一、总则：

10、相信自己，一定能够学好英语。

二、分则：

(一)听力：

1、除周末外，每天晚上10：00——12：00听写一篇五分钟左右的短文。着重听力后的分析过程。

2、早晚都随身带MP3，一有空闲时间就反复听这篇短文，直到听烂为止。

3、周末看一部外国电影，复习就内容，检查一周来的学习计划执行情况。

4、重视精听，听无数遍。

(二)口语：

1、朗读并努力复述听写的短文。

2、每天坚持张嘴说，每周参加英语角。

3、注意在朗读过程中纠正发音。

(三)阅读：

1、每周阅读一份英语报纸。

2、每次整理笔记。

(四)写译：

1、争取把每天听写的短文都翻译，先英汉，再汉英。

1 中等程度的同学

课文模仿背诵法

纵观近几年的中考，与课本直接相关的内容占了很大比例，在阅读和完型两项中更是多次出现课本原文。所以，把握好课本对大多数中等程度的同学至关重要。到了中考复习的冲刺阶段，不少老师会要求同学把课本中的重点课文背诵下来，我们何不现在就动手?但是机械的背诵效果不好，课文模仿背诵法一定要在模仿课文录音的前提下进行，才能发挥最大功效。

具体来说，同学可以借来初三上册的课本和录音带，每个模块的Unit1的对话由于开学上课时要做听力，可以不看，我们只需模仿背诵Unit2。比如说Module1 Unit2中的The greatest wonder of the natural world，我们打开录音机，先听第一句：When I arrived, it was early morning and it was raining. 然后进行模仿，注意语调和节奏以及连读，而后再将录音带倒回，再次模仿。如果你以前没有模仿朗读的习惯，那你至少需要将这一个句子模仿5到6遍，长句子需要10遍以上。实际上，当你把一个句子模仿得惟妙惟肖时，这个句子已经印在你脑子里了。所以要想将一篇200到300字的文章模仿背诵下来，需要2到3个小时的时间，只有在假期中我们才有这样整块的时间来完成此项工作。

你可能会觉得这样太麻烦了，不如做几道单选来得轻松。但如果你想在英语上快速、有实质性的飞跃，非此法不可。当你模仿时，你不妨想想那些电视里的模仿秀明星，他们无非是模仿一些特点鲜明的人物，难度大大低于模仿英语的录音带，咱们在进行一种更高级的模仿秀。当你的注意力集中于模仿语音语调时，就会忽略机械背诵的痛苦。模仿的过程恰恰就是打磨的过程，这样背下来的文章即使一段时间后内容记不清了，但模仿打磨时留下的语感却永远丢不了。如果你坚持这样做，会发现自己做单选完型的正确率大大提高，以前不断用语法规则分析还做错的题，现在自然而然地就能做对。

更重要的是，经过不断模仿锻炼出来的完美发音，会让人刮目相看，成为你一生学习英语的永恒动力。

2 基础稍差的同学 单词识记朗读法

对于英语基础薄弱的同学，困难集中体现在单词量不够，单选中的句子看不懂，更别提完型、阅读乃至综合填空了。所以，针对这种情况，我们要做的是温故而不是知新。

这样识记单词可以按照模块进行，然后为了巩固单词，再把前面这个模块的课文大声朗读3到5遍，在这个过过程中加深对单词的理解记忆，可以每天进行一到两个模块的内容。

如果你能在开学之前将前四册的单词混个“脸儿熟”，那么你在初三的英语学习中将感到前所未有的轻松，并逐渐体会到阅读的快乐。

3 水平较高的同学 报纸杂志快速朗读法

对于这样的同学来说，课本的内容不会给他们造成困难，也无法满足他们的胃口。所以，假期给他们提供了一个进行“野蛮的原始积累”，从而达到“迅速扩张，建立霸权”的契机。

英语水平较高的同学，记忆新单词对于他们来说不费吹灰之力。他们可以选取一些难度较高、生词量较多的报纸杂志上的文章，进行大声、快速的朗读。

比方说，可以订一份China Daily，将上面头版头条的文章或是自己感兴趣的报道反复朗读，一定要达到快速不停顿的朗读，这样才有练习的效果;生词可以积累在单词本上。

这样一来，不仅积累了大量生词，快速的朗读也使你潜移默化形成了快速的英语思维和良好的语感，你会发现中考的阅读对你来说简直是小儿科。而且，你还了解了许多新闻、时事、奇闻轶事，这才是我们学习一门语言的真正目的。

The new semester has begun. In this semester, I plan to have a plenary English time, so I made the following plan which is considered perfect.

I will preview the new lessons for 30 minutes to 1 hour on the day before the English class. In class, Ill try my best to understand every point. If necessary, Ill take notes and ask at least one question every class. And I want to be active in speaking. According to the requirement of the teacher, I am going to take written exercises. Its time to read texts aloud from seven twenty-five to a quarter to eight a.m everyday except Sunday. My oral English practice will be done for 30 minutes twice a week. To enlarge my vocabulary, I should learn 60 words everyday except Sunday. As we all know, reviewing the learnt courses is very important. So 1 hours reviewing on Sunday is essential.

Hows my perfect plan? I will insist on carrying it out and make an effort on my English learning .I believe it will work. Come on!

我住在农村，山清水秀空气好。愉快的暑假到了，父母不在家，为了使自己的假期生活过的健康充实，欢乐而有意义，我特别邀请阳老师，帮助我制定了暑假生活计划。计划大概分为两个方面：学习计划、生活计划。

第一，学习计划：

1、争取7月3日至7月23日完成语、数、英三门暑假作业。计划大概每天完成6面暑假作业。

2、预习语文六年级上册的古诗词，文言文，日积月累等等。并有重点的选择背诵。

3、预习六年级上册数学相关内容。

4、预习六年级上册英语的课程，默写有关单词，听磁带。

5、每天看课外书，报纸，还可以看看动画片，上网学习，但时间不能太长。

6、写暑假日记一本，作文10篇，练好钢笔字一本。

7、我要写一些校园小短文，发在网上和阳光姐姐学习交流。

第二，生活计划：

1、培养个人的生活能力，比如：做饭、洗衣服。帮爷爷奶奶干一些力所能及的家务活，扫扫地，给爷爷奶奶捶捶背，帮爷爷奶奶洗碗、喂猪、喂鸡、买点东西等等。

2、要注意个人安全方面的问题，不私自下河游泳，不能私自外出，不做危险违法的事。

3、要每天锻炼身体，坚持跑步，每个星期天去爬一次山。每个星期六去河里游泳一次(有大人陪着)。每天还要早起，不睡懒觉。如果爷爷奶奶不在家，不能给陌生人开门，不跟陌生人讲话。见人要有礼貌。

4、每天晚饭后，我会和朋友一起聊天，或者看电视，之后刷牙、洗澡，睡觉。

这就是我的暑假计划，我相信只要认真执行这些计划，我就一定能过一个美好，愉快的暑假!

我的暑假生活多姿多彩，暑假生活计划本映入了我的脑海。慢慢地打开，进入了我的暑假计划之旅……

第一面：翻开暑假生活计划本2007年版的第一页，动笔刚要写，却左思右想不知写什么好，当我花费了N多个脑细胞以后，终于写满了暑假生活的第一面……“暑假拥有炎热的天气。暑假到了，许多人都会闷在家里，吹着空调看电视、玩电脑。这样不仅很无聊，而且空调排出的废气对环境有很大的威胁。为了节约资源，我决定：‘我要在7月份的每天都执行着一个计划(特殊时间除外)。每天早晨9点起床，起床后弹琴两小时(因为我7月27日要钢琴考级)，从弹琴结束后到吃饭前是看电视时间。吃完午饭，午睡1小时。起床后开始写暑假作业、课外作业、练字、英语听力、英语阅读。写完后再弹琴1小时。我的任务就完成了。从完成任务到妈妈、爸爸回来之前，都是我的游戏时间，我可以到下面玩，也可以玩电脑、看电视。我吃完晚饭之后就复习语数英三科课本各一单元，复习完后还要单元考试呢!晚上10点睡觉。’这就是我的7月暑假计划!写满喽!”

第二面：第一面写完了，我慢慢地翻开第二面，开始撰写8月的暑假生活计划……“8月是一年中天气最炎热的时段，我都不敢出门了，可是热天游泳也很好啊(当然，不会私自出去游泳地)!所以在有爸爸妈妈陪同的前提下，我决定：‘每3天游泳一次，每次游泳都要让爸爸教会我一种游泳技术，全部学会以后要进行游泳考试。考级成绩出来以后。不管考过还是没考过，都要带我到杭州西湖游玩一趟。回来后写一篇游玩感受。除了这些特殊日子以外，其他时间我都按照7月的平常时间计划执行’这是我的8月暑假生活计划”

两个月的暑假生活计划“写”完了，两个月的趣味暑假生活，我正在等待着……

Today I came back from a place named “he chuan”, it’s a good place. There has some nice view like chang jiang river. I came there in two days ago. Our aunt is here. We had a good time in there. 暑假里的一天，我已在做作业，爸爸把我叫去对我说，：琪琪，爸爸辛辛苦苦工作，而你只顾花钱。现在你长大了，各种状况你也要改一改了——你在家中做家务看你工作质量和速度，来给你零花钱。看爸爸脸色如此严肃，我这娇娇女也只好点头答应了。

铛铛已经七点了，用过晚餐爸爸放下筷子说：琪琪，洗碗了。我默默地收拾碗筷，走进厨房，悲惨啊!我心里默念着。看着腻腻的碗，一万个不愿意洗，但是为了零花钱，只好忍气吞声、硬着头皮干下去。我先拎起一个碗，打开水龙头，马马虎虎冲了冲，咦!一只碗洗好了。那一堆碗没过一会儿就被我洗好了。看来打工也没什么难的嘛。我一边哼着小调一边解开围裙，跑到客厅。

快把工钱拿来吧。我伸出油腻腻的双手。这么快?爸爸怀疑地放下手中的报纸来到厨房。他瞄了一眼洗过的碗对我说：你看看，洗的都是些什么碗，还有油呢。碗洗得不干净，扣钱!你现在还欠我钱呢。我吓得伸出舌头，半天也收不回去。

当熟悉的钟声又敲响了，我的工作又开始了，接受上次的教训，我先向油腻腻的碗里挤点洗洁剂，用洗碗巾把碗里里外外刷了五六遍。在用清水一冲，最后用干抹布把水擦干。每洗一个碗，我总要把碗再检查一遍。然后一一放进碗橱里。心想：爸爸这次一定会满意的。

奔进客厅，我兴冲冲的对爸爸说：请。爸爸背着双手大步走向厨房，他检查后十分满意。从口袋里掏出一张崭新的十元钱，放在我手中对我说：这次干的非常好。我非常满意。劳动就要这样，不要马虎，要认真。做任何事都要这样。我接过钱，朝爸爸开心地笑了。

I have spent a happy summer holiday now.The most enjoyable thing that happened during this summer was to swim with my brother.

My brother was a good swimmer ,who had swum for about 3 years.

We went swimming together on a hot sunny day to the nearest swimming pool.I liked the swimming very much because that day the sun was burning on us making us feel so hot.In the cool water we cooled down our bodies and exercised.

My traveling plan

I hope to go on a trip to Beijing,but my mother always tells me "you cant".She thinks I am too young to go to Beijing,and I am too busy at school.This term is over,To my surprise,my mother will take me to Beijing.I am very excited!Then I have a traveing plan for this trip:firstly I will go to the tiananmen square,I will take many pictures,then I am going to the palace museum,I can see many old builds there.secondly,I am goingto the wangfujing street,we will buy many things,for example,foods,clothes and some books.then I will go home. 以往的假期，学校放假了，我也就不热爱学习了，整天玩得像个疯子一样，把大好的时光都白白的浪费掉了。今年的这个暑假，为了不虚度光阴，有必要给自己订了一个学习计划。

1，时间要安排好。每天学习不得少于三个小时，两个小时看电视，其余时间做做家务，和同学一起玩都行，真的太开心了!

2，多看几本名著。我买了三本：《格列佛游记》，《朝花夕拾》，《钢铁是怎样炼成的》，我决定暑假里要把这三本书看完。

3，不能一直呆在家里，反正这个暑假除了前几天十分闷热，后来就比较凉快了，有空可以跟家人，朋友一起出去玩，呼吸一下新鲜的空气，领略一下美丽的风景，心情也就舒畅了。

4，不要光顾学习忘了运动。我买了一个呼啦圈，无聊时转转呼啦圈，踢踢毽子，晚上和家人一起在街道上散步，这样的话身体素质提高了，也不耽误学习。

5，学习时尽量要静下心来，不能很容易的被外面的事物干扰。

6， 读书学习，要善于利用零碎的时间。比如，吃饭走路时，要构思作文，不忘随身携带一本书，一有空闲就翻开书看上几页。

按说，假期不受时间限制了，应该有的时间读书学习了，其实不然。在学校，受外界干扰比较少，能静下心来看书。只要利用好课余时间，就能保证学习。而放假在家里，比较喜欢看电视，会友频繁，这都会占去一大部分时间，因此读书学习的时间不是多了而是少了，所以我更应该抓紧学习。

我相信这个暑假，读书学习可以使我的生活充实起来。
