第一个打算是好好锻炼身体，我要每天早上七点钟起床，然后到外面操场上滑冰、骑自行车、跳绳，和爸爸一起跑步、打羽毛球，我要把我的身体锻炼的更强壮。

第二个打算是帮妈妈做家务。平时妈妈为了我很辛苦，所有的家务都是妈妈做，放假了，我可要让妈妈好好歇一歇，我要帮妈妈扫地、拖地、洗衣服、叠被子、洗碗和擦桌子，尽量多干一些我能干的事情。
