钱学森早年留学美国，以优异的成绩获得了博士学位，成为航空工程和空气动力学专家。他在火箭研究方面取得了很大的进展，被麻省理工学院聘为终身教授。当他一听到中华人民共和国成立的消息，便立即决定回国工作。

1950年9月，钱学森辞去工作，办好了回国手续，买了回国的飞机票，航空公司硬退了回来，他被迫退掉飞机票，被美国移民局关在一个海岛的拘留所里，受尽了折磨。美国朋友募捐了15000美元，把钱学森从拘留所里保释了出来，可钱学森的一举一动还是受到了控制。

可他并没有放弃，他坚持斗争了5年。周恩来总理与美国政府谈条件，使美国政府不得不同意钱学森回国。1955年10月8日，他含着幸福的泪花回到了祖国的怀抱。

回国后的钱学森，一头扎进了祖国核能研究事业中。他受命组建了中国第一个火箭、导弹研究院——国防部第五研究院，并担任首任院长，主持完成了“喷漆和火箭技术的建立”的规划，直接领导了用中近程导弹运载原子弹的“两弹结合”的试验。钱学森被誉为“中国航天之父”、“中国导弹之父”。

时光飞逝，短暂而又愉快的假期生活已经结束了。接下来我所面临的是紧张而又愉快的新学期的教育教学生活。为把新学期的教育教学工作做好，特此作如下教学计划：

一、指导思想。

坚持马列主义，毛泽东思想。高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜，认真学习教育理论，贯彻“三个代表”重要指导思想，积极响应和贯彻素质教育钻研素质教育的实质。“减负”的内在，并以此指导自己的教育教学工作，遵循教育教学规律，紧扣大纲，把我教学层次，不断提高自己的业务水平。

二、基本情况。

这一学期，我继续担任初一(1，2)班的英语教学工作。这两个班级，每班各有学生三十五人左右，但是，基础却不尽人意。初一.1班的学生基础还可以，但是2班的基础却相差很远，学生基础参差不齐，两极分化严重，没有学习的兴趣。因此，教学工作开展的相当困难。

三、教材特点。

初中英语第一册(下)主要介绍了日常生活的交际用语以及一些西方国家的文化背景和风俗习惯，教材通俗易懂，旨在使初一级学生基本能用英语进行简单的交流。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础。

10、认真钻研教材，备好，上好每一节课，向45分钟要质量。

I like the summer holidy so much. I look forward to summer holiday every year. Last summer, I went to Shen zhen for my holiday, which is also a city of seashore like Haikou. I enjoyed having a walk along the beach after supper or having a swim in the afternoon. The sky is blue, the air is fersh. 一、本册课文习作训练内容

本册教材的习作安排有两种形式，一是“口语交际·习作”中安排了5次习作，二是结合课文的学习，安排了6次小练笔。

5次习作安排如下：

第一单元：围绕“难忘的‘第一次’”这一话题进行口语交际，选择一个自己感兴趣的内容进行习作，能围绕所选内容的写作要点分段表达，内容要具体，感情要真实。

第二单元：口语交际课上，交流自己搜集到的民风民俗，交流时做到内容充实，表达流利。然后借鉴本组描写民风民俗的写作方法，学习抓住特点介绍民俗的方法，来写一定写自己所想要介绍的民风民俗。

第三单元：在口语交际的基础上，以《我的理想》为题，完成一篇习作。同时培植学生表达的自信心，树立良好的理想观。

1、指导作文，从内容、从观察入手，使人人有内容可写。要激发学生对生活的热爱，调动学生观察思考和练笔的积极性。引导学生写熟悉的人、事、景、物，做到说真话，表达真情实感，不说假话空话;要鼓励学生写想象中的事物，激发他们展开想象和幻想，发挥自己的创造性。积极开展各项活动，让学生多一些体验教育，为习作提供实践经验和经历感受。鼓励学生创新，不构一格，放开胆子写。

2、注意读写结合，课内课外结合。读写结合，以读促写。阅读教学和作文教学紧密结合起来。阅埃教学要重视指导，学生从读学写，作文教学要联系作者是怎样表达的，使读写互相促进。

3、加强学生自主拟题作文的练习，习作指导要有利于学生开阔思路，自由表达。在教室里开辟“佳作放送”，逐步提高学生的作文鉴赏能力。

4、改进作文的批改和讲评。讲评中要肯定成绩，抓住带有共性的问题，鼓励学生积极参与。批改可采用多种形式、多种方法，尊重学生的原意，肯定学生的点滴进步，讲求实效。逐步培养学生自己修改习作的能力。

他上课严肃，一丝不苟，回答同学问题时他耐心讲解。九月二日那天，当英语老师踏进门的那一刻，同学们个个坐好闭住了刚才还滔滔不绝的嘴。英语老师做了简单的自我介绍，就开始上课了。他一开口就把我给震住了，他说的真标准，一点也不逊色于外国人。由于老师教的太快了，我听得似懂非懂，其他同学也半懂半不懂。这一节课就这样稀里糊涂的上完了。我们的老师也很自恋。有一次他说：”你们用英文说我最喜欢的老师是英语老师。“我们就齐声说道：”My favorate teacher is my English teacher！“他笑开了花，说：”我知道你们最喜欢我！“怎样？我们的英语老师有意思吗？其实我们也真的很喜欢他！

Hello,everybody!Summer holiday is coming.Do you want to know what I am going to do when it comes?

Well,I m going to travel to a beautiful place called Xiamen.I m going to take photos with foreign people because there are many foreign people in Xiamen.Im going to climb mountains,eat delicious food,buy some beautiful souvenirs there and Im going to stay there for one month.I think that will be a lot more exciting,wont it?So thats all,how about your summer holiday?

我在幼儿园时的一个暑假，爸爸妈妈带我到青岛去旅游。

青岛靠海，青岛的沙滩和天然海滨浴场，是最吸引人的地方了。美丽的青岛，有好多个天然海滨浴场，我们在青岛约玩了二个星期，住的太平角公园边上，正好就在第一和第二海水浴场之间。在青岛旅游期间，我们去的最多的地方，就是海滨浴场了。

海滨浴场的沙滩上人特别的多，人们穿着各色的泳衣，或晒太阳，或躺在遮阳伞下。沿着沙滩往海里走，可以闻到大海咸咸的味道，听到阵阵海浪声。大人小孩三五成群，在大海这个蓝色的大浴盆里，这么多人同时嘻戏和玩耍。

我也等不及要下海了。我跟着爸爸妈妈向前走去，慢慢地从沙滩走向海边，再从海边踏入浪中，海浪一个接一个的向我们冲来，我感到好玩极了，突然一个大浪打过来，把我整个的脸都遮住了，我感觉人都快要被掀翻了。还好我拉真爸爸妈妈的手，踉跄并站稳后，我感觉到特别刺激，于是又迎着一波又波的海浪，跳跃地向前走去……

在青岛我们除了游泳和晒太阳，我们去了崂山，感受了那里山水相连的风光;我们去了八大关，观赏了各式各样的老别墅;我们去了海军博物馆，参观了几艘军舰，触摸了各种真的武器。我们还去了栈桥、动物园、极地海洋世界。

青岛太好玩了。这真是一个愉快的暑假。
