另外，在考试前还应该要有一个良好的心态，良好的心态决定了你是否能够在考场发挥正常，我们没有要求超常发挥，如果我们能按照平时老师要求发挥好，就一定能够取得很好的成绩。一个平和的心态，决定了人的一生的发展，从小事入手，逐渐的培养，逐渐的控制自己的情绪。在是事态面前不失控，学会正确的处理问题，逐步提高自己面对各种事情的能力。这样才能有一个好的心态。还要少考虑考试成功后的鲜花和掌声，过分关注于成功、胜利、荣誉、地位，沉醉于对胜利、成功的向往和喜悦，会分散对考试的关注，往往影响到正常水平的发挥。同时要在今后考试中克服“舌尖现象”。就是在平时的学习或考试中，一些很容易的题目，答案就在嘴边盘旋，但就是写不出来，这是在回忆信息过程中出现的暂时性的遗忘。

“丁丁零——”上课了，监考老师夹着一沓试卷带着严肃的表情走进教室。顿时，全班鸦雀无声，连根针掉到地面都能听得见。试卷发下来了，我打开试卷，也顾不得看一遍，就立刻动手做起来。教室里一片“沙沙沙”的写字声。有的同学用手托着下巴，侧着脑袋，紧皱双眉在思考；有的同学飞快地写着，似乎信心十足；也有的先看看监考老师，再在监考老师冷不防的时候，机灵地把脖子一伸，又飞快地缩了回来匆匆地答起试卷来……考场如战场，这话一点也不假，你看，同学们不都在紧张地战斗吗？

时间过得真快，收卷的哨声响了起来。“时间到了，收卷!“老师用严厉地语气说。教室里立刻响起了各种声音，同学们也表现出各种神情：有的潇洒地出去，显得胸有成竹；有的慢吞吞站起来，眼睛还盯着试卷；有的急三火四地加紧“动作“，赶忙再添几笔……老师把卷子收完后，同学们忙三五成群地对着答案。对了的，兴高采烈；错了的，便忧心仲仲。我有气无力地坐在座位上，心里不停地祈祷：天灵灵，地灵灵，老天保佑我千万要走运，不要挨K啊!

考试是每学期必不可少的一次测验，总成绩很大程度可以了解你本学期的学习情况。学习好的同学总希望尽快考试，考个好分数，让父母奖励自己，让同学佩服自己，利用考试来见证自己的实力；而学习差的同学则希望尽量避免考试，因为他害怕自己的成绩，害怕自己由于成绩不好被父母骂，更害怕自己由于成绩差而让同学瞧不起，因此他们的最大愿望是不要考试，“考试”两个字对人的影响和给人的感受会如此不同，那让我们大胆设想一下，假如没有考试，同学们会怎样？

假如没有考试，可以卸下同学们沉重的包袱。上课时，同学们不需要专心的听讲，可以看漫画书，随意做任何事，老师也不会责怪你，去钻研困难的作业，更不用做笔记，整天都随心所欲的玩了再玩。以前好久才能玩一会电脑，这些日子里每天都可以享受，该做作业时，随便应付了事，既不会耽误玩耍的时间，又不费脑力。简直是一举两得.前仆后继呀，这样舒服的过日子，何乐而不为呢？

假如没有考试，可以不接受家长的批评。比如到了考试时间，如果考砸了，很丢人，在开家长会时老师会把全部实情告诉父母，父母岂不是会火冒三丈。怒不可遏的批评同学们吗？原本结速了负担重的考试，迎来了一个快快乐乐的假期，就在同学们的脑海里抹去，这个假期将是父母的“愤怒只假”，同学们整天挨打挨骂，损伤了同学的自尊心。没有了考试，也就没有分数。也就没有了父母的责骂，假期里不用整天在家里，可以无拘无速的嬉戏，多好呀！

假如没有考试，同学们就不会自责自己，会贬低自己。当学习好的的同学领到奖状时，这些学习差同学会在人群中抬不起头来，导致自欺欺人的后果。没有了考试，同学们还可以发扬自己的其它优点，让大家刮目相看，和大家友好相处。

没有了犯难的考试，那肯定好。但是没有了总结性的成绩，家长就看不到孩子的进步或退步，其实学不到丰富的知识，长大了就成不了才，只会一事无成.一败涂地，考试是必不可少的，主要是调整好自己克服困难的心态。

You have given me so much help that I will never forget. Last term, I

caught a bad cold and had to stay at home for a week. When I was worrying about
