1、“读万卷书，行万里路”一直是我向往的理想生活。

趁着有大段可以自己支配的暑期我一定要多读些书。

今左两天经过和妈妈的商议，我计划阅读的书目有:

《西游记》、《水浒传》(1——40章)、《昆虫记》、《鲁宾逊漂流记》、《伊索寓言》、近期的《儿童文学》。

2、背诵古诗一日一首，背诵内容白老师提供的小学生必背诗文70篇。

3、为了吸取民族文化的精髓，暑期我和妈妈每天还要共同诵读《论语》20分钟。

决心经过一个暑期的坚持养成每天诵读经典的良好习惯。

二、学习计划

1、开心阅读、快乐玩耍的假期我不会忘记把暑假作业认真地保质保量完成。

每天语文、数学、英语作业各做3页，争取8月15日前全部完成。

2、平均3天发一篇博文，我一定用心写好每一篇文章，力争做到文章中心突出、内容健康、句子通顺、语言优美，争取多让几篇文章带上小红帽。

三、出游计划

这个暑假准备出去旅游两次，一次去云台山、一次去青岛。

去看看平顶山以外的风景，呼吸呼吸不一样的空气。

咱们班有意也想去这两个地方的同学可以互相联系，我们结伴出游，一定不亦乐乎!

四、健康计划

1、我的妈妈、大姨、三姨、四姨和姥爷、姥姥总是说我瘦得像根豆芽菜，11岁多的我32.5公斤。

健康是拼搏未来的本钱，假期里我尽我所能多吃新鲜蔬菜、瓜果，多吃鱼饭肉，争取开学多长4斤肉。

2、让妈妈给我报一个游泳班，学会游泳。

3、每周爬一次山，让身体锻炼的棒棒的。

五、社交活动

1、这个暑假计划每周举办一次阅读沙龙会。

先说作业吧，数学、英语比较单一，难的是语文，有很多作业，我打算先读书，假期一共两个月，一共要读四本书，两个月一共有四个半个月，这样半个月就能读完一本书，完成两篇读书笔记。然后我完成周记，每周完成一张。最后我做写字帖和背七十首古诗，做完这些后，就可以写数学作业，做完后，当然就可以开开心心的玩了，到了晚上就可以安心3睡觉。我相信这样做整个暑假会过得很开心。

除此之外，有时间也可以做做别的事，比如早晨去跑步和骑自行车呀、出去旅游呀、去游泳呀、放风筝呀等一些有趣的事，总而言之，这是一个有美好又有趣的暑假计划。

丰富的暑假生活就像是沙滩上的贝壳，有的暗淡无色，代表着烦恼、忧愁;有的五颜六色，代表着喜庆、欢乐。其中给我印象最深的还是拔牙。

那是一个星期二的早上，天气特别晴朗，早上起来我的心情非常好，可谁知道不幸的事却偏偏发生在我的身上，原来妈妈决定今天带我去拔牙。

你们可能要问了，这是怎么回事呢?其实都怪我小时候嘴馋，爱吃甜食，使一口原本洁白的牙齿变成了一颗颗黄中带黑的丑牙，还引发了一颗蛀牙。更要命的是：前阵子发作，疼得我是哭爹喊娘。真是牙疼不是病，疼起来却要命。因此，妈妈决定今天带我去医院拔牙。哎!我天不怕地不怕，就是怕拔牙，怎么办?好女不吃眼前亏，三十六计走为上计，赶快溜呗!可就在我转身的一刹那，却被妈妈一把揪住了：“你上哪儿去呀!”“我……我……我上厕所。”“去，别抵赖了，想逃走，门都没有。走，跟我拔牙去。”没办法，我只好乖乖地跟在了妈妈的后面。

到了医院，医生很热情。妈妈向医生说明了情况后，医生决定马上给我拔牙。我吓得浑身发抖。妈妈在一旁鼓励我说：“别害怕，一点也不痛，勇敢点，先做个深呼吸吧。”医生也微笑着叫我放松。

突然想起一件事，考试后在家。在网上上看到80后作家韩寒对巴金、冰心等人的作品表示很“低级”。而郭敬明自诩是“中国最优秀的作家”。对这两个80后的作家，网络上议论纷纷。

对前者，大多对其持有鄙夷态度，称其不会评价，。而对于后者，支持与不支持形成两派，也有人说“是他自封的吧!”

对于韩寒这件事，不少人拥护巴金、冰心，我挺欣慰的，在这个金钱、利欲熏心的社会，能不忘这些老前辈。但我也并不反对韩寒的话。说实话，我并没有读巴金、冰心的什么作品。只读过几遍巴金的《家》以及冰心的几篇小文。我不反对韩寒的话，是因为韩寒敢说，不管对错与否，敢说就好，至少也代表了小部分人的心声。德高望重的作家被戴上光环，人们不容置疑。仔细想想，他们也会有败笔，也会有错误，需要人们指出，对这件事，我持中立态度。

再一个就是郭敬明，同样，我欣赏他的“敢说”。中华民族在名誉方面都是谦虚再谦虚，这样更令我反感。骄傲一下又何妨?但在每个年代，搞文学之人都要切忌浮躁，笔就是作家的最好武器。

今年的暑假里，我们准备去石家庄的天山海世界来一次完美的嬉闹。

早晨，我和小弟弟孙艺鑫迅速的飞往火车站，坐上了专属于我们的列车，据老妈所言，你们真是坐立不安呀!我们想像着海世界会有什么，应该会有滑梯、冲浪池、漂流河

经过漫长的等待，我们终于到了我们期待已久的海世界，一进海世界的大门，首先看到的是正前方的水上滑梯，它像一个巨大的水上怪兽，我们迫不及待的跑向滑梯，我们是这样分组的，我和老妈一组，阿姨和孙艺鑫一组。我们这组先滑，刚站到上面，老妈看到了滑梯这么的陡、这么高，再加上激流勇进的清水，就惊慌失措的说：儿子，我害怕!我不敢滑!我说：如果你实在害怕就不要滑了。就这样老妈临阵脱逃了。我也害怕，闭着眼睛，滑了下去，但滑到一半时我睁了眼睛，一点也不害怕了。轮到孙艺鑫他们组了，他还没有做好准备呢，忽视了上方的滑竿，直接头朝下的滑了下去，他喝了满肚子的水，看到他那落汤鸡的样子逗得我哈哈大笑，他自己也笑了笑。

这时我们听见了尖叫声，往后一看冲浪开始了，于是我们就纷纷向冲浪跑去，到了，到了我喊。我心想浪会不会很大，危及到生命啊。看来我想多了，没有巨浪，但也很刺激，我们随着波浪和音乐一起上下舞动，大家尖叫着，欢呼着，想象着在大海中随波逐流。不知是谁喊了一声：结束了。妈妈说我们去漂流吧。到了漂流河，妈妈又想临阵脱逃了，这次我不会让她得逞的，经过我的软磨硬泡下，老妈终于同意下水了，可又有一个问题妈妈想和我学游泳，但是她不敢摘下泳圈，好吧，我这回的策略施展不了了，我只得让她趴在泳圈上练蛙泳里的踢腿动作。最后，我们泡了温泉，温泉也各式各样，我和小弟弟泡得是冲击，妈妈和阿姨泡的是按摩。

时间过得真快呀，该回家了，我们选择了高铁，但不是同一辆车，我和阿姨、孙艺鑫依依不舍的说了再见。就这样，嬉闹在我们的欢声笑语中结束了。

Last Sunday, Jack had a relaxing Sunday. He got up 6 o’clock. After breakfast, Jack played basketball with his friends. They were very happy. Then he played the guitar in the room. I went to the countryside to spend my summer holidays this year. I liked green plants clear rivers and lovely amimals there.I breathed the fresh air on the mountain and sometimes I went swimming in the river. I kept a diary every day.

I liked not only the scene of the countryside but also the people there. I helped them to do farm work. I also helped the children in the neighbourhood with their lessons. The children were interested in English. They were good at reading and writing but did not do well in listening and speaking. I helped them improve their listening and speaking. 首先在学习方面。因为平时读书时间太少，所以暑假里我要多读几本课外书，保证每天读书1小时，并及时做好“与书有约”。还要每天背一首古诗，写一篇日记，练20分钟书法。为了让我的英语水平有所提高，我还要读15分钟的英语。在做好这些基础上，假期末为了我的学习更轻松，我还准备预习一下五年级的主课。

其次在其他方面。我要多出去旅游，希望能在第二课堂里开阔眼界，学到一些在学校里面学不到的知识。我还要去学习游泳、拜访亲朋好友。除了这些，我还要坚持我的特长学习，如二胡要每天练够1小时，拉丁舞准备考级、画画做好老师布置的作业等。

当然，要做好这些健康是最重要的，所以为了完成我的计划，我要每天坚持锻炼，或骑自行车、或游泳、或散步。

既然制定了计划，就要按计划完成，如果不按计划完成，就等于白制定。所以我一定要认真完成自己制定的计划，不敷衍了事。

我的暑假大部分时间都是在爸爸单位上度过的，爸爸工作的单位是在岩头陂水库，那里风景优美，气候凉爽，而且还有许多的小伙伴们都会在那里玩。我认识了黄政宇和刘志峰两个好朋友。

早上，林间的小鸟叫醒了我，我赶快起床，马上到爸爸的办公室写作业，一个上午的时间很快地就过去了。吃完中饭睡完午觉后，我按照约定和黄政宇他们一起在办公室玩电脑，但爸爸说过玩电脑不能玩很长时间，不能超过一个小时，否则的话视力会下降的，我们按照爸爸的话玩了一个小时，然后我们就打打牌，散散心!

太阳慢慢地西沉了，快乐的时光来了，我们吃过晚饭，就缠着爸爸去水库游泳。于是爸爸给我们穿好了救生衣，带着我们去了水库里，我们一来到水库就欣喜若狂地向水库里奔去。爸爸说：“先不要这么急着下去，等一下脚就会抽筋，要先用手搞点水拍拍身体上的各个部位，这样可以防抽筋。”我按照爸爸说的话去做，慢慢地走下了水库，我在水里拼命地游啊，可是“扑腾腾”地没游动。这时爸爸游了过来，教我游泳的方法和要领。我按照他说的去做，虽然去游泳的时候呛了很多的水，但爸说没关系，多练就好了。经过了自己的努力，我终于会游来游去了。天逐渐地黑了，我们唱着歌跟在爸爸身后回家了。

快乐的暑假过去了，我暑假的生活里有趣的事情也不止上面那些事，同学们，你们的暑假一定也过得很开心吧?

Good morning, my dear fellows. I am happy to see all of our classmates come back to school. I would like to share my life in holiday with you. This summer holiday, I spent most of my time in playing, like watching TV, playing games, outing with friends and so on. But I also pay attention to my study. For example, I like watching the educational TV programs, so that I can both have fun and learn something new at the same time.
