期中考试已经过去了，看看学生考试的成绩，有点惨不忍睹，这些学生是我从三年级一手带上来的，现在成绩有了大幅度的退步，我的心里也有很多的不满和沮丧。我和学生交流分析完成绩以后，今天又看到了返回的试卷，觉得有很多是学生的原因，可是也跟我平时的教学和对学生的要求有关。这次考试有以下几点值得我反思：

首先，通过考试发现很多学生基础知识掌握不牢固，例如单词书写题失分很严重。通过看试卷发现有一部分学生是确实不会，这是平时我要求不严格造成的，在以后要严格要求，多听写，让学生在基础题目上争取不失分。还有部分学生是粗心造成的失分，单词会写，但是出现漏写字母和漏写S的情况。考试前老师都要求做题要细心，但是发现很多学生做题后根本不检查，粗心造成的失分很严重。

其次，发现学生做题中经常出现抄错题目中单词的现象。这在平时的考试中就有发现，但是强调后仍然出错。例如When is your birthday？连词成句写成When is you birthday？这样的现象不是发生在一个学生身上，很多学生都是这样粗心，平时发现就纠正，但是效果不是很好，不知道其他老师有没有好的做法？

最后就是跟我对学生要求不严格有关了。步入五年级，很多学生学习兴趣下降，两极分化加大，后面的学困生越来越多，如果放弃很明显是不行的，不重视他们也是不行的，要通过鼓励的方法，促进他们的学习，促使他们进步，缩小与其他同学的差距。

期中考试之后，我一直在盼着考试成绩，我本以为数学考95分以上是绝对没问题的，语文考90分以上也是没问题，可是，全完了，两科都没考好。

Water is the source of life.We cant live without water.However,with the

increasing population and industrial development,water pollution has become a

serious problem.Large amounts of wastewater go into rivers and seas directly

without being treated,which can be dangerous to people.Also lots of people pay

no attention to saving water in daily life,while in some place water is badly

needed.

Its time for us to take some measures to improve the situation.Factories

should treat the wastewater before letting it go into rivers.We can play a

positive role in saving water.For example we can reuse the water for wishing

rice to wash vegetables and then clean a mop.

Recently, we have little time to keep close contact with nature. We spend

too much time on study or working. We almost forget that how green the grass is,

how beautiful the flowers are, and how sweetly the birds are singing outside our

windows. A saying goes, "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy". It means

that we need to relax ourselves and go out to breathe more fresh air. We can

also climb a hill in the suburbs.Its good for our health.
