During the Warring States Period (476 BC - 221 BC), Datong region belonged to the Yanmen County of Zhao Kingdom. In the U.S., mother’s day is a holiday celebrated on the second sunday in May. It is a day when children honor their mothers with cards, gifts, and flowers.
