走着走着一位叔叔和一个阿姨走过来。那位阿姨亲切的说：“小朋友怎么了?”我闷闷不乐的说：“我的车子坏了，回不了家了。”叔叔看了看我说：“我来帮你修吧。”阿姨看着我，叔叔去拿工具箱。我想：这个叔叔好像没有修过车，咳!我这会没救了。过了一会，叔叔来了，他帮我修了半天，累的满头大汗，最后终于发现问题的所在，车链上没有油了。叔叔为车链浇上润滑油。自行车就和以前一样了。我立刻转悲为喜，我笑逐颜开的向叔叔和阿姨说了声谢谢，叔叔和阿姨面对我笑了笑，我就赶快的回到了家。

今天我终于等到开始放暑假啦!别提我心理有多高兴呀!可是***的一句话好像泼了我一头冷水。妈妈说：“要合理安排你的时间，既要保证学习，又要让自己玩得开心”。

对了，老师要我们做一个暑假计划呢，那我赶紧合理安排一下时间，愉快度过这个暑假。

以下是我的计划：

语文：1、每天早上认生字2课，练习字贴两页;2、背三字经 30句，背默两首古诗，认真阅读课外书一篇;3、一个星期写一篇周记;5、读完课外书以后，抄写好词好句，写一篇读后感。

数学：每天上午做10道竖式题，10道递等式，10道解决问题的数学题。

英语：每天晚上抄写单词，背单词，读背句子，争取第三册和第四册的英语单词和句子能复习一遍到两遍。

课外活动：一个星期两个晚上游泳，白天还可以打羽毛球，骑自行车，锻炼身体，星期六、日可以休息，自己做自已喜欢的事。

Yesterday I Buying equipment for my bike,A “Bicycle stopwatch”.It can tell me my velocity.

In the afternoon,I ride my bicycle in the JIANGSU UNIVERSITY.At first,I ride18km/h,but soon I ride 22-25km/h,and then I start to speed up.About 10Minutes,I keep my velocity27-28km/h,keep it a long time,so it makes me feel very tired and thirsty.But I also feel excite. It’s so Furious. Feel the joy brought by speed. Especially when the velocity is 30km/h or faster.Also it’s the reason of why I love cycling.

I ride 16km ,use about30-40 Minutes. Cycling can exercise my leg muscles.At the same time it also can exercise my endurance.So it’s a very good exercise.And it’s to me--the half of my life.Maybe someone think it’s exaggerated.But it’s ture.

Hello, I am Fan Rong. I am from China . This is my family’s travel plan. We are going in to travel around China during the summer holidays. We are going to stay in China for two weeks. 一、端正态度，卸下包袱

高考是人生道路上的一个重要转折点，是高中生最终走向成年的标志。如果说以前有家长、老师一同和我们面对问题、克服困难，但在高考考场上，我们只能依靠自己必须独自面对。我们没有理由不在自己未成年生活中的最后、也是最关键的一件大事中竭尽全力，以求不留遗憾。

同时我们也应该明白一点：高一高二的成绩已经不再具有坚定性的作用，在高三，同学们是在同一个起跑线上开始一场全新的远征。由于所有的知识点都会在高三上学期第一轮复习中被不遗漏的重新梳理一遍，原先掌握知识不扎实的同学大可以通过这一段时间的复习补上之前的漏洞;而原先学得不错的同学如果不认真听讲和复习的话也很容易掉下去。因而，不管您先前的成绩如何，请卸下一切包袱，投入到高三的复习当中去。

二、做好计划，周密准备

如果说高三是一台精密的仪器，那么这台仪器的运转不光需要老师们在讲台上挥汗如雨、同学们废寝忘食的学习，更重要的是，还有高三复习计划的制定、资料和用具的筹备、心态的调整、饮食起居和作息的稳定等等。只有考虑清每一步细节，才能在高考复习中取得决定性的胜利;也正是对高考复习过程中细节的面面俱到好精益求精，让许许多多原本看起来并不优秀的同学最终走进了理想的大学。

计划的制定：在学校安排的总体复习计划基础上安排自己的课下复习计划，根据自己的科目强弱，以“补弱”为原则对自己的课余尤其是周末进行规划和安排，争取在高三上学期结束的时候，所有科目的成绩比较平均，这样才能轻松进入二轮复习。需要提出的是，在制定计划的时候，要多和老师家长讨论沟通，听取他们的建议和意见。

资料和用具的筹备：不用买额外的辅导书，学校准备的就非常全面了。倒是应该准备足够多的笔、资料夹、笔记本、错题本、草稿本。更重要的，应该有一片专用的学习区域，专门用于复习功课和摆放复习资料。这样在整个高三中，只要进入这片区域，我们就能迅速进入复习状态，从而大幅提高复习效率。

饮食起居和作息的稳定：高三，拼的就是每个人的学习效率在总学习时间上的积分，因而不要盲目的追求每天比别人多学几个小时，而是在见缝插针地把零碎的时间利用上的同时确保自己的学习效率。因而我们需要从暑假开始培养稳定的作息时间。调定生物钟的好处恐怕只有这么做的人才能体会到，它对保证学习效率的帮助非常大。

三、提前启动，抢占高点

高三复习节奏的特点是循序渐进，学习效率会随着有效学习时间的积累而不断增强。因而“提前启动”就成为了在高三复习过程中的制胜法宝。在暑假“提前启动”，可以使我们在高三保持学习效率的优势。而且，提前复习带来的进步无疑会是我们一轮复习时的重要推动力。

那么我们“提前启动”的方式方法是什么呢?其核心就是在认真完成作业的同时，根据自己的计划安排进行“第零轮高考复习”。这一复习可以是自主完成的，也可以是由有经验的人辅导的。重点如下：

1、读教材。高考题是根据考试大纲出的，而考试大纲是根据教材制定的。因此，对教材的熟悉就显得尤为重要。同时，这也是一个梳理知识漏洞、建立网络知识的好机会，并且也是复习过程中老师不会去特意监督的环节。

2、做积累。很多东西是慢慢积累出来的，比如，语文字词、默写、作文素材;英语词汇、短句、好句子;数学和综合科目的经典题和错题。积累越早越好，只有积累上的量变，才有考场上的质变。

3、写作业。 高中最后一个暑假里，老师们使出浑身解数，为大家准备了丰盛的“作业大餐”。也正是这份数目庞大的作业里面暗含着暑假的复习方向和重点。作业不是万能的，但不做作业是万万不能。对于以前作业不是特别认真的同学，现在一定要重视作业。在高三，我们一定要相信我们的老师，他们留给我们的作业绝不是随手布置的，绝对是经过老师们仔细斟酌后才安排的，因而其质量高，数量也一定不过分(真正过分的在一摸后，那还早着呢)。因此，好好写作业，也是第零轮复习的一个重要环节。

经过高考后，把高三暑假的体会拿来与大家分享，目的很简单，就是希望大家能把这个暑假真正用到实处，不浪费这段高三前最宝贵的时间。

太阳慢慢地西沉了，快乐的时光来了，我们吃过晚饭，就缠着爸爸去水库游泳。于是爸爸给我们穿好了救生衣，带着我们去了水库里，我们一来到水库就欣喜若狂地向水库里奔去。爸爸说：“先不要这么急着下去，等一下脚就会抽筋，要先用手搞点水拍拍身体上的各个部位，这样可以防抽筋。”我按照爸爸说的话去做，慢慢地走下了水库，我在水里拼命地游啊，可是“扑腾腾”地没游动。这时爸爸游了过来，教我游泳的方法和要领。我按照他说的去做，虽然去游泳的时候呛了很多的水，但爸说没关系，多练就好了。经过了自己的努力，我终于会游来游去了。天逐渐地黑了，我们唱着歌跟在爸爸身后回家了。

雨过天晴，一道色彩斑斓的彩虹悄悄地挂上了天空，它为我们驱逐了太阳的赤炎，天空变的凉爽起来，就连稻子也跳起了芭蕾舞。

晚饭的时间到了，妈妈带我出去吃一顿饭，竟吃了一个小时，回来时已夜色朦胧，打开电脑，登录上我的QQ，我跟几个好同学聊了一会，心情更加愉快了，抬手拉起窗帘，神秘的宇宙好像在邀请我，星星在望着我，我仿佛看到牛郎织女，仿佛看到了嫦蛾…。正在我沉静在这一片夜色中时，妈妈一下子将灯关了，我只得钻进被窝，轻轻地闭上眼睛，我知道，明天，迎接我的又将是灿烂的一天！
