1933年7月，该共和国临时中央政府，中国苏维埃，确定以成立纪念日为中国工人和农民红军(前身中国人民解放军)8月1日。从那时起，八月一日成了中国人民解放军的一天。建军节期间，将集中开展“活动支持军队和优待军人、烈士家属，政府支持和珍惜的人”都在中国，纪念人民军队的诞生。

自从中国人民解放军建造的军队，去通过无数的危险和困难，从小型到大型，改变从弱到强，发展成军合成多臂，是推进中国特色勇敢精兵道路，成成为的钢铁长城，中国维护和平与发展。
