相传，以前有只怪兽叫“年”，每到除夕那天年就会出来害人，村民们都害怕年，想把它除掉。有一次年跑到了竹林里，不知怎么的，竹子发出“劈劈啪啪”的声音。年听了这个声音受惊了，从此再也不敢出来害人了。人们就非常开心。就将这天称为“过年”。

于是我天天盼望过年，想体验一下年的味道。因为过年是人们最开心的一天，小孩子也会收到很多压岁钱。每家每户也会打扫得干干净净，门外贴上对联。

除夕那天，我们家全员参与准备过年，一大早全家人忙前忙后。我和爸爸去买对联，奶奶蒸年糕、爷爷和弟弟去买鞭炮、妈妈打扫卫生。过了一会儿。我和爸爸把对联买回来了，而且爸爸用了张正方形的纸写了一个大大的福字。倒着贴在大门上，我问爸爸：“爸爸，那个福字为什么是倒着的呀?”爸爸笑着回答：“福字倒着贴，那就代表福到了!”我恍然大悟。

下午五点多钟，婶婶说：“开饭啦”!我们和婶婶家老小十二口人有序的围坐在圆桌前，你挨着我，我挨着你。虽然有些拥挤，但能和亲人团聚谁还会在乎这些呢。大家都笑得合不拢嘴，一边吃饭一边谈论一年来的收获。爷爷突然想到明年是狗年是妈妈和奶奶的本命年。我们齐声祝愿妈妈和奶奶身体健康、天天开心。

“铛、铛、铛……”新年的罐钟声敲响了，“劈劈啪啪”的鞭炮声响成一片，天空就像一个花园如此美丽!今年的春节真开心!

腊月三十的守夜，大年初一的拜年，都像一个个美妙的音符，永远刻画在我的心里。

快到春节了，我们身边到处都有了年味儿。家家户户都张灯结彩，贴上了“福”字儿、春联，挂上了灯笼、彩带，我们家也不例外。我和爷爷负责购年货，奶奶则在家里打扫卫生。

这天，我和爷爷去超市买年货了。

一进超市门，嗬，这场面真热闹啊!可以用“人声鼎沸”、“摩肩擦踵”来形容了。我和爷爷买完了东西，就赶快回家了。

晚上，我们算了算账。收获挺多的，但是钱也没少花。

过了一天，我和爷爷又去大集买鞭炮。看来这里的人也不少啊，熙熙攘攘的。

吃完了年夜饭，我们全家都下楼去放鞭炮了。我拿出鞭炮，爸爸把它点着了，在一阵噼里啪啦的鞭炮声中，我们回家了。

上了楼，我急忙打开电视，看春晚喽!就这样，我们全家其乐融融地度过了一个晚上……

大年初一，我早早的起来，穿上新衣服，给爷爷奶奶磕头要压岁钱。爷爷奶奶给了我五百元，弟弟也一样。然后，就陆陆续续地有人来我们家拜年，我的爸爸妈妈也出门走亲串友，给别人拜年。一年来，人们借这个机会互相拜年、相互祝福，这就是我们中华民族的传统美德吧!
