5、每天看课外书，报纸，还可以看看动画片，上网学习，但时间不能太长。

6、写暑假日记一本，作文10篇，练好钢笔字一本。

7、我要写一些校园小短文，发在网上和阳光姐姐学习交流。

第二，生活计划：

1、培养个人的生活能力，比如：做饭、洗衣服。帮爷爷奶奶干一些力所能及的家务活，扫扫地，给爷爷奶奶捶捶背，帮爷爷奶奶洗碗、喂猪、喂鸡、买点东西等等。

2、要注意个人安全方面的问题，不私自下河游泳，不能私自外出，不做危险违法的事。

3、要每天锻炼身体，坚持跑步，每个星期天去爬一次山。每个星期六去河里游泳一次(有大人陪着)。每天还要早起，不睡懒觉。如果爷爷奶奶不在家，不能给陌生人开门，不跟陌生人讲话。见人要有礼貌。

4、每天晚饭后，我会和朋友一起聊天，或者看电视，之后刷牙、洗澡，睡觉。

暑假里爸爸给我买了一个滑板。一天晚上，吃完晚饭，爸爸、妈妈带我去滨江公园学滑板。

我怀着高兴的心情上了车，一会儿就到了滨江公园，我兴致勃勃的下了车。哇！滨江公园可真热闹啊！许许多多的小朋友在玩耍，有的在骑单车、有的在练武术、有的在溜冰、还有的在玩滑板，处处传来一片欢声笑语。

我和爸爸、妈妈选好地方，也开始学滑板了。刚开始我不敢站上滑板，怕会摔跤。在爸爸、妈妈的鼓励下，爸爸拉着我，我才敢站上去。爸爸拉着我滑了几圈，时不时会松开手，让我自己滑，我一紧张就摔了个四脚朝天，我反复练习了几次，都没有成功，想放弃，后来看到那些年龄比我小的弟弟、妹妹都那么认真的练着，我下定决心一定要学会滑板。

妈妈送我去学游泳。我们一进到游泳池，就看见许多大人和小孩，男的，女的在游泳池里游泳和嬉闹，十分热闹，我恨不得马上跳进游泳池去，可是不行呀!我不会游泳，有危险，会淹死人的。妈妈看着我跟教练学游泳。我去很多次才能学会游泳。第一次学闭气和潜水。我跳进游泳池，水就进了鼻孔，鼻子酸酸的，有点害怕。教练说:怕水还能学游泳我鼓起勇气，闭气把头潜入水里，这样多次潜水，我就会了。第二次学打水和夹水，我练了又练，终于在教练的帮助下，我学会了打水和夹水，第三次学蛙泳，就像青蛙那样在水里游，可是我不会换气，只能闭一口气游，游不远。第四次学换气，先站在水里，在水面上吸一口气，把头潜入水里呼气来，可是一边游一边换气就难了，这次没有学会换气，下次我一定要学会。我就坚持练下去，有了很大的进步。

现在已经开学了，我还是很怀念佛光山夏令营的一切，因为那是最难忘的回忆!
