I went to learn developing film with my classmates on July 1st． It was easy and we all got good marks．

On July 4th， I went to school to learn， because I will be a junior three student soon． We would have to learn some lessons in advance． The weather was very hot． But I didnt feel that learning lessons was boring． Some teachers are new． They are good I think， although they are all looked strict． And the lessons were not too bad．

乐有很多种，其中苦中作乐是一点。每天起早贪黑的，奔波于“两点一线”，从家里到学校，而且常常到了学校就是奋斗状态，一刻都不能懈怠，神经长久的绷着，让人难免有些烦恼。但这是不可能摆脱的，因此，我只有“苦中作乐”。当遇到一大堆没有解决的作业时，我会把它们记在本子上，写完一个划掉一个，当写完一种作业并且划掉时，那种感觉带来无与伦比的开心、快乐。这就是快乐啊!

“阳光总在风雨后”我从小学开始，就一直深信这句话，坎坷不平的人生，才是完美的人生。漫长的人生难免会有挫折，而我坚信，乐观是走出挫折的唯一途径。面对困难，自暴自弃只会使我们会越陷越深，最后难以自拔。而开心快乐，却能带你走出黑暗。遇到挫折后积极进取，不畏不惧，才能变得更加坚强。世人常说，知足常乐，这就是快乐啊!

刚进学校，首先看到的是一栋教学楼，教学楼上写着“文明”、“求实”、“坚毅”、“创新”八个金色的大字。这八个字在阳光的照射下显得格外醒目，无不鞭策着我们一直前进。

顺着校门走，来到操场中间。雨刚停，整个操场像被洗刷过一般，干净得看不到一点儿污秽，塑胶铺成的篮球场上倒映着各种影子，使人产生无限遐想。

再往里走，我们可以清晰地看到几座“蘑菇亭”，分别呈现着“红”、“黄”、“蓝”三基色，真是可爱极了。“蘑菇亭”的旁边有着几道跑道，在田径运动会举行的时候，这儿可热闹了一旁的樟树像一个个调皮的孩子，忍不住站在赛道旁为运动健儿们呐喊助威，那矮树丛就更别提了，因为没有樟树的高大、引人注目，站在一旁的它激动得连叶子都变红了。

今天，我们要进行期中考试了。

邂逅《赤壁》

作为一个资深的三国迷，像赤壁这种决定三足鼎立的大战，我自然是看了不下上百遍的。可我看到杜牧的《赤壁》诗：“折戟沉沙铁未销，自将磨洗认前朝。东风不与周郎便，铜雀春深锁二乔。”我心里有无数的疑问，就算没有“东风”，可凭借黄盖的苦肉计，阚泽的假降书以及庞统的连环计，根本就不可能输吧!毕竟古代战争人很少，百万大军都是演义里说的，事实上差距不超过五万。当看到老师的解析“最后两句以二乔的结局代表东吴的结局，表达诗人怀才不遇的愤懑。”我心中略微有些释怀了，但还是对他这种胡乱宣泄愤懑的行为表示不满。这就是语文的文学与我心中的历史的第一次碰撞。

思考《石壕吏》

后来我们又学习了《石壕吏》，它的作者可是唐代大诗人杜甫，他的诗记载了开元年间至天宝年间唐朝由盛转衰的历史，因此又被称为诗史。上课期间，老师问了我们一个问题：“吏官们挨家挨户的搜人充军，那杜甫为何不阻止他们呢?”同学们的答案五花八门，有一个同学更是来了一句：“他怕自己也被抓走。”当时我就无语了，我觉得他是因为无奈而不出去的。吏兵虽然凶狠，但比起安禄山和史思明却是好了千倍万倍。唐肃宗再怎么昏庸无能也是大唐的正统皇帝啊!安禄山原本还是玄宗的义子，可后来却反了，足以见得他们并不可靠。后来老师给出了和我想的差不多的答案，更令我兴奋无比。因为这不仅是对答案的肯定，更是对历史的肯定。

大悟《三国》

随着时间的流逝，我读的书越来越多，课堂上学的课文也越来越多。可令我吃惊的是《三国演义》竟然大部分都是编的，尤其是神话关羽、诸葛亮，更是对历史的践踏，在我心中，历史小说的地位下降了。像温酒斩华雄，其实是孙坚杀的;再像草船借箭，其实是孙权借的;还有斩颜良文丑也是偷袭。甚至连关羽的刀都是编的。

后来，我逐渐明白，历史与文学的碰撞是不可避免的，历史更加真实，而语文则更有文学色彩。这一次次的碰撞是缺憾的，但也是完美的，这就是我在语文课上的全部感悟。

Changes in My Hometown

Great changes have taken place in my hometown these years. There used to be old and low houses on the streets,but now you can see people live and work in tall buildings. In the past, you could always see rubbish everywhere. But now the environment is clean and tidy. Many trees are planted on both sides of the street, so the air is very fresh.There were not any buses in my hometown, so most of us used to walk to work or go to school by bike.However, life is much better now. 可是上了初中,一切自然都变了。好象进了一个陌生的世界。在学校小事自己解决。学校也很紧张,功课又多,自己管不住自己的时候,爸爸,妈妈也不太管了。因为他们觉得上了初中要学会自觉。在家里,现在已经不是以前那个被宠被护的“小公主”了。什么事情都要自己拿注意,因为他们说长大了,要有主见。就这样,初中的生活在混乱中度过。每一天的生活没有任何秩序。

初中的生活,遇到苦恼的事,伤心的事总是自己在一旁流眼泪。在同学面前总是笑嘻嘻的,装坚强。其实笑只是掩饰自己悲伤的一面,现在我才懂,”笑中有泪”的含义。因为没有了以前父母宽敞的肩膀。痛苦时那个肩膀就像温暖的火炉,就像流浪的小孩找到了归宿。可是现在,我没有了归宿,伤心时只有自己哭的份儿,在也没有肩膀可以让自己依靠。因为那个肩膀上靠着的人是从前的我。

个个都说初中的生活自由,轻松。以前我自然也在期待有一天可以快快长大,去享受初中的生活,等到得到了后才知道。原来自由的代价是悲伤。这种代价太大了,也太痛了,让我一时反映不了。

郁闷的时候,总在想着以前的一切,以为只要自己成绩好了,父母也自然会更疼爱自己。可是当自己把在学校里的一切告诉他们时,他们却只说了一句”努

力”,然后又投入工作里。对于他们的冷淡,更是愤起了我的信心。我一直在心里想着:也许父母只是想用那种不屑的延伸来让我更加用学习去注意他们,吸引他们,所以我在更努力的恢复以前的成绩和自己。

Last year, my father bought a lovely pet for me. She has four white paws

and a white and yellow tail. She has two small ears, two green eyes and eight

这次英语期中考试我没有考好，没有达到期中考试前制定的目标。我知道父母和老师对于我有着很大的期望，可是我还是没有考好。对于这点我感到十分抱歉。但是既然犯了错误就要改正，所以，通过考试我也想了很多。我知道期中考是一面清澈的镜子，在它面前，我羞愧地低下了头。仔细看看试卷发现竟然错了很多不该错的地方。我的基础知识部分扣了很多分，主要是单词掌握不好。阅读题扣了8分，说明我的阅读量不够，我的阅读速度慢影响了做后面的题，思考的时间少了。老师狠狠地批评了我。我的这次英语作文只得了8分，这与我的词汇量不够，阅读积累不够有很大的关系，分析原因，主要是课前没有做好预习，课堂上没有积极的举手发言，课后不认真复习，把写作业当成一种完成任务。

于是，在期中考的时候，我得到了我应有的“报应”。 经过我的仔细反思，有这样的结果是我 在做作业时，囫囵吞枣，没有仔细审题，认真做题，这让我失去了一次特别好的自我提高的机会。我应该把写作业当成一个新的开始，而不是上一段学习的结束，每一次的作业都要当做一次小的考试。我要增加一些仿写和阅读的练习。在今后的学习中，我在课堂上要积极回答问题做好笔记，多记一些老师拓展的知识点，每天回家要复习一遍老师讲的内容，认真完成一篇阅读与完形填空，我有上进心想去学更多的英语知识，自己努力，超越自己，比别的同学更好。

2.进一步落实与深化教学常规，聚焦常态课堂，打造高效课堂。按计划上好公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点来实现高效课堂。同时，带领大家力求做到有效备课、有效上课、有效作业、有效培优补差，鼓励成员充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3.加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组本学期至少活动五次以上，时间固定，围绕主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高全组成员的业务水平和教育教学能力。

4.初三备考是重中之重，加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《中考说明》、《导引》和中考试卷分析材料，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读、写作和应试能力的训练，力争顺利打响中考第一仗，争创中考英语成绩新辉煌。

5.加强科研文化建设，让研究成为习惯。研究能改变教师的生存状态，努力创设研究文化。本学期积极响应学校的科教研活动，开展一系列有关有效备课专题的活动：听说课的有效备课、阅读课的有效备课、复习课的有效备课。

6.继续建设本学科的资源库。建立学科的资源库，确实是一个利人利己的好举措。不断地添入新的资源，不断优化和建设资源库。

7.继续开展多样的学生活动，吸引学生的眼球,使学生更关注英语学习，营造有利于学生健康成长的学习环境。

总之，在校长室、教研室的带领下，我们英语组全体组员会开拓进取，不断完善自己，将教学质量放首位，为学校的教育事业贡献力量。

After a long cold winter when I have rarely been out on my bike, the weather has finally turned warmer and even sunny occasionally. Yesterday I had a surprise call from Tom suggesting we turn out for a short ride. This being my intention anyway I gladly agreed and we met up at Jiedaokou Station at about ten o’clock.

As Tom has a permanent Sunday Lunch appointment at 12-30pm we opted to make a round trip to Hannan . The weather was cloudy but dry and as we were both a bit out of condition after a long winter lay off we took the easy option of taking the train to Shiyan to get us on top of the ridge with an easy start for the trip.

A long coast down to Jiangtan and straight on to Mount End saw us climbing up to Zhongshan Park. The climb got stiffer but still Tom kept on riding. Gritting my teeth I followed on and crested the hill, Then the usual Essex switchback with an enforced short walk for both of us part way along saw us at Tawny common. Round the common we went, to the Mole Trap, an erstwhile rough old country pub now tarted up for the motorists. I don’t go in there any more, so we sat on the adjacent public seat for a while and a short natter.

Time enough to break away, Tom to his lunch appointment, me for home by way of theYellow Crane Tower and Changjiang Bridge. See you in a while, crocodile! I arrived home about 2 o’clock. Just in time for my own Sunday lunch .
