Summer can be very hot in southern Taiwan where the temperature usually goes up to 32"C or more. Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. Also because of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. Actually I like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. In the summer vacation that has just ended I went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. This summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. As a second-year senior student I had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. In other words, I must find time to study, too. So I divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

Have a good plan for the future that can remind us which direction and road shoud be towards in the next step. In this second to the end of 2014 six, I have a short-term plan that has appeared in my mind. It is clear and simple.The specific content of planare as follows.

When National Day comes, I Feel so excited, it is not because I will have a vacation, but also I have many plans. There were many activities which were funny and helped us to strengthen our oral English skills, such as, the Second Annual National Debate for Middle School Students,the Third National English Speech Competition for Middle School Students and English parties. We also visited many places of interest. Learning English was exciting and the teachers were very friendly and helpful. This camp was a real life-changing experience that I will never forget.

今天，天气太热了啊!居然是二十九度啊!

One day in this summer vacation, my mother solemnly said to me, "child,

去年暑假，我和姐姐，妈妈去秦皇岛度假。在秦皇岛，我度过了一个快乐又难忘的暑假。

在秦皇岛，我们住在了姑姥家。姑姥家养了三头牛，是一家三口。小牛是黄色的，而它的爸爸妈妈是黑色的。并且牛爸爸还比牛妈妈要小哦，挺有趣的。有一次，姑姥要给小牛上套子，于是便把牛爸爸和牛妈妈都牵了出去，引小牛出来好给它戴上。牛爸爸和牛妈妈在外面不停地叫，小牛在里面也着急了，一边不停地叫。一边警惕的看着四周，伺机蹿出去。姑姥和舅老爷在一边等着小牛从里面出来抓住机会给他戴上。但是小牛也挺聪明，刚刚把绳子扔出去，他就跑回棚里面，这样来来回回折腾了几次。终于还是敌不过人的。哈哈，小牛被驯服了。看着他那不服气的模样，心里感觉挺好玩的。小牛也挺好强的嘛。

在姑姥家的村子里有一条挺大的河，河水清澈见底。水流不是很急，河底的石头踩上去滑溜溜的，好好玩啊。我和姐姐脱掉鞋，姐姐带我往河中间那几块大石头那里去。由于石头有些滑，我紧紧的拽着姐姐，好几次差点把姐姐也带倒。终于历尽“千难万险”到达了那几块石头那。我和姐姐坐在石头上，用手或者脚打着水玩。妈妈在岸边给我们照相，呵呵，水好凉，好舒服啊。

在秦皇岛玩了几天后，我们又去了北京。在天安门，故宫等地方游玩，照相。真的好开心啊。

短短的几天很快过去了，但是这几天的快乐我会永远记住。去年的暑假是一个快乐的暑假，永远是我记忆沙滩上一枚炫目的贝壳。
