豪。这样，我们才能够适应当代社会带来的压力。其次，我们应该给自己一个微笑。要记住，不要对生活感到厌烦并看不起自己。对着镜子笑，也许我们会感到自信。最后，我们不应该害怕失败和挑战。相反，我们应该有勇气去克服这些问题。

In a word, as a saying says,” Make the mostof yourself, for that is all there is of you. "Confidence for us is anindispensable part of our life.

总之，正如谚语所说的，“做最好的自己，因为那些都是你的。”自信是我们生活中不可缺少的一部分。
