进入初中后，随着数学知识容量与难度的增加，有一些同学数学成绩与初中相比变得不太理想，分析其原因，可能有以下几种：

①初中起始阶段学习没有搞好。学生还用初中的学习方法对待初中数学，以练代学，总认为多做一些练习，就可以提高成绩，没有想到初中不仅侧重于练习，更侧重于对问题与知识的理解。由于知识容量的增大，初中练习的时间已没有保证，因而一部分学生练也没练好，知识也没有理解。教师在初中开始阶段讲课速度太快，作业量也随之增加。由于学生没有理解知识，又忙于完成作业，导致写作业速度提不上去，学习效率低，事半功倍。

②对当天所学知识不能融会贯通，又不主动问老师同学，开始积累问题。

③由于原因①，随着时间的推移，学生不会的知识变得越来越多，很努力但也没有明显的效果，问老师问同学不知从何问起，因而丧失了学习数学的自信心，认为学一会儿数学还不如看一篇文章。开始出现偏科思想，学数学的时间上越来越少。

④教师没有及时发现学生的思想变化。在检查作业时发现完成情况不理想，不是帮其分析原因，采取补救措施，而是采取不恰当的方法，经常批评，使学生失去了学习数学的兴趣。。开始应付作业，上课不听讲现象开始发生。

根据以上原因，我觉得我们应当采取以下措施：

①初中起始阶段，教师讲课要速度慢，给学生一个缓冲时间，帮助他们做好这个过渡。比如，可以在起始阶段，可以带领他们阅读课本，反复强调课本的知识要点，提问问题，引起他们的注意。放慢讲课速度，张弛有度，让学生分充分理解吸收所学知识，给他们时间去适应，摸索出适合自己的好的学习方法。这样不仅打好了基础，而且让学生喜欢上数学。

②在初中至初中这个特别的过渡阶段，不仅在学习上鼓励他们，在心理上也帮他们逐渐趋适应。多沟通交流谈心，明白学生的问题出在哪，关注学生，帮他们树立学好数学的信心。

③鼓励学生提问问题。提问问题可以让老师明白学生知识的盲点，有助于老师学生沟通交流，也可以促进他们思考，让他们参与到我们的思维过程中，学习起来更高效。学习就是不断提出问题并解决问题的过程，如此实现进步提高。
