1.明确目标并根据实际情况来制定

制定计划要有明确的目的，高一，高二学年，应把重点放在课本上。只有把课内知识学扎实，才能灵活完满地解决课内外及更多的题目。当然，重点放在课本上，并不是将视野局限于课本，仍应有大量课外阅读，在课外阅读中巩固，贯通课本知识，培养能力。高三学年，既是中学时代的最后一年，也是复习迎考的关键一年。高三学年的计划是完善知识体系，系统地掌握知识后，技巧也就“水到渠成。

制定计划要根据自己的实际情况。要制定出符合自己实际情况的学习计划，必须要了解自己，包括明确学习奋斗的目标，了解自己的学习情况，明确地估计自己的能力。

2.计划要求

首先，要让自己知道，每天你具体干些什么，知道每周、每月的.安排等。我们应该去计划自己的学习和生活，做到自己对自己心中有谱。一份计划上只出现时间和科目是不够的，最起码还要有具体的章节的安排，包括做哪些习题，看哪些笔记都应当有，这样才能真正地发挥计划的优势。其次，就是一定要符合自己的实际情况，适当地高一些也可以，但绝不可过高或过低。太低了，计划的内容松松垮垮，反而不如没有计划；但大多数人可能更容易把计划

列得偏高，开始还能拼一拼坚持一下，但很快地就败下阵来。如果总是列这种过高过紧的计划，常常完不成，那么时间一久也就会对列计划失去信心了。一份好的计划绝不在于它的起点有多高，而在于它是不是能帮你更好地完成学习任务，让你的能力得到最好的发挥。

3.注意事项

①制订计划必须按自己的特点自己制订，不能仿制别人的计划，别人告诉你的方法最多只能充当指路标的作用，只有自己去试着做，摸索出自己的完整方法，才是最有用的。

②计划的目的是为了学习有所进步，不要为了制定计划而制定计划。此外，刚开始制定计划的时候可能会碰到不少问题，但只要慢慢调整到最适合自己的就好。

③任何学习计划刚执行起来都难免会遇到一些困难，但你应该知道为了执行这份计划而付出的努力是值得的。能够适应这份计划是保证你的远程学习以及未来事业成功的重要步骤。因此“坚持”才是计划实施过程中最难的。学习是一个周期比较长的过程，今天的努力，并不能在明天就得到回报。所以在实施计划时，一时看不到进步不要心焦，更不要气馁、不要轻言放弃。相关暑假计划：

On July 23rd my parents took me to Beijing. We stayed at YuTingqiao hotel. On the first day, we went to the Great Wall. The Great Wall is very long and old. It has millions of bricks. Each brick is very big and heavy. Lots of people from different countries like climbing the Great Wall. We felt very tired when we climbed to the top of the Great Wall.

We also went to the Palace Museum. The Palace Museum has 9999 palaces. It has a very long history. I bought a lot of souvenirs of the Palace Museum. What nice palaces these are! Today is Sunday. This morning, I went to the swimming pool with my mum.I decided to learn swimming today.

Today I went to Palace Museum.It was cool.Then I went to the Great Wall. We were really excited

about this trip and it certainly was an adventure.The first 4 hours of the walk were the most difficult and the views were really great.We took many photos.We are so happy!

1、预习下学期所学新课。制定严格的预习计划，然后坚决实行之。计划的落实以自学为主，要尽量地自己看懂;不会的要做出标记，等以后解决，或询问他人马上解决。预习新课要尽量多预习，争取预习下学期新课的三分之一以上。

2、复习旧课。对以前学过的旧知识必须时常复习，要用10天左右的时间来复习旧知识，复习时尽量采用目录回顾法，对不会的知识尽量摘录下来，留待以后在复习时作重点复习用。

3、自觉写2篇以上语文作文和英语作文，养成自觉修改文章的好习惯。

4、看一部中国古典名著，并做好笔记摘抄。

5、坚持练字。每天学习累的时候，要仿照一本好的字帖去练字。

三、提高自己的综合素质

1、学习累之后，要干力所能及的活，如：打扫卫生、抹玻璃、拖地板、打水、做饭、买菜、洗衣服、接待客人、社会劳动、为家长洗脚、社会调查等。

我们不太了解这里，就请了一个导游阿姨为我们讲解，导游阿姨说：这条小路是皇上，皇后，皇太后走过的路。你们也走一走吧!我像麻雀一样蹦蹦跳跳地走完了那条小路，后来，我们来到了昆明湖边上，租了一条小船，绕着岸边划了一圈，中途我看见了十七孔桥，十七孔桥的桥洞中间有两个最大的桥洞，越往两边桥洞越小。我划着船在桥洞里高兴地穿过来穿过去，我们上岸后吃了背包里的一些食物。又去参观颐和园最有名而且最长的长廊，长廊可真长，我们走了好久，终于走出了长廊。我的脸上露出了笑容，也高兴地跳起来。这就是我在北京快乐的暑假生活第一天，往后的旅行，又会怎样呢?

The new semester has begun. In this semester, I plan to have a plenary English time, so I made the following plan which is considered perfect.

I will preview the new lessons for 30 minutes to 1 hour on the day before the English class. In class, Ill try my best to understand every point. Today is my birthday, so some of my classmates sent me presents.Mother prepared a tea party for me.I invited all of them to come and take part in it.The tea party began at half past six.There were cold drinks and refreshments.We ate,talked and laughed.We felt that we were the happiest men in the world.Time passed quickly. In a twinkling,the clock on the wall struck nine.We could not but say"Good-bye" to one another.

我的暑假大部分时间都是在爸爸单位上度过的，爸爸工作的单位是在岩头陂水库，那里风景优美，气候凉爽，而且还有许多的小伙伴们都会在那里玩。我认识了黄政宇和刘志峰两个好朋友。

早上，林间的小鸟叫醒了我，我赶快起床，马上到爸爸的办公室写作业，一个上午的时间很快地就过去了。吃完中饭睡完午觉后，我按照约定和黄政宇他们一起在办公室玩电脑，但爸爸说过玩电脑不能玩很长时间，不能超过一个小时，否则的话视力会下降的，我们按照爸爸的话玩了一个小时，然后我们就打打牌，散散心!

太阳慢慢地西沉了，快乐的时光来了，我们吃过晚饭，就缠着爸爸去水库游泳。于是爸爸给我们穿好了救生衣，带着我们去了水库里，我们一来到水库就欣喜若狂地向水库里奔去。爸爸说：“先不要这么急着下去，等一下脚就会抽筋，要先用手搞点水拍拍身体上的各个部位，这样可以防抽筋。”我按照爸爸说的话去做，慢慢地走下了水库，我在水里拼命地游啊，可是“扑腾腾”地没游动。这时爸爸游了过来，教我游泳的方法和要领。我按照他说的去做，虽然去游泳的时候呛了很多的水，但爸说没关系，多练就好了。经过了自己的努力，我终于会游来游去了。天逐渐地黑了，我们唱着歌跟在爸爸身后回家了。
