二、我的暑假计划

为了让我暑假过得充实又愉快，我为自己制定了一个暑假计划。

每天，我会去运动一小时，这可以让我有个强壮健康的身体。我还会安排两小时做老师布置的作业。看书一小时，看书可以让我知道许多课外知识，向全面发展。看书时还会积累一些好词好句，提高我的写作水平。

除外，我还会让家长给我报一些兴趣小组，让我“充充电”。学游泳，遇到水灾等灾害能自救。学钢琴，能开发左右脑，让手指灵活。学跳舞，能令身体柔软和练出高中贵的气质。学钢笔书法，为我升三年级用圆珠笔写字打个好的基础。

1. 有计划地把课本复习三至五遍。最好的资料是课本。课本内容连贯，知识的重复率高，这对英语学习非常重要。记住课本上的单词，认真研读句型和习题，做到见疑就查，见疑就问，并对课本知识的复习做到合理计划。

2. 看一本高质量的高中语法书。语法是英语学习的骨架，是英语学习的体系，所以不能过于淡化。现在课本上的语法总结较为零碎，学生最好选择一本书，如Spark英语所出版的“高中英语语法全解”一书就比较好。

3. 选择一份较好的英语报纸，通过阅读提高英语学习效果。《21世纪学生英文报》、《学生双语报》等既适合学生拓展阅读，也利于学生巩固基础知识。课外阅读是课本内容的延伸和强化，强化阅读，潜移默化中会使英语水平有长足进展。

今天是我们实习正式上班的第一天，我们一大早就按时来到会议室开始我们的工作。由于网络设置的问题，我们一开始还不能上网，所以我们就开始进行关于课题的资料的整理和熟悉。阅读了一本关于cis企业形象设计的书籍，深入了解到有关于cis的知识，逐渐对我们这次研究的课题有了进一步的认知。
