在咨询同学中得知操场上和操场旁边没有垃圾桶，所以同学们就在吃完东西后的包装袋就随手扔掉了，就造成了现在的风一起，垃圾满天飞。

以上众多不文明的现象，所以我建议：

1。在学校的其他楼层上也多设几个垃圾桶，或是多建几个垃圾点也行。

2。操场上的环境问题是操场旁边的道路上没有垃圾桶，所以人们才水手乱扔垃圾，建议在旁边多设几个拉几桶。

3。先在社会都在教育人们要文明，我们也可以以此为题，展开一才文明大比拼活动，倡导同学门争做一个文明的学生。
